Whithin that time JLA have provided us with nothing but examplary advise in a very clear candid way . They have always made sure the company has filled on time . They will chase up if I’ve somehow managed to get distracted with the day to day issues of running my own business and neglected to realise it’s getting close deadlines . There always available at the end of the phone if not very quick to return a call. As tax affairs change with government budgets and new ways are adopted. Jeff is far more than an accountant - he really is a great business advisor. He has a mug on his desk which says "I am a tax advisor, not a bloody magician", but I think he is too modest. He thinks outside the box, and looks for realistic solutions that deliver significant tax advantages to his clients. He thinks about what would benefit you in the long term, not just this year, and aside from considering VAT, Income Tax and Corporation Tax, he looks at putting in structures to mitigate IHT & CGT. As a Chartered Accountant myself (but not in General Practice), I'd recommend JLA to any SME business / owner. You can't go wrong with Jeff Lermer.
