I purchased a Google Pixel mobile from JB Hi-Fi Macquarie Centre about five months ago. Unfortunately, within just two months, the device started experiencing issues. Trusting in the store's service, I returned it for repairs in November. They informed me that it had to be sent to an official Google service center for a thorough check-up. The process, however, has been incredibly slow and frustrating. After waiting for one and a half months, I contacted the store on January 1st, only to be told that due to holiday-related shipment delays, my phone was still not repaired. When I followed up last week, I was informed that it was still at the Google store, and I was promised a detailed update the following day. Sadly, it's been three days since, and I have received no communication from them. This experience has been highly disappointing. It raises concerns about the quality of the phones sold during promotions. It seems there might be a pattern of selling partially damaged phones at a discount, which is unacceptable. I regret choosing to buy my mobile from JB Hi-Fi Macquarie Centre, especially with a mere $50 discount, which in no way compensates for the inconvenience and poor service I have experienced. please don't get mobile from this store if there is any offer

Poor customer service. I was there shopping for a phone for my dad as a father day gift. Unfortunately the experience was terrible mainly because of the customer service. No staff was there to help us, there was also no greeting to be honest as if they all avoid eye contact, worse is it was during afternoon service, not even pact. We ended up standing there just to research on the products ourselves without any help then go on with a purchase. The staff also failed to disclose any infomation about the product when we go on with the purchase. Would have been nice if they can walk us through a lottle bit more about the purchase that we made like pros cons, whats there to offer but no, plainly got told to go to the counter to make the payment and collect the good. I have shopped here as a local many time but had always been shopping alone so I did not really mind of the service but sadly taking my family there to see such thing is cruel.

My experience at JB HiFi store was nothing short of extraordinary today. I entered the store still unsure about the device I wanted to buy with lots of questions and hesitations in my mind as well as a limited budget. Ethan was very kind, patient and professional. He listened to all my questions carefully and took the time to offer me various suggestions with a friendly smile. He made me feel like a valued customer throughout our long conversation and made the store a welcoming place to shop at. He is also very knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend the store as Ethan is the best customer service I ever known.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at JB Hi-Fi. While I've been a customer for a while, my recent visit left me disappointed. The staff (she was wearing glasses without any name tag) I encountered was less than helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. I found her attitude to be quite rude and, at times, even borderline aggressive. As a loyal customer, I expected better service, and this encounter has made me reconsider whether I'll continue to shop there in the future.

Today I had an amazing experience in JB-Hi Fi at Macquarie. I had two gentlemen helping me, Hugo and Ravi, and both were so helpful. They did not try to force anything in me and was respectful of my budget while still giving me options. Hugo was particularly helpful when loading the TV into our car en ensuring that we made the journey home smoothly. I’ll certainly head to Macquarie Centre JBHiFi for any more electronic needs in the future! Thanks guys!

Today was the best experience. I got to walk in there, have a look around at laptops in my own time. When I was ready, I asked someone for help, and it was a really smooth transaction after that. 4 stars because I've been in there before and literally harassed. It seems the busier they are, the more intense they are. Do yourself a favour and go in when they're quiet for a chill experience. Either that or they've intentionally chilled out a bit.

Bailey at JB hi-fi Macquarie was superb. I purchased a new phone and plan. He didn't push any one particular product he listened to my purchasing constraints, such as budget, and he took care to thoroughly run me through all the plan and phone details. I walked away with what I believe to be a well considered good deal thanks to his expertise. Thanks so much. ✌️

Bought a steamer which has a big box, though not heavy but difficult to carry. Natalie from the team was very friendly and helpful in tying the box with plastic ropes for us, which makes it much easier to carry by just holding the ropes. Had been customer at JB Hi-Fi MQ for long, and always felt welcomed by the team, with their professional services and help.

Pros : Nice shop. Good staffs. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Wide variety of products . Always something on sale. Specially the movie DVDs and TVs. Watches and Camera collections also seems good. I bought a Mike from here. Rode mikes are good . Always a good shop to visit. Cons: Nothing
