Our family (of 4) booked a 4DAY tour from NYC with Jupiter Legend this July. Though, we started our journey with the whole group at Washington D.C. because we couldn’t arrive in NYC as scheduled. Our tour guide (Roger Yang) was very professional and helpful as he texted us about the time and location in advance, so it was very easy to catch up with the group in D.C. Before we finally met, I think he did try his best to response asap, which helped a lot. By the end of the first day, we had the option to dine at an Asian buffet restaurant. I think everyone chose to eat here since we’re already very tired by the dinner time. Here, they serve a lot of different dishes (but mostly Chinese/ Asian food), which was pretty convenient, bc you won’t have to think a lot ab what to eat after a long day. However, it didn’t fit our appetite, so in the next day we decided to dine on our own. It costed less, but the downside is that finding a public place to sit and eat was not easy The next morning we started our journey to the Corning Glass Museum - Watlkin State Park at 7:50AM after breakfast at the hotel. Very fortunate to have such a diligent tour guide like Roger and to be in a group which mostly everyone is responsible and on time, so we didn’t waste time waiting for ppl and arrived just on time. The second day was mostly on the bus, yet, I like that they would have several stops for ppl to go to the restroom/ buying snacks. We stopped at a supermarket by lunch time to have lunch, and buy breakfast for the next morning. Love this stop very much bc there were a lot of food to stock from there By the night, we arrived at Niagra to watch they light up the falls. We had about an hour there and saw everything we should see. An hour passed by pretty fast, but I think that’s enough So, it’s the night tour, and when we got back on bus to go to the hotel, I saw that Roger even double checked the attendance to make sure no one’s left behind. Oh, and on the way to Niagra Falls, it was very nice of him to hand out hotel rooms’ keys to everyone, which faster the process when we got back at late night. Moving to our third day, woke up very early, and was glad that our group still made it to start our days at 6:50AM. According to the initiary, we chose to participate in some activities: Niagra’s In-depth tour, Maid of the Mist. All were very enjoyable and worth to try once. I like that we got to hear about some interesting facts ab each part of the park from Roger all the time before we get down, so that we had some knowledge ab the place, not wondering around miserably And that’s our first three days on this trip. We’ve just stopped and moved to another bus to go to Boston (our final destination). I will update on this part later. For those 3 days, I am glad that we had a very smooth, safe and pleasant journey with very great guiding. Roger was always very informative in introduction and instruction to everyone at every location (never forgets to speak in both Chinese & English, notify ppl on the bus whenever we’re arriving at the next stops/ hotels/ attractions, always introduce some interesting information about the next destination, always check on the attendance before/after ppl leave the bus). Along the way, we spent a lot of time on the bus, and thank God the seating was very comfortable, and we were not bothered by anyone at all. If there’s anything to complain, I’d say the toilet in the back of the bus was quite smelly. We sat right in front of it, and the smell sometimes bothers us (even though Roger said no one has ever used it). Pros: No need to worry about how to get to places/ tickets are mostly booked in advance and waiting time is not long. Not all activities are mandatory, you won’t have to visit places that you aren’t interested in. Cons: A lot of time on bus (literally), times at attractions are limited. Food could also be a problem for picky eater I think.

Tim Li was a stellar, super knowledgeable tour guide for our 3-day New Hampshire trip. The majority of our group consisted of Cantonese speakers, and he had no problem explaining things in Cantonese despite it being a bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese only) tour. He was also incredibly patient and made sure that none of us got lost on the trails, which was super helpful for folks who had trouble reading signs. The attractions that we visited were very exciting and suitable for all age groups, especially for nature enthusiasts. Polar Caves had some really tight spots for those who dared to squeeze and crawl through, but also included bypasses. My personal favorites were the Flume Gorge and Lost River Gorge. Both were refreshing to walk through and had breathtaking views. The Washington Mountain Cog Railway was also very cool to experience, even through the extreme haze and climate changes on the way to the summit. However, for those who prefer to take it easy the Mount Washington Sunset Dinner Cruise is perfect. Overall it was a great weekend getaway and we are grateful for our wonderful tour guide. Also, props to our awesome bus driver, Bin for getting us everywhere safely!

My travel experience was further enhanced by our team leader, Shelley, who skillfully navigated us through Vermont. She was not only knowledgeable about the area but also a warm and personable guide. Her passion for Vermont was infectious, and her attention to detail ensured that we didn’t miss out on any of the hidden gems this beautiful state has to offer. The leadership added an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip, making it a journey I won’t soon forget. Vermont, with its breathtaking views and a fantastic team lead, is a destination that will forever hold a special place in my heart. Vermont is an enchanting destination that truly captivated my senses with its picturesque landscapes. The lush, rolling hills were adorned with a tapestry of fiery autumn leaves, casting a mesmerizing spell on me, fortunate enough to witness this natural spectacle. As I journeyed through the countryside, the vista of serene, mirror-like lakes framed by the rugged peaks of the Green Mountains left me in awe. The vibrant colors of fall painted a vivid masterpiece that made every turn of the road an Instagram-worthy moment.

An Experience of a Lifetime!!! I am 53 years old from Alabama. I have always wanted to visit NY, Philadelphia and Boston. This tour under Jake Yang’s guidance afforded me the opportunity to check off so many experiences from my bucket list. Jake provided excellent education and history throughout our five day tour. He pointed out interesting facts along our journey. When planning your trip, I highly encourage you to request Jake as your tour guide because number one he’s very caring. He watched out for everyone in his group (in which we felt safe at all times). He snapped pics at our request and answered all of our questions. We visited places I never heard of or never thought to visit. Watkins Glen State Park was absolutely beautiful and of course Niagara Falls were simply breathtaking taking. We packed a lot of miles on our feet so whatever you do bring comfortable shoes and try to keep a charge on your phone for the many beautiful memories you are sure to capture. Thank you Jake for making my vacation a very happy and enjoyable occasion.

My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day Boston+Acadia National Park package. Each attraction that was chosen to be in the package was well planned and executed wonderfully by our tour guide Matthew, who was very accommodating and ensured everyone’s comfort and satisfaction. The only thing I would say is the $70 lobster meal and the boston harbor city cruise didn’t feel all that worth it (although if you dream of trying maine’s famous lobster and listening to the history of boston, it may be worth it for you). However, all of the other attractions were beyond wonderful. The hotel we stayed in was clean and comfortable and there was a grocery store and restaurants accessible around it. Among the two buffet meals we were offered by the package, both were really good selections. Once again, a big thank you to Matthew for all his hard work. And a big thank you to our bus driver as well. Our journey was comfortable and enjoyable and we would love to do more tours like this.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Niagara Falls, and I met with my tour guide, Emi. She was amazing and I had a really good experience with her. She was very friendly, informative, and it was truly a breathtaking experience. The view from the American side is remarkable, offering different perspectives of this natural wonder. The boat tour on the Maid of the Mist is a must-do (make sure u bring sandals). Getting up close to the falls and feeling the mist on your face is exhilarating. The Cave of the Winds experience, where you can walk right next to Bridal Veil Falls, is equally thrilling. Also, the surrounding area has a lot to offer as well. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions to explore. The town has a lively atmosphere, especially in the evenings when the falls are illuminated. My Niagara Falls trip was a memorable adventure (10/10), and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nature-filled and awe-inspiring getaway.

An Unforgettable Journey into the 1st Nature Wonderland- Yellowstone Nation Park. We have booked this tour in early August 2023 from Vancouver. I am always willing to visit Yellowstone, to check out the amazing nature view, history, geology and ecology. During the tour, the tour guide was knowledgeable and passionate, and accommodations were comfortable, with the special 2-night lake view cable near Yellowstone Park. The logistics included transportation and the route line was well-planned, with enough time to have a deep visit to each famous viewpoints. Thanks to the experience of the tour guide, we had the most valuable photos, it made my dream come true. We captured the stunning landscapes and wildlife. He always helped the photographers to get the best shots. Overall, Thanks to the tour guide Mr.Joe Lin, the amazing experience left me with lasting memories and I appreciate the wonder of the world.

Jerry Zhang was the tour leader for the 3-day Niagara Falls and Washington DC tour I took in July 2023. He is fluent in English and Mandarin and introduced many details and useful information about the attractions, making our trip easy and enjoyable. At the Niagara Falls attraction, a rainstorm suddenly struck. He lent his umbrella to a old couple and used his jacket to hide from the rain. Despite being soaked, he went out to check if there was a fireworks display on that rainy night. He cared about everyone in the group and tried to make the trip a pleasant one for everybody. He would brave the heat and run around under the hot sun to solve any unexpected problems during the trip. Such a dedicated and kind guide is the best I've ever met. I felt very reassured by his careful and considerate arrangements and would like to participate in all the group tours he leads.

I had taken several East coast trips with this bus tour company. But this trip was by far the best 4 days 3 nights trip from Jersey City to Tennessee( East Coast )with our very wonderful tour guide - Sunny. He was the most entertaining and considerate tour guide and made our trip super fun! I was only vegetarian in the group and Sunny made sure, I got the vegetarian meals all the time. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the 10 states that we had travel in this trip, very informative and yet extremely caring about everyone's needs and was able to very efficiently take us to many different places in a very short duration. Wonderful 4 days tour to Tennessee Smoky mountain from NY. As usual well organized by Jupiter Legend corp. Lodging good . Liked all activities. Tour guide Sunny Shen is exceptional and he is very social and knowledgeable and good planner in activities of day. Example Ruby falls - our group was the first one to see in the morning and personalized guided Ruby falls tour. He also guided about road safety , how we find out our. location in highway and how to talk to emergency services etc. can’t forget 10 states we travelled in 4 days and sunny teacher took all efforts that we remember those states.Driver is best to drive such long hours on road without any incidents.only thing I feel need to improve May be lodging could be close to breakfast restaurant since hotel free breakfast not that good.

Kitty was our tour guide and she was amazing! She was very patient with everyone on the bus and always has a very good and thorough explanation for everything. Kitty has made everyone feel very comfortable and at ease. We went to see many different attractions and Kitty did a great job guiding us through everything. Washington DC, Corning Museum of Glass, Niagara Falls, and others were beautiful and Kitty let us know the best places to visit and take pictures. The bus was also very comfortable and Andy is a spectacular driver! The hotels were also very comfortable. If you're thinking about booking a tour with Jupiter Legend, I would say go ahead and do it! You won't regret it. Thank you to Kitty and Andy for working so hard and taking care of us for this 3 day tour!

3 reasons that it was a great trip: 1) Tour guide Sammy is knowledgeable, humorous and fluent in all 3 languages (English,mandarin and canto). He provided good context/ background for all the destination throughout the trip. Despite the long drive from destination to destination, it is somewhat bearable because our bus is always filled with laughter. 2) Sammy is a detailed oriented person and tries his best to accommodate for everyone. The day to day activities are communicated to everyone first things first in the morning and I do appreciate that because I know what to expect for that day. When I have any special request, Sammy tried his best to make it happen. 3) Sammy’s planning was great. We are always ahead of the other buses and managed to avoid crowding.

We did 3-day Acadia National Park tour. Excursion: Boston Aquarium, Boston Cruise, Portland Lighthouse, Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor + Bar Harbor Cruise + Thunder Hole and York’s Wild Kingdom. Our tour guide Matthew is very patient . I noticed people constantly asking questions what he already discussed while inside the bus. Maybe they weren't listening/sleeping. Either way i noticed his patience answering all those questions with a smile in his face. We changed seats each day to accommodate other people’s requests for sure that wasn't easy. I believe one of the hardest job is dealing with people. Especially on our tour comes different races. I can tell Matthew love his job. Salud! Looking forward for another trip/tour with Jupiter Legend.

We had a three day tour with tour guide: Roger. He was very knowledgeable on the tour and took everyone's questions/concerns into consideration. The driver: D also worked very hard to get us to each location in a timely manner. We went to see the most known attractions in D.C. before heading over to the Niagara Falls and taking the Boat Tour. I recommend people to take the boat tour for the scenic view! It can be more busy and crowded during the holidays so keep that in mind when booking a tour. Throughout the entire trip, Roger worked hard to allow everyone to have an enjoyable experience. He was an amazing and accommodating tour guide to have on this trip. I would recommend this trip!

Brother Hao was a great tour guide on my trip to Virginia! We went to so many great places, and everyone was able to get tons of great pictures! Every time we got the bus, he would explain in both Mandarin and English (because we had a lot of people that spoke Mandarin in the bus) about where we were going and how long it would take. He was also very helpful during the activities, such as assisting my 4 year old sister to be seen when taking pictures, making sure everyone had a great time, helping us with our luggage, and was overall a wonderful experience having him be my tour guide. I would love to go somewhere else with him again, and I hope he continues doing tours like this!

We joined 6-Day Tour of New York City, Washington D.C, Boston and Chris Jiang was our tour guide. He is super knowledgeable and did an amazing job in taking good care of everyone in tour. Since majority of tour members are Mandarin speakers, not just Chris has to explain everything in both English and Mandarin Chinese, he is also super helpful for the members who have difficulties in reading English signs or ordering food in restaurant. Overall, the tour is well organized. Chris is super patient, willing to accommodate and always try his best to watch out for everyone in his group. It has been a great tour and we are truly grateful to have Chris as our tour guide.

Booked the 2 day Watkins Glen/Niagara falls tour since I wanted to visit the Watkins glen park again for fall foliage. Wish we could’ve spent more time there (only did half the trail) but the trees were really pretty over at the whirlpool park too. Since tour provides transportation, it makes it convenient if you can’t drive but would like to visit upstate. You’re also able to pick and choose what activities you would like to do/ not do. Our tour guide was Zhang Mai and he was super helpful, fluent in both English and Chinese also providing us with interesting pieces of information for each location. Would recommend their tours for the convenience!

I recently took a 3-day Niagara Falls-Toronto tour with my family, and it was an amazing experience! Viewing the falls from the Canadian side is definitely better than from the American side, and the Hornblower Niagara Cruise and Niagara Skylon Revolving Restaurant Lunch were two of the best attractions of the trip. I also want to give a special shout-out to our tour guide, Wendy. She was amazing! She ran around to make sure we enjoyed every single attraction on time, and she was very knowledgeable about the area, the border process, and everything in between. She was also a very attentive and sweet person. Thank you!

I registered the 2-day Niagara Falls tour, and I am very glad to have Peter Zhu as our tour guide. The group have more than 50 tourists, a size that I don’t expect for tours on weekdays. Peter delivers messages very clearly on the bus, and he provides detailed descriptions of numerous objects at various tour attractions. As a result, the group is well organized. We visited the Corning Museum of Glass, Watkins Glen State Park, Old Fort Niagara, Niagara Falls and others. I’m very happy with the 2-day tour, and would recommend Peter if you’re looking for tour guide who is patient, energetic and knowledgeable.

Me and my daughter went to Yellowstone national park tour and had Zhou Lin as our tour guide. Zhou Lin planned the tour in an organized manner. We maximized our time well from our waking up till the end of the day is packed with amazing places to see. He is very knowledgeable in how to position and plan our day so nothing was wasted. I highly recommend him and the tour group for their consideration as we are the only non Chinese speaking in the group. I enjoyed the places that we went to visit. This was truly a memorable place, beautiful sceneries… bucket list checked!

5*! Highly recommend! What an amazing time we had in Canada. Our group of six joined their 5 day fall foliage tour from New York to Canada. Vicky, our tour guide, took us to Niagara Falls, Thousand Islands, Toronto, Montreal and Quebec. The tour included variety of activities from boat rides to hiking and the views were phenomenal! Our experience was enhanced by Vichy’s professionalism. Vicky is very knowledgeable and did the commentary in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. “Cheng CAO” was our tour guide. He was simply amazing. He gave us so many interesting historical facts along with stories about Philadelphia, Washington DC and Niagara Falls sight we were seeing. CAO detailed commentary gave us added insight and information that you won’t get from other tour guides. At every stop where we got off the bus, CAO was took care of everyone making sure no one got left behind. I felt like he was my own VIP personal tour guide. I highly recommend this tour. If you can ask for CAO as a tour guide it’s worth its weight in gold.”

We had a wonderful 5 day tour to Canada with Sammy. He was exceptional nice and took care of my cousin who has Autism. My cousin is very social and sometimes his behavioral might rub people the wrong way. Sammy was very patient and try his best to accommodate every group. Sammy was willingly to accommodate my cousin's needs. Sammy also would go out of his way to help us take nice photos. Sammy is well verse in the places we visited. I had wonderful memory on this trip. I recommend Sammy as your tour guide as he is one of the best tour guide out there.

We did the 3 day Washington DC to Niagara Falls tour. Our tour guide was Jerry! He was really considerate to us passengers and gave us clear instructions! He’s also very knowledgeable! He always tells us the plan and inform us on where the essentials are. All the stop we made are worth seeing and he knows information about all of them! The driver also drove safe and we felt safe while traveling in the bus! Overall, very positive and worth it experience! I recommend doing it and we plan on using this tour company again in the future!

I am Sri Lankan solo female traveller from Singapore who recently had an amazing 3 day Niagara tour via Washington DC with Jupiter legend. Their guide, Jonah is very responsible, highly helpful and knowledgeable. He had organized the tour very well with very good time management. Accommodation is also very safe and decent. All the information are shared both in English and Chinese. So, even non-Chinese language known person can also take part and enjoy. I highly recommend this tour for every one and its totally worth for .

itinerary is substantial and really thanks for our tour guide - Shelley. Her extensive knowledge of the destinations we visited added a layer of depth and insight to the journey. The hotel is amazing, this is my first time seeing a hotel offers tripe bed (all queens size), the trip is totally worth the price. This waterfalls is not in our itinerary but Shelley made it happen for us! big shout out to Shelley - who went above and beyond to accommodate our group's needs and preferences, making the experience truly memorable.

I took their fall foliage tour to Vermont from NYC which turned out to be an amazing experience. The tour is very well-organized and all we need to do is to sit at our comfortable seats on the bus while everything else (transportation, hotel, tickets to tourist attractions etc) are taken care of. Ms Shelley Huang is a wonderful guide who is highly adept at her job and took care of every need of customers. I would highly recommend tours organized by this company and I'll surely take more of their tours in the future.

We took an all-inclusive vacation at Cancun that also includes local travel plans. On the way to Chichen Itza, we visited two cenotes: Suytun Cenote and IK Kil cenote. I also swam in the IK Kil cenote, a very unique and nice experience. Our tour guide R. Lin (Xiao Lin) was great, enthusiastic, very organiced and easy to communicate with. Her great knowledge on Chichen Itza Ruin made our visiting more interesting and joyful. I learned quite a lot from this trip. Thank you Xiao Lin for the very nice job you did!

My family and I had a blast, (Niagara falls 2 days tour) this tour was amazing, not rush as other tours I did before, including the same kind. Our tour guide: Ting Ting Lin is so nice and enthusiastic, explained the most interesting points of each place we visited, people from different places came and everyone enjoyed this visit, the hotel accommodation was excellent, I'm definitely doing this again, next time, USA-CANADA. Looking forward to my next tour.

Took a fall foliage tour to Vermont, and it was an amazing experience. My family and I (9 in total) just finished a three-day trip/tour to Niagara Falls. The trip was marvelous, and we were able to visit multiple sites, like the skyline tower and both the New York and Canadian sides of the Falls. Our hotel (Sheraton) was right across the street from the casino, so it was cool to visit that as well at night. Our tour guide Vicky was super friendly and accommodating, and the whole trip ran smoothly. Would definitely sign up for a tour again!

Tim Li was our tour guide for a 3 days trip at New Hampshire. He was very incredible and very patient to everyone. He was explain and help whenever we needs. Tim took us to different attractions. He was with us and make sure everyone was safe. Also, Tim and the bus driver took a good care of an elderly. They was lookout for her and her wheelchair all the times. They did a very good job and very friendly. Thank you Tim. We hope we can see you at the next trip.

I took the 3days2night tour to Martha's Vineyard this time and we got Jason as our tour guide… the entire trip was so fun and enjoyable…it wasn't as rushed like the regular tour group and we were able to properly experience everything that we want and should… Shootout to Jason who is so patient and professional… Everything went by so nice and smoothly without any hitches…Looking forward to my next trip soon!

Although it was only three days, Roger, the tour guide, was very enthusiastic and detailed to explain each scenic spot to us, patiently waited and arranged our itinerary, and was very happy about this trip to Niaguala Falls and Washington ...... The two day trip was honestly a blast, me and my family had so much fun throughout the trip it was amazing. Our guide James was a big part of a help to our trip, he guided us where to go lead us to many adventures, and gave us unbelievably good advices throughout the trip. I would go again any day and would consider other people to go to! With super helpful, informative, and kind guide like James it made our trip so much easier :)

Had a great experience tour to Niagra Falls for the 1st time!!! Especially our tour guide Kenny, he is really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful !!! Price was affordable and acceptable. Anything extra was informed in advance and nothing surprised when arrived. Definitely recommended and will be back with my family and relatives!!! You should try and experience yourself!!

Nice and amazing trip in D.C. and Niagara with our tour guide Sunny Shen! Been through lots of historical place and also natural view. Love the Niagara fall, prepare to get all fun and all wet!!! Relaxing travel in Brooklyn and Manhattan with our tour guide Jenny Hong! Though the weather was bad and traffic horrible, the overall route was satisfying which covered basically all of the fun spot to shoot photos.

Matt has been really helpful and patient in coordinating the tour. There were many unforseen issues throughout the trip such as cancelled fireworks, hotel issues, custom requests by other participants, but he handled it well to reduce any further delay and unhappiness. He also showed his knowledge of the various in depth tours which allowed a good overview of the activities and ample time to take photos.

My 4 day Tennessee tour was life changing and the views were breathtaking. My tour guide Sunny made the adventure amazing and his enthusiastic personality kept me intrigued at all times. Also, our bus driver Ewin was very nice and drove the bus safely and smoothly. I would highly recommend anyone taking this tour. In fact, I loved this trip so much, this was my second time going on this Tennessee trip.

Great experience! We went on the Niagara Falls 2 day tour from MD to New York and had a wonderful time. Our driver/tour guide was Emi, she's amazing. Very friendly, and informative. The Maid of the Mist boat ride is a must, we got the best pictures!

We went on the one day Luray Caverns and Shenandoah National park tour with Emi as a tour guide. The group was small, the transport clean and comfortable and Emi was the best tour guide we have had in DC. She was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure everyone in the group was looked after and catered for. The tour itself was fantastic with wonderful scenery and the awe-inspiring caverns.

The most interesting tour group I have participated in so far. First, our tour guide(Roger Yang) was also very professional in explanation. Second, I learned a lot of knowledge and the history of the scenic spots in the process. Third, the trip arrangement is not compact but suitable for people who like a comfortable experience!! The last, recommended to everyone if interested!!!
