When I started physio, my feet shuffled with severe lower back pain arthritis degenerative discs and no hope of recovery. 68 year old military veteran lacking sleep, not pretty! I was referred from JD PHYSIO on Princess Street to their east end office. After 12 sessions, now walking with minor pain/discomfort. I can now stand and brush my teeth without my legs collapsing. Attitude has improved as well as sleep! Treatment ongoing and look forward to improved quality of life. Staff are knowledgeable, observant on my needs and I always leave in a good mood. John is very adept at diagnosing you. He gets down to the root cause rather than only paying attention to where it ails you. Refreshing! He and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have had alot of experience with physiotherapists, chiropractors and more. I would have no problem recommending this clinic, knowing you would be in good hands!
