I cannot say enough good things about Taariq (Tai), both as a person and as a realtor. He is so knowledgeable, competent, honest, and professional. If he doesn't know an answer, he goes and finds it. Tai worked tirelessly to find the perfect house for my family and me. He sent me listings daily...we must have checked out over 30 houses! But I never felt like it was an inconvenience because Tai made my needs a priority. He was consistent and honest when I asked his opinion on things. After looking for a year and a half with two different agents from other companies, I started working with Andrew who had me in a house that checked every box after only 3 months despite the rising interest rates. Mark Gentle reached out to me in the early stages of planning a move from Tennessee to Florida. I appreciated that he listened to all of my questions and concerns about buying a home sight unseen in a crazy market. He also had the added challenge of assisting my family member find a home. She was moving from a different state as well but with a very short timeline to find a home. We wanted to be in the same neighborhood. Mark was amazing about seeing homes for us and using FaceTime so we could see homes we were interested in from afar. Why is my agent ignoring helping us? *** After unsuccessfully trying to sell us properties that were too close together, Real Estate Agent lied, Said they wouldn't build next to our property, because next door was a utility easement, which we believed because the very large utility box next to our property had the same address on it, that would have been on next door's property. Now my 85 year old mom gets to spend the rest of her days, staring at a wall instead of greenery. They won't even financially compensate us.

We bought the new construction house in St. Augustine with Olga as an investment. We live in another state and weren't able to check all stages of the building process. Olga was in constant contact with us, and regularly sent us a picture and videos of our future house. So, we never worried about the process. I am usually not one to leave negative reviews, but my experience with Sandra (Sandy) Khan was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. I was searching for a property in Florida and reached out to her due to her supposed reputation as a knowledgeable and experienced realtor. However, I quickly found that she severely lacked the critical qualities I needed in a realtor, including market expertise, responsiveness, negotiation skills, professionalism, and communication. To make matters worse, she was consistently rude throughout our interactions. So I never purchased a home using Sandy, although I had financing in place.

Naajia is the best real estate agent I ever had. she gets it thing done in a timely manner. she helped me so much with the learning about buying a home even afterwards.
