We looked at a rental with Traditions in Jax, the rent was more than 1k over market standard. We understood that....We asked Johnet if the owner was flexible on the price and she said yes. We filled out the rental app the day we saw the property and paid the $100 application fee. We left the building and within 5 minutes Johnet called us to tell us that if we get the house we would only have the key to the front door...the owner didn’t want to pay to re-key the property so we would not have keys to 10+ other doors that also lead to the outside. So interesting this wasn’t disclosed before we paid the application fee. A quick google search showed this was not acceptable in this state. We did “get” the house but we refused to rent it based on the lack of access to the home along with the fact that the owner was not at all flexible on the inflated rent as promised by Johnet. We only asked that the owner pay the $130 monthly landscaping fee for the continued care of the gorgeous yard. Johnet told us that the owner changed her mind, she would not reduce the rent by $130 nor would the landlord pay the $130 monthly landscaping fee. I requested a refund of the $100 application fee based on Traditions attempting to rent a property without full access including giving the tenant keys to all exit doors. Then the nightmare really began....while I was quickly told the refund was approved, I continue to wait for the same...supposedly they sent me a check (?!) even though I paid for the application fee by credit card.....I was told they neglected to include our condo number on the envelope so now I am still waiting for a credit to our card. Our bank is investigating this and I received an email from Ms Greenland (Johnet’s supervisor), today that stated: “I can see that no reply will be satisfactory to you.” I am frustrated that I have been promised a refund and I haven’t received it even tho it’s been supposedly mailed to me and now supposedly credited to my account. I guess I am being difficult. Traditions didn’t do their job. I have been more than patient. You’ve been warned.

Although I have not actually hired Traditions Realty, I wanted to post a review of their agent, David White, based on his willingness to answer all my questions in a timely manner as I was trying to help my mom decide whether to hire them or to keep the current property management company for her rental house. David spent time on the phone & via email to help me understand Traditions' management agreement and immediately sent me comps in the area of my mom's house, even though we hadn't agreed to hire them. Ultimately, the only reason my mom didn't hire them is because the current management company is waiving the first month's leasing fee for the next tenant because my mom has been with them for so long. That amounts to $600 so she didn't want to lose that money. However, based on our experience with David, and our dissatisfaction otherwise with the other company my mom is using, she will switch to Traditions Realty for property management the next time a new tenant is to be signed.

I have used Traditions Realty for over 20 years with finding me renters for my upstairs unit. Not only was I able to get premium rates for my neighborhood, but my tenants were also always a perfect fit, financially and character. When I decided to sell my property that I have lived in for 46 years, Sacha did incredible things to make it happen. My home was in a very desirable neighborhood, in one of the best parts of the city. Because I was moving at the same time the sell was taking place, Sacha ensured that I did not have to worry and not add any anxieties. Traditions Realty got me the absolute highest price I ever would have expected. I made a lot of money, and the new owner has made an investment on the future. I highly recommend Sacha and his team for their expertise and knowledge. I can't thank them enough for my good fortune. This team at Traditions is extremely knowledgeable about their city and neighborhood and know what they are doing.

Bad experience in 2018, due to the owner of the apartment building we wanted to rent in. The owner backed out after a lease had been drafted. In 2019, we tried to work with Traditions Realty again because they have a better selection of properties compared to other realtors. We did run into a few issues, however, I was quickly contacted by Ms. Beth King who addressed and resolved all of the issues we had in a timely manner. She worked diligently to get us into the apartment that we wanted. Beth was very understanding and easy to work with. We did finally, get an apartment in the building that we wanted. In the end, everything worked out wonderfully. I would recommend working with Beth or another senior realtor at Traditions Realty.

This is a post to just praise the whole team at Traditions. But I'd like to shout-out Beth as she was very attentive to my financial situation after the covid furlough. She went to bat for me and was able to secure relief funds that were made available to the state of Florida. Allowing me to stay in my home and after a year, I can move forward without any altercations or blemishes on my name. I can't express how much all of her hard work will resonate into my future. I'm a renter and Lauren manages the property I live in. My experience with her has been pleasant since the moment I came to check out the property. If there's an issue I try to resolve it myself because that's just who I am, but when I do need to reach out to her, she's just a text away and always gets right on the issue and sends someone over to fix it. My experience with the office is great as well. When I come in to pay rent, the person (sometimes different people) sitting at the desk are always extremely welcoming and kind.

This company managed our property for two years and when the tenant left the broken toilets the broken dishwashers in his pipe and furniture stained by the water from the leak, the outlets Outside the wall and without covers, the super dirty folders and the dull ceilings, as well as graphics on a door. We talked about claiming in the company and we received an email from you where they canceled our contract with them and left us the key at the reception. Apparently they work for tenants And not for the customer attached photos

Excellent house selling experience delivered by our agent/property manager Eric Hill from Traditions Realty LLC. My wife and I had to make the hard decision of selling our very first house due to some unfortunate circumstances. However, Eric Hill's expertise in real estate and guidance were paramount in getting our house sold fast (of course this depends if you are willing to listen to a real estate expert advice and leaving your emotions outside of the equation). Highly recommend their services.

For all their screening and vetting they were unable to prevent a bunch of kids from moving directly below me in a building that they are responsible for in terms of tenant placement. Kids who blast music all night long, make the entire building smell like weed (I have no problem with 420 but when the entire building including my apartment smells like it, yes I have a problem). All talk and absolutely no ability to actually do proper background screening. Pure garbage. Be wary.

Rachel Shepard could not keep track of leases, regulary took 4-5 days to respond to texts/emails/calls, and also had contractors do work to my units that I paid extra to have permitted(which never was) and the work was never followed up with before contractors were paid.
