James answered all my questions promptly over email (with honesty and integrity), then after buying he arranged a new NCT and stored the car for free until my return. When I turned up to collect it, the car was just as described / photographed and ready to go. And to top off a great service James even covered my taxi ride to his dealership. That was totally unexpected and was the icing on the cake as far as I was concerned. Great guy to deal with + a nice range of competitively priced cars. Five stars all the way :-)

I bought a toyota from JOC Auto, I found James manner to be pleaseant and professional. The car came with full traceability and was in excellent condition and any part that needed to be changed was. After sales he provides warranty if something does go wrong mechanically he would fix the issue within reason.

We bought a car and we just discover (by another garage who check the car) that all the brake system, the battery and the shock absorber was gone. Before that, we already changed one tyre wich deflated just after we bought that car (that was perfectly hidden). Just run away from this.
