Reading all other reviews, I can safely say these individuals whom commented this business must probably want to pay less for more service. I give this business a 4 star, just because they have room for improvement and growth just like companies that are in the Fortune 500. I know my way around the internet and know how to get the best prices on the market. I travel twice a year to South America, this is where Sunita's travel comes in handy. They specialize in getting the best prices in this region. I call, I tell whoever I speak to which dates I need to travel by, that person provides me the info, I reserve my ticket(s) without payment(payment must be received in 2-3 days if I remember correctly)... I pay them a visit to make payment, they go over my itinerary every single time(doesn't matter if I am a frequent visitor to their business) they still take their time to go over it with me. Most times, the person helping me doesn't even know how often myself or a family member travels with services provided from their business. So to dummy it down, they treat me as any other customer... valid services for what I pay for.

I would never use them again Unprofessional!! I purchased 4 seat since in February of 2020 for July ,they told me flight with resume in sept I rebook for sept 23 rd I paid additional 330 still no flight again Sunita told me November I cannot travel in November due to COVID-19 and I have my old parents !! I ask for a refund they told me tickets are no refundable when I spoke a an agent from Caribbean airline customer service I was told yes it’s refundable because no flight was going then I was okay for them to hold my money The owner Sunita told me I have to pay weaver fee for 125 per person , my husband call an speak with one of her staff Shelly told my husband we don’t have to pay no weaver fee ticket can be hold for one year !! They were very nice at the beginning when taking my money , and they never call us for updates we have to call them ! I will never purchase tickets with them ever again !! I will not recommend travel to purchase tickets from that agency they owner lie she is not honest very sad

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this travel agent. My recent experiences exceeded my expectations. I have not a negative thing to say about anyone I've dealt with. I had a death in my family and had to go to Guyana. From one minute to the next I couldn't decide on my travel plans. I called them countless times everyday for a few days, not once was anyone annoyed or rude or anything of the sort. As a matter of fact it was quite the opposite. They were patient, understanding and make every effort to accommodate me. Thank you to everyone for providing such excellent service. You guys are amazing!!!!

I would never use them again ....they are soooooooo bad I give them my information for my flights and American airline still call me to provide missing information they never put down my information for my flight plus my seats they choose without even asking if that's where I wanna sit..note I had a child and they pick seats far from each other are u kidding me how am I suppose to seat away from a 2 year old never again... even if they were the last travel agents and I would never tell my friend or family about them... anybody mention this agency I will always say bad about them

I've been doing business with Sunita's travel agency for years and I just want to say that I've always experienced outstanding customer service. They have been very helpful in finding me some great prices when ever I needed to travel. I've been fortunate throughout my years doing business with one Suenna, who is one of the representatives at the agency. She has been very helpful and proactive and a very good example of what is expected of a travel agent. Based on my experience I highly recommend Sunita's agency.

I recently booked a flight to go to Trinidad on August 27th to September 1st. I was kinda concern about the PCR test and the travel authorization, so I called Sunita who is very kind and professional, but she was busy so I spoke to Shoba wow she is very nice and kind she made sure I got all the information correct to travel I was having some problem filling out the form and she helped me. Sunita Travel is the best Travel agent in New York. Shoba 20 stars for you, you are awesome

based on my experience. sunita travel agency staff is not very truthful.. i got 4 difference prices for a ticket within 24 hours.. the guy i spoke with the second time lied about what price he quote the ticket and reserve it at. another person from my group that was travel called back within 30 minutes of my transaction and got the price agreed upon reservation while three other price was upcharged $20 more and the agreed price. i will never recommend this travel agency.

It was a busy office for sure. The inside was nice, the decor were nice. Some reps were friendly, some weren’t. My questions weren’t exactly answered at all, that kind of got me a tiny annoyed. I think they need more educated people working here, to be honest. The customer service representative did her job in finding the info I needed but she wasn’t the greatest at it.

My mom loves this travel agency, she uses them atleast once a year every year. I used them for the first time and the staff so so polite and helpful. I'm pretty sure I got the best rates available, no hidden fees or taxes. I'll definitely be using them again and again. Keep up the good work guys.

Horrible service. My husband and I went to get some information, we walked in to 5 young women behind their glass cubicle. One of them raised her head to tell us to 'sit', she will be with us shortly. Still waiting 25 minutes after We left. Very bad customer service

Professional Services, the girls here are well trained. My experience here with Sunita is above excellent, I always book my flights with her and I am so delightful to have such an amazing person to handle my trip when I needed to travel.

They are always friendly and very professional. They work hard to get you the best deal and they have always been very accommodating when it comes to making changes to flights for myself and family. I will always book with them.

This is the best place to go for your travel needs. All the travel agents are very kind and helpful. Plus the design of the office is so beautiful and elegant inside. You feel so special just by walking in.

Employees are very rude. they don't greet you properly neither answer your question properly! when I went there, they was gossiping and not paying attention. Very unprofessional. They need training.

Employees are very helpful however, a more efficient payment system is needed. Currently, you have to visit the office to swipe your credit card and collect your paper ticket.
