UPDATE: I wanted to add that my son, who is a teenager with autism and major anxiety/sensory disorder syndrome(aggressive outbursts), and not only does he go there, they go above and beyond to make him comfortable and treat him with respect. Regarding paying upfront and insurance submission: Insurance companies do not pay dentist offices within 24-48hrs, it can take several months, as they often send a batch cheque of several patients they insure. Keeping that in mind, and the pandemic we are currently living in, it is completely understandable that a dentist cannot wait for insurance claims months later, especially with all costs associated with PPE, limited appointments to allow for specialized cleaning prior to the next patient. Twice, they have submitted directly to my insurance, and the 1st time it was in my bank account by 6:30am the next day. The second time it was 5am on the 2nd day after my sons appointment. I get that it sucks having the money up front, but we do get it quickly in return. I have made adjustments on having one cavity fixed at a time, or planning appointments on my paydays so I know it will be used and returned quickly. Sorry for long-winded comment, but I have the utmost respect for this office and they show that in return. Thank you McCabe Team Family for being patient and warm when we have called or come in.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience! You folks are such a refreshingly different experience from our last dentist . We came in today ( for our first visit) expecting doom and gloom and shame about our inability to keep on top of routine dental care, not having a dental Plan. Last time we we were in to our old dentist, we were sternly admonished that our daughter needed 2 fillings and that her dental care was deplorable and that she needed major orthodontic work, and being the bad parents in a stressful time that we are, we neglected this. Imagine our surprise to hear that the cavities are tiny and can be watched and that our daughter has pretty good dental Hygiene and that she can wait to be seen in a year! Thank your for making our day today! We look forward to getting the rest of the family registered. The entire staff was amazing, from Michelle who was so personable and friendly and helpful, to the fantastic hygienist and Dr McCabe who made us feel so relieved and took the time to explain things to us and make suggestions. It's hard to ever say that going to the dentist makes your day, but this truly did!

Everyone at the clinic is friendly and easy to talk to, and the space is very welcoming and clean. I did not feel judged or condescended to once as the staff walked me through what they were doing at my appointment. I had a few concerns about my teeth that I felt had been ignored in the past, and both Dr. McCabe and the dental hygienist addressed them with ease. Dr. McCabe and the clinic staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable; you get the impression that they truly care about your health and comfort. Rates were very reasonable, and they direct billed my insurance company with no issue. I would absolutely recommend this clinic, and I will be back regularly from now on.

As always, my experience at McCabe Family Dentistry was excellent. I am always greeted by name and with a smile and all the staff are friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable. Also, I have never had an appointment start late; they clearly respect the time of their patients and I really appreciate that. Both Rory and Liz are exceptional (I never have a preference who I see because they are both great!) and they work hard to make you comfortable and keep you informed on what they are doing, what they see, and the steps that need to be taken to ensure you are healthy. No hesitation in giving McCabe Family Dentistry 5 stars; I would recommended this practice to anyone!

I needed to be seen before the holidays for an oral surgeon referral. Michelle at front desk was super friendly and was able to fit me in same day. Mindy was assisting with Dr Lisa McCabe for my visit. Both were very easy to talk to and made me feel like they were there to listen to me and address my concerns rather than sell me services, which is something I find a lot of other dental offices do. I am nervous due to experiences with bad dentistry, but I didn’t feel that at this office and I will definitely go back for my routine exams and cleanings. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a dentist in this area.

This is my first time having a dentist in Kingston. I was unsure who to go to, and just picked here because it's where my girlfriend went and she liked it. I've been blown away with the care and service provided by the staff. It is a welcoming place as soon as you walk in and all of the staff I've interacted with have been extremely kind, caring, and approach the work with levity and a sense of humour. They also offer the option to watch Netflix during the cleaning through a tv on the ceiling, which is a nice feature. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new dentist. I no longer dread coming to the dentist.

Recently moved to Kingston & was considering retaining my dentist who is 3hrs away as I had been with them for over 30+ years & was fearful of finding someone that I'd be comfortable with. Sadly a broken tooth & chaotic schedule changed that theory. After reading other reviews I gave McCabe a try and was not disappointed. Absolutely amazing staff and service from my first call til the time I walked out of the office with the tooth fixed! Caring, friendly and make patients feel at ease. New dentist, check. So glad they were accepting new patients as I know I'm in good hands.

We all no going to the dentist can be a little off the chain nerve racking..... but this place is just awesome.... next level dentistry ... staff is top shelf. The atmosphere is balanced and calm... ... everyone that works there are super friendly and funny. They like to have fun..... which tells you a lot about what’s happening there.... the biggest thing is they don’t jam a bunch of B.S down ur throat that gonna cost u a ton of money in the end..... they have a game plan that works for you and the health of ur teeth and they stick to that plan....... sweet.....

I have been a patient here for several years & I absolutely love them. State of the art in equipment & technology. Modern, clean decor. Air filtration systems and sanitary conditions are excellent. Both Dentists are incredibly skilled with supportive bedside manners. I couldn't choose a favorite, which makes booking alot easier! My Hygienist is equally skilled in her role and I always enjoy our visits & conversation. Every single staff member that I've encountered has been awesome; professional, helpful & always friendly.

I love McCabe Family Dentistry. I went from being extremely anxious and avoiding the dentist to looking forward to my dental appointments because of the care and level of service I have received at McCabe...my whole family (children and spouse) loves this place!! My kids are always ready willing and eager to go. The staff (literally EVERYONE from reception to the hygienists and Dr.’s Rory and Liz) are positive, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the environment is clean and welcoming...I cannot day enough good things!!!!

I'm new to town and was looking for a dentist. I tried another dentist in town, and felt very rushed and pressured into pursuing treatment without an adequate explanation of the risks and benefits involved. Dr. Rory McCabe provided with me a second opinion and took the time to explain his thinking process and why he recommended watchful waiting instead of immediate action. I was really impressed with the entire team as well as their commitment to COVID safety. Highly recommended!

I'm very picky with my dental work. I've had some great cosmetic work done and I like to stay ontop of keeping my smile nice. I had an excellent dentist that retired and his replacement wasn't great. I've since moved around to 4 different dentists and wasn't happy at any of them. I've been very impressed with Rory and his staff. Everyone is super nice and the quality of the work has been top notch. They also embrace new technology which a lot of dentists in town don't.

This place is the best dentist I've been to in my life. The whole customer experience is just phenomenal from start to end. I've been through probably 10 dentists in my life and this one is by far the best. For example, they walked through my x-rays on the big screen, talked me through everything, process was quick and pleasant. I had been having some pain around a back tooth on one side of my mouth. Since I was in the area, I stopped by the dental office and asked for an appointment to have the dentist look at the tooth. Fortunately there was an open spot in 45 minutes, so I did an errand and returned. An examination and x-ray revealed the problem. A clear explanation was given and the suggested treatment discussed. I was very happy and impressed with the experience.

Phenomenal team at McCabe Denistry! They are not only great with myself, but my daughter as well. They truly make the clinic a warm an inviting space. My dentist retired so I was looking for a Dental Team that felt welcoming and that was not going to try to sell me service. This seemed to fit the bill - Dr Rory seemed kind, capable and thorough, his staff fabulous, the technology high end, and the clinic is beautiful. They already had all of my past files, and they direct billed my insurance. Easy and lovely.

Wonderful people. Very safe environment. Air exchange and filtration top notch. The staff all wear masks. The waiting room may contain people without masks.
