We had purchased a bookshelf. It's the second time we bought it, we liked it the first time so much that we thought we should get another. A few days after we bought it it went on sale. We brought the receipt in to Jysk to see if they could adjust the price for us. Ravi greeted us warmly at the desk. We explained our small dilemma and without any hesitation or inconvenience or difficulty whatsoever, he politely explained that of course he can refund us the difference to honor the sale price. He smiled genuinely during the entire interaction and projected an air of overall friendliness. My partner and I both left bringing with us a sense of calm and peace provided by Ravi.

I am so impressed with their selection of products and their pricing is way better in my opinion than HomeSense, Bed Bath & Beyond, Home Outfitters and even Ikea. I have also been really pleasantly surprised by the quality you get for price and am now turning to them for pretty much all my household decor and furnishing needs. I am also extremely happy with their customer service. Each time I am there the staff is always super helpful and their manager Jason was particularly helpful with resolving an issue I had. Definitely worth a visit and their sales are pretty spectacular.

This is my go-to store for mirrors and outdoor furniture, always great deals and quality. My most recent purchase of two large mirrors was perfect, Mary Ellen quickly helped me find what I was looking for and had me cashed out and on my way within minutes! Smoothest checkout ever, and they have a great system for loading in the back of this location in which a guy loaded these giant mirrors into my car for me. It would’ve been a struggle for me to do it by myself out in the parking lot, I was so glad they went straight to offering to load them for me. Thanks Jysk Kingston!

I always seem to find what I need on sale when I shop here. This store has lots of selection to choose from in every section. It is very tight in the aisles, so you need to be aware of this when you move around. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They have lots of cash registers so the wait to check out was minimal. This location is accessible and does have accessible parking spots available. It's location in the shopping centre makes crossing from the parking to the store challenging at times with the high volume of traffic.

My husband and I were long overdue for new pillows. More so my husband has his back isn’t great. I went into the Kingston and spoke with Caroline. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find a great fit. She informed that if they didn’t work I had 60 days to return. After getting them home I realized after the first night that mine was way too firm. I returned to the store and encountered Caroline once again who helped me find the perfect pillow for me! She was so helpful! Thank you for a great experience :)

Not a lot of anything here and nothing that we see online and wanted to see in person. Very disappointed. Staff, just going through the motions. The cashier asked if we found everything ok, and when I said no we didn't see any end tables or the other stuff we can for she just didn't respond. It was like she didn't know what came next in the script. All in all disappointing and nothing more.

Caroline was excellent. She was busy with some stuff but immediately came down to help me. The part I needed is not available as part of the assembly but she was able to find an open box umbrella which gave me the part I needed. To make it even better, she did not charge me so definitely a five star experience. Definitely returning to this JYSK for my future JYSK items.

We had a very good experience shopping here . The staff are always available and helpful with questions on the phone. They even help with loading and unloading which was not expected. Recently, I ordered the wrong size items and Amy was extremely patient and professional in helping us with processing the exchange .Thank you so much Amy, it made our day !

I love going to this location. I always have a pleasant time shopping. Store is clean and staff are very sweet and helpful. I have always had the best experiences with Caroline. She is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to make sure you’re getting the most out of your experience. I tell anyone to ask for her when they go!

Great store, lots of varieties. Customer Service could have been better though. Walked past several employees and few didn't acknowledge nor said replied 'good morning' after I greeted them first hand. Other than that, still a nice store for your home essential needs.

I love this store. We bought new bedding for our guest bedroom. Things were will priced. We were looking for a very specific part for our bed frame and the warehouse staff were so helpful.

We bought our boys some beds here tonight. Good selection of beds and mattresses. the prices were reasonable and the service was great. Haven't got them yet so hopefully all goes well.

A surprising variety in household and outdoor items. Pretty good prices too. All made in China, mind you, but that's no different than any other chain.
