Try to place an order over the phone, thought text, though email, attitude from a girl name Danielle. Text message told me to call the store and ask for Matt, Ed, or Josh Danielle wouldn’t pass the call over, I told her I need to place an order and she keep on saying what did you order... ugh... I work overnight dealing with patients all night long just wanted to place an order so I can pick up from my way home. Sorry Danielle you have to work and provide customers service to customers but its your job.. talk like a professional not like your on the street corner, watch your tone of voice with people Danielle. Word of advice Danielle and to the Ace workers be polite Because you don’t know what people deal with at work but yet are giving you the common courtesy and respect but yet your giving attitude and disrespect..

I think that this is an awesome Ace Hardware store! It is large and has so much to offer, which is nice because you can find so many household items here as well as home improvement supplies and equipment. The staff is very friendly, helpful, efficient and observant. They are always eager to help, and can offer suggestions or feedback on a home project. They never make you feel inferior if you are a novice to home improvement projects. Their prices are good and comparable to most other hardware stores, but it is quality that I look for, and they certainly have that. Great hardware store for your next home improvement project!

The model of snow blower I wanted wasn't available near me so I purchased it from this location, the website said they had "1 in stock". Got the email message stating that my order was ready to pickup. Drove 1.5 hours round trip for them to tell me the snow blower was still on its way from another location, and PROBABLY would get there in 2 days. What's worse is they made it seem like it was my fault because they couldn't get through to my phone, I guess they never heard of emailing their customers. I cancelled my order and got a much better purchase experience somewhere else. Don't waste your time here.

Went to this Ace Hardware store to purchase a propane tank, the guy working at the checkout, I didn’t get his name but he had glasses on and he was probably around his 20’s, looked absolutely miserable and looked like he hated his job. He wasn’t helpful, and I even told him hello and he just ignored me and asked me what I wanted. This isn’t the way a client should be treated. This was my first time ever going into an Ace Hardware and was a terrible experience. As soon as I started talking to him he gave me a negative vibe and instantly believed that this was terrible customer service.

On our visit today to Benjamin moore my family and I were treated with great customer service and knowledgeable team members . All questions were answered with multiple options and profesional examples also exceeded all expectations. The paint staff helped me select colors for my home with large variety Of Benjamin Moore exterior Regal Paint including Benjamin Moore Floor & Patio paint. Looking forward my next home project and come back for guidance from the paint department. I highly recommend the paint staff from JC Licht to anybody looking to make any paint upgrades to their home.

Ace hardware is hands down the best in their field for customer service and I pricing They might not offer everything that the big box stores offer but I'll select Ace hardware any day of the week over Home Depot or Lowe's. How many times have you been to these so called "Big Box Stores" and with a 100 employees running around it's extremely difficult to find anybody to help you On a scale of 1 to 10. 10 being the best Ace hardware gets a 10+ and the other 2 stores I made reference to are lucky to receive a -1.....

I had a wonderful experience purchasing paint from here. The staff were wonderful in helping me select colors and finishes for the project I needed to get done. I would highly recommend the manager Trinidad for all of your painting needs, he and the young man Brandon were so patient and even showed me what tools would help me out. I went with the Regal Select Paint by Benjamin Moore and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend them for any painting project you have in mind not matter how small or big.

Worst service by the girl who wear the glass I be there by Jun 13 and back again 15 to buy iron pipe .so the same girl service to me .and when I ask can your cut the pipe .many reason to refuse t to me .they can't cut the pipe .the pipe is short out off stock ,when I ask more information, they say Im yells to her .of course I'm not. just want to know about more information for the pipe .she's walk away to manage office say “F” word .so rude .if no like to working or service the people ,best way go home

I was sent a coupon for a free 16 ft. Ace tape measure with purchase as a member. I had a few things to grab, so I brought in the coupon. Went to check out and the guy didn’t seem to know about it, so I assume he’s contacting someone. No one comes. Then he sat Ella me just to go and grab the tape. The case is locked. Again, no one comes. Don’t mean to sound like a Karen, but the entire reason I went at that particular time was to redeem the coupon I was sent. Usually good service here: disappointing

I’d give this ACE a 2 star but had nothing but good customer service in the past. What really bothered me today was that after purchasing several cans of paint I ask for the kilz primer to be tinted the same color and they refused to do that. Been to several other paint stores and never had an issue so I had to go to Home Depot to have them tint me a can. Painters old trick so you don’t have to use as much paint with same results. First coat color matched primer then paint over.

Ace was definitely the place for me today. I was searching for a leaf blower and came out with a weed wacker and blower CRAFTMAN at that for a bargin. Rapheal helped me understand what I needed to meet the specs that I was looking for. He was knowledgeable. And Tristane was awesome as well. She was able to direct me to the exact products i was looking for. Like graffiti removal and drywall coating surfacer. Ace is the place.

I Love this Gordon's Ace Hardware. I went to Ace not knowing the name of what I needed. I brought the pieces that I needed. The man at the register told me what isle to go to, then called someone on the radio to the same isle. I showed the young man what I had and he immediately knew exactly what it was and where it was. I AM VERY IMPRESSED. This is why I keep going to Gordon's Ace Hardware. THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF!

This is a well stocked store with great variety and selection in a small footprint. They have all the basic supplies and ample staffing that's knowledgeable and quite personable. As a self proclaimed Pit Master I love the large selection of grilling supplies including fuel for grilling and seasoning wood. Do yourself a favor and venture out of the big box stores back to the neighborhood.

I needed paint for a project I was working on, and although Ace Hardware is more expensive than many of the other places I stopped in for my supplies. Jake helped Me out and he was really professional. There was a crabby old lady in the store and was really patient with her and I appreciated that because in about 40 years, I’ll probably be a crabby old man.

I'f you need something you will always find someone in this store to help you find it. They will answer questions and spend as much time as you want to fulfill your needs. Quite unlike big box stores where you need to send up a signal flare to get someone's attention. Highly recommend for it's old time neighborhood feel. Not much of that anymore.

I came in to buy soil for my wife and was greeted by a young man by the name of Hernan who managed to help me understand my wife's complicated soil demands and he even helped me put it in my truck. Everyone was so nice and helpful, I will be definitely be returning when I need more help understanding my wife's lists. Thanks Hernan!

Trinidad was super helpful, I was looking for Stains for my hardwood floors.. and he was able to help me by staining a wood piece with several colors to get the right color !!!. I came back to this store for more paint even though I have another store near my house 8 Miles away.. thanks for the great service !!

Last week went to this Ace because the screw on my patio umbrella stand would not hold umbrella up. One of the maangers spent at least 20 minutes to find the right screw to fix it.Cost to me .65cents. They care about their customers. Glad to see this new Ace in neighborhood. Would recommend to everyone.

Went in to JC Licht to get Benjamin Moore paint. Had a wonderful experience with the store Manager Trinidad. He guided me in selecting two colors for my condo and also helped me select a Benjamin Moore paint that fits my needs. The store looks great, staff is great. Overall a great experience!

The paint I ordered was going to take them a little longer to mix than originally stated, so the manager personally delivered the paint to my house! He offered this despite the fact I said it was no big deal to wait and was so friendly. Such uncommonly above-and-beyond customer service!

It's alright if you need some stuff last minute, but Ace in general is pretty pricey tbh. If you have prime and can wait 1-2 days, I would do that. Staff is good and they usually have, for what you're looking (sounds weird not to end in a preposition).

Ace is the place everyone in the store is knowledgeable and helpful and they take you right to the item you're looking to find unlike the gigantic stores like Home Depot were you can waste 45 minutes to an hour looking for an item

Looks spectacular! The update is easier to find things. Brighter, cleaner and good experience shopping. Only crutch is cashier has to answer phones and if you're waiting in line to purchase they put paying customer on hold.

Small Ace outlet. Has the basics. More of a location to pick up materials for quick repairs over full renovation or big DIY projects. Paint selection comparable to bigger chains.
