"Great dog park"
"Good city park"

This a great off leash Dog Park located in the downtown core of Ottawa. It's not too big so it's easy to keep an eye on your pet. Most people that go are very friendly and true animal lovers. I have never seen any problems (pets or people). My dog goes crazy in the car as soon as he sees the park. You should check it out.
Great dog park. Secure double fence system at the entrances. Lots of tennis balls. Water bowls are provided, but the water is off because of construction currently so bring your own. Lots of benches, picnic tables, etc. This park is very dusty, your dog will probably need a rinse after coming but it's worth it.
Good city park. I was playing volleyball and the grass was good for that. A few divits in the grass, so be careful! And watch for dog poop as it's also a leashed in place to bring dogs. There is also a play area and an actual dog park with gravel. There's a three tier water fountain and a few pic nic tables.
This is a nice clean dog park close to Elgin St. There is a water fountain for the dogs which is good considering all the running they will do. There is a double gate system with the gates opening inward to reduce the risk of a dog running out of the park. Lots of fun to bring a dog there.
Dogs who are sensitive about what they walk on may not like this park as it is a pea-sized gravel substrate. It's not very large, but has good double-soor entrances so dogs don't escape coming and going, and a drinking fountain with a doggy height bowl attachment for thirsty pups.
Come on, Ottawa! Time to give this park a little love, it's looking a little dated and in need of a refresh (adult playground anyone?) The dog park is enclosed and includes a fountain for the fur babies, the regulars are friendly; I have no qualms bringing my dog here.
The best place in centre town for your dog to stretch it's legs! The regulars who go here are friendly but some irresponsible dog owners leave their dogs unattended for hours and some of them bring dogs which clearly have behavioural issues
If you have a small dog breed unable to defend itself, or a puppy, I do not recommend this park. While there are many responsible dog owners who use this park and many larger dogs there who love and play well with small dogs, unfortunately
Great place to take your dog to excersice and burn off some energy! Usually there are a range of dog sizes so all dogs have someone to run around with. There is a larger percwntage of medium to large size breeds however. The people there
I agree wtih zaheen ahmad's review. This is a great dog park with lots of of room to run around for your four-legged friend. They even have a water fountain which is very convenient. I am a regular and even though my dog is friendly and
Nice park. Outdoor hockey rink in the winter and nice green space in the warmer months. I have a dog that doesn't get along with other dogs and without fail there are entitled dog owners letting their dog off leash in the non-dog-park
We love bringing our dog to play and run in this fenced park. Water fountain available, some shade and places to sit while you watch the puppies frolic. This park is also near restaurants that will accommodate pets on the patio. More
Nice fenced off-leash dog park with a fountain at a dog-friendly height. Plus several coffee shops within walking distance. Parking can be an issue but if you live in the area and can walk over - its a great spot for your pouch.
Not much of a dog park but was ok for a quick. I was in Ottawa to pick up my daughter and head home to Toronto so it gave Hazel the time to play and meet some dogs in the Capital. Justin was not here! Do they have a dog?
Great place to bring your dog! Some /do/ like to play rough, so if you aren't into growling, barking, rough play, you can simply pull you dog away. 99% of dogs and owners I've met here are incredibly nice! :)
Always a great place to watch cute dogs, because of the massive dog park enclosure. Multiple poke-stops and good Pokemon spawn points. Many close restaurants on Elgin street. There is no playground.
Located next to a tennis court, the dog park traps stray tennis balls. It also has a water fountain of different heights accessible for adults, kids, and pets. Great off leash fenced dog park.
An outstanding dog park. I've tried several around the city and this is easily the best. Friendly owners, clean park, and double fenced gates. There's good water supply in the warmer months.
Fully enclosed dog park with a dog water fountain, proper disposal units, and an endless supply of balls. But be careful, seems to attract a disproportionate number of poorly behaved dogs.
Although small, this park has a lot to offer. From a fenced-in dog park to a tennis court to a picnic table. This well utilized green space serves the community very well. More
Wonderful locals with well behaved dogs frequent this fully-enclosed park. There is a dog-friendly water fountain on site and picnic tables for humans to sit.
First time bringing my Grover to a dog park and he was curious and tried to play a bit but still a little unsure. Definitely will be back
Love taking my dog to this dog park. Everyone is very nice and the dogs are friendly. There are even water fountains for the pups.
Good space for doggies to play, fenced in, safe. A bit muddy. Lots of shade, sun and places to relax while your dogs mingle about
Good location where you will enjoy to have some rest after walking in downtown, it's in middle center near to downtown
The park part is not that great, however it is a dog friendly park as it has some fox facilities.
Nice open area with a community feel with lots of outdoor activities.
Great dog park. Some of the dogs are not friendly but most are..
