BUNCH OF CROOKS AND DISHONEST BUSINESS WARNING DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!#** I booked through Tyroola to get my KO2 BF Goodrichs fitted to my Toyota Hilux 2019 with JD Complete Auto. Upon collecting my car after fitment and wheel alignment, I requested an alignment report (just to prove they did it). Jordan the owner said he'll email me asap. He delayed for days until I went back in person to find they have no wheel alignment equipment and falsely state that all wheel alignments are done next door at "Marine Tyres". I then called Marine tyres but was told they are crooks and rip-offs as they don't do any work for JD auto at all and that they have been conning customers for a long time. I caught Jordan red handed and watched him blame all his other employees and not take responsibility and fumble with excuses. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS, they are under investigation by Tyroola for stealing money and faking work that hasn't been done. They put shame in this customer based industry.

Could not recommend this place enough. It's miles from where I live, but needed a couple of drive line issues resolved immediately, so I made the 30 minute treck as he said he would fit me in. I was given a rough quote over the phone so I knew what I was up against. Once I got there I discussed a few other issues but as he squeezed me in it was basically a case of "just sort them if you have time" Later that day I returned to find that he had fixed everything and charged me less than what I was quoted over the phone. It's so nice to know that there is still a decent honest mechanic out there. This is where I'll go every time from now on!

I am a female aged pensioner and while my car was being serviced by JDs I received a phone call from them falsely claiming my tyres were worn out, they needed to be replaced and they could do it straight away. I said no and I would get my son to look at them. On picking up my car the owner was quick to point out the tyres were not completely worn and would last another 6 months. When I told him I only bought the car six months ago and had an RAA inspection pre-purchase that showed there was nothing wrong with the tyres and I had only driven 2,000 km since then he backed down even further and said they would last 12 months.

We recently visited JD Complete Auto Mechanical & Auto Electrical, and they were amazing from start to finish. Their expertise, friendly service, and quick turnaround time left us thoroughly impressed. They patiently listened to our concerns and took the time to explain the issues in a way that we could easily understand. Their approachability and transparency immediately put us at ease. Our car runs smoothly, and I'll be returning for future needs. Highly recommended!

Jordan has done my general service, and today he has to change my drive belt, two new tires, new headlight and indicators. He has done all of this for less that what i paid last year. They were supposed to have fixed an oil leak and didn't. Jordan found the two oil leaks and I haven't lost any oil since. If you want value for your car repairs and a honest mechanic. JD Autos wont let you down.

My front tyre split on the way to work yesterday. Rang JD Auto just after 8am and Jordan ordered in the tyre for me straight away . The tyre was there and then fitted by lunch time. (its not just a run of the mill tyre so was glad it was done so quickly) Great service & will definitely be back for anything else that needs to be done in the future.

Very unprofessional Vehicle returned after service running worse, idling rough and stalls repeatedly. Owners response was to take it elsewhere to get fixed when he couldn't fault find even though he had the same idling and stalling issues when he took it for a test drive. Happy to take your money... Not too keen to do a good job.

I had work done by previous owner only to have the same issue return after spending $2400.00 to have it repaired approached the new owners which were more then willing to bend over backwards to help me resolve the issue again I'm very happy with the new owners approach I highly recommend. It was no fault of there own

Jordan is the best, we had both of our cars Mazda 6 and I 30 Hyundai fully serviced, brakes, windows fixed and so much more and I can’t fault them, they are friendly, very helpful and very reasonabley priced, I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending to anyone, well done Jordan and team

GRADE A SERVICE . Picked up my car today after having some work done on the engine and new tyres fitted. The team were really helpful and loved how the mechanic talked me through what was needed.This 10 year old Honda Civic is driving like a newborn :) super happy guys

We have trouble with our Aircon in the car we are traveling with. They squeezed us in to have a look at it. Unfortunately, fixing the issue would have been too expensive for us. Highly recommend. The Google Maps navigation is inaccurate, it is about 100m further.

I dealt with Jordan and I must say, he was an absolute legend. Honest, transparent and to the point, he gave me sound advice and helped me every step of the way. Easily the best experience I've had at a mechanics workshop. I wouldn't going anywhere else.
