Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. They never commented about how I need to take better care of my teeth (which every other dentist I’ve seen does)! I’ve struggled with finding a dentist that will remove my broken tooth for 7 years and they all recommended going somewhere else (which insurance does not cover). They actually offered to remove it today (I was so happy because it caused me immense pain)! The whole process was great, they talked me through what they were going to do and what to expect. The entire appointment was great and only lasted 30 minutes! I even had to bring my 4 year old daughter and they didn’t complain and they even gave her a toothbrush and toothpaste. Overall great experience and I’m so happy with everything.

I had a traumatic experience at the dentist when I was a kid. So, I hadn’t had dental work done in over a decade. By the time I was seeing Dr. Chung, two teeth of mine had fallen out and left nasty roots. He pulled them both for me and was so patient, understanding of my anxiety, and kind. His communication skills were so touched with empathy that I am confident to say he’s the best dentist I’ve ever been to. His entire staff was so fantastic. Every dental office should be like this. I honestly can’t express my satisfaction highly enough. Thank you Dr. Chung and the JC Family Dental Team!

I have been blessed to have found JC Family Dental. The staff is exceptional; kind, professional and knowledgeable. It astonishes me every time that they remember me on a personal relationship level, and I know they treat every one of their patients in this manner. The positive environment is comfortable and pleasant, and starts at the top with Dr. Jae Chung. I have been going there for several years, and have only good things to say about him, the hygienist and his front desk staff. Good old fashioned customer service that you can't find at a 'big box' dental office!

JC Family Dental is exceptional! I've been a patient since Dr. Chung purchased the practice. Their receptionists and dental assistants are always friendly and put you at ease. Dr. Chung is a great dentist and truly takes his time to give the best care and answer any questions. The dental work and cleanings I've had performed have always been gentle and thorough. My appointments have always started on time and I truly trust everyone in this office - I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

My dentist(dental hygienist)was So good.. First off,lets say I dread going to dentist..Even for just a cleaning..I went I'm for a cleaning and she was so great at what she does that I fell asleep during the cleaning! And I got some pretty messed up teeth..She made me feel very comfortable and she is very knowledgeable at what she does..And the receptionists are Always accommodating.. Highly recommended!

This is my 3rd or 4th annual visit 4 my regular cleaning at JC Family Dental. I like their service so much I have switched my family over to JC Dental and even recommended my mother here and she could not be happier either! They are very courteous and sweet. There is not one person that I know that comes to JC Dental that has ever had anything bad to say about them. Everybody I know loves them!

Great experience from beginning to end. Easy to make an appointment and get the information I needed, friendly reminder call, excellent and swift service upon entry and kind, caring staff. Doctor Chung is considerate, deliberate and very educational. You can tell he cares. It's almost impossible to find a great dentist office these day but JC Family Dental has done it! Such a pleasure!

Great experience for my kids very friendly the whole staff! They Let me go back with my 7 year old our last dentist was not nice and would never let me go back with my son and if my son screamed just a little bit cause it hurt my ex dentist would yell be quite! So I’m so happy we found you guys!!

Gentle! That word describes Dr. Chung and his assistants. From routine check ups, cleaning and x-rays to fillings, our family has always had a positive and pleasant experience with JC Family dental. I would highly recommend this practice.

What a great experience. I had to get a tooth pulled and usually after its painful. After the numbness was gone and the next day my mouth wasnt sore or sensitive. I will gp back to jc family dental. Thumbs up.
