I don’t normally waste my time writing reviews but when honesty and professionalism illuminate in the front of you. I had to write this review. In fact, I wanted to give him 10 Stars and not 05 Stars. My first visit to JJR Computers was by coincidence and what a lovely coincidence. I had an Amazon Tablet which I couldn’t charge again. To cut the story short, he took the time to explain to me the issue and half an hour to recharge it, (when other failed to do it)… Hence, he refused to take any money. I had to insist again and again before he accepted to take £5.00 ONLY. On my second visit few months after, I took to him a small laptop Dell and asked him to replace the windows 8.1 to windows 10… In contrary to other Computer shops in Liverpool, he told me and advised me not to do it because it won’t work as perfect as I may expect it. Believe me, do not waste your time looking any where else… because the honesty and professionalism of JJR Computers is of Royalty.

This is a small local establishment in the old swan district of Liverpool. As such he offers a very personal service,, very sensible friendly and with moderate prices. Finding his premises can be tricky. He is at a traffic lights opposite green lane. But the first thing you will see is another shop dealing in tablets and phones. JJR is just next to this, with limited parking

Jjr have been a great help recently when I needed some computer solutions for my business. We had a machine built to suit a purpose and it does exactly what I need it to with ease. Dave also upgraded some older systems for me which where laggy and slow to use. They came back much much more useable. Turnarounds where fast and very reasonably priced too.

Dave is a gentleman and brilliant man. Answered all my questions , repaired and check my laptops , when there was accidental issue caused with both a courier replacement and accidental issue created via repair. .apologised and quickly sorted without any cost or hassle. Cannot recommend this man enough for any computer repairs Best regards Joseph

I took my laptop to JJR Computers as it had just died on me, and was expecting to be without it for days or weeks, but they managed to fix it right in front of me in about 10 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased. So glad I found this little shop. Wholeheartedly recommend it!

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, great value for money. Over the years repaired mine and my girlfriend's laptops, she had a cracked screen and I had a busted hard-drive, shows you they can fix pretty much everything!
