Me and 2 others went up here with our bicycle's, since we only live 1/2 mile away, and the lobby is locked up. There are about 5 people working there and its still locked up. So we ride back just to get our car and go the drive through and they are only serving 1 meal per car. We ask for the manager and they are not here. So we ask for his name, "Oh we can't give out names." Not even for the manger. So I ask for the manger's number, "Oh we don't know it." So we call the store number. I didn't hear a ring, "Oh our phone is broken." If it's not one thing it's another. After going around 3 times in the drive through (which took us about 45 mins to do) and went home and they still messed up our order. So we drove back up and they said we need a manger to be here because this is what you order (there receipt machine wasn't working). We tried to tell them but, no. So we ask what time will the manger be here. After the next day we took talked with the manger and then took it all the way up to corporate and they said that they will fix it. The manger told up to come back and she will give us a new order. The next day we drove up there and guess what. The lobby was locked, the guy can't give us our order, and everything else. Nothing was fixed. They can't do anything right. Nothing is working. They need to shut this place down. If I could leave a no star review I would. This place sucks.

I previously had given this location 4 stars and it used to be one of my favorite locations because they were efficient and somewhat fast and friendly, but recently the service has been terrible! I always order ahead on the app and the last couple of times I've had to wait a long time for my order. This time I waited almost 40 minutes for my food, which wasn't even a big order, and to make matters worse they had the restaurant door locked and I couldn't even go in to check on my order or ask them what was taking so long. I had to go back through the drive thru and wait in line all over again in order to get my food. Of course the food wasn't even hot and the customer service was horrible!! If I could've gotten a refund I would've and just left but when you order through the app a refund isn't an easy process. I don't know what happened to the management there but I'm never going back to that location again. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I placed an online order through the app around 6:30am 09/23/23, because they were supposed to be open, then when I get there the drive thru is blocked & they’re closed. So basically I got my money taken and no food. I’m going up there whenever they’re open for a refund & I want my meal as well. I’ll post an update. Update: When I went there & told them my issue respectfully, they wanted to sit there & act dumb. Had an attitude instead of just saying oh we’re so sorry we’ll fix that for you. Lil boy turned around to his coworker like “wait were we closed at 6 this morning?” like duh mf you were I pulled up & the lights were out. Was told I can only get a refund or my meal not both, which is wack, but I got my refund and bought better food. Place needa be shut down.

Terrible. I just ordered mini tacos and asked for a side of nacho cheese. The lady said “Okay” then when I get up to the window to get my food, they said they didn’t have it. They also forgot to give me my Pink Lemonade. After saying that I would pay the difference for the LOADED mini tacos instead (since they couldn’t give me the side of nacho cheese , the woman, who I’m guessing was the manager said “We have a line of cars behind you.” She basically was telling me that she wasn’t gonna make my order. Terrible. Customer service 0%. I’m never going there again. I work in fast food too and that’s no excuse to not fix someone’s order. ALSO, TO MENTION, I gave her cash and then my card to pay the rest and the girl payed everything with my card. Like bro, THATS WHY I GAVE YOU CASH FIRST. Damn.

The service was very rushed it was not busy at all. The girl just took my order did not listen to anything that I said, I asked for three French toast she gave me six and charge me. I also asked for two egg biscuits, which she is. She gave me sausage biscuits with no egg that’s not what I asked for and she charge me. She was rushing me to order . She did not listen to what I had to say and she had an attitude I called up there and she had an attitude I called up there and the car just feels I don’t have time to go all the way up there and come back. No answer I do not live close and with gas prices it doesn’t make any sense to turn around and go back up there for someone to miss manage food. This is unacceptable. I work hard for my money and I hate to have it go to waste. So disappointed in this Jack in the Box location. Went to the drive thru at 2am on our way home. I paid with my debit card and I was not asked to enter my pin nothing and was never given a receipt. The food was burnt and cold plus they shorted us an order of french Fries. I called right away and no one answered. I called the next morning and no one answered so we went back to the restaurant and the manager Laura said where is your receipt we explained what happened and that she could see the purchase because of the time and the amount we paid. She said how do I know you guys aren't lying. I was so insulted I asked her name and she reluctantly gave it to us.

This Jack in the box has gotten way better in the last few months and I've noticed that a young lady that worked at the 35th location in Southern avenue works here now and she was always a pleasant surprise in the mornings when I would get my breakfast or coffee. Because of this young lady I will be back to this Jack in the box on 51st avenue and Southern they have gotten better and they keep getting better to whomever she is I forget her name I would like to thank her and Jack in the box for keeping her you should promote her. She goes above and beyond and the store is actually even cleaner now that she works there it's kind of weird but me and my kids and family will be back

Probably worst jack in the box I have seen. First, my husband and I sit in the drive thru and waited like 10min and didn't hear anyone great us. We would have just assumed it was closed if there were not anyone in the drive thru. We had to say hello first, and she was rude as hell. The rest of the experience was okay until we back home and found out everything about our order is WRONG and nowhere near what we originally ordered. Waste of $22.50 I feel like. Not only that but we got a bunch of open sauce packets too. Gross. Also my husband found long strands of hair in his burger. Double gross. This place needs to get it together or corporate should just shut this mess down.

Tried to order a salad, out of salads. Tried to order chicken fajita pita, put of pita bread. Tired to order a coke, only have cherry coke. Tried to order orange Fanta, they're out. Despite being out of so many things we ordered our food. We were instructed to park in front where we waited at least an extra 10 minutes. Got home and my grilled chicken sourdough was sooooo dry, but that's not even the worst part. The 2 cheeseburger kids meals that we ordered Plain were of course not plain. And my husband's meal legit didn't even have a burger patty! It only had cheese, bacon and bun. A huge waste of time and money. I would give zero stars if I could.

First off, drive thru took forever! Had us back up and then pull forward so we don't mess up their time. Then when we first ordered, we ordered a iced coffee with some other items. Well we didn't get our coffee. After driving down the road a little ways, we had to turn around to go back thru the drive thru. The drive thru cashier Valentina was rude! She said she heard us order the coffee and didn't charge us for it and never gave it to us either. So we had to reorder it and we still had to pay for it too! I was like"Wow! If she heard us say iced coffee why didn't she put it on our order?" Horrible customer service! If I could rate 0 stars I would!

I paid for my order then stepped into gas station to make a purchase. I went back to pick up my order to find out they never attempted to cook the food. One other person was behind me. He placed his order and walked stepped over into the gas station to do the same. He comes back after me and get his order then leave. I ask for manager...she came out looked at the receipt then spoke with employees who said they forgot to cook the food. Tge manager walks back over to me and say they about to cook it now. She walked away then went back to the office. They want $15, huh? Give them minimum wage with some customer service training.

I ordered 3 jumbo jacks, 2 cheese burgers, and a ultimate cheese burger, w fries, it cost $42. 62 how ever it only takes me about 4 minutes to home and all my burgers were like ice cold. I was very upset, I had y warm them up in the microwave, to be able to eat. Yet the fries were warm. That just tells me they gave me old burgers. It's always something there going wrong. And always having to pay cash instead of being able to use my debit card. Then I have to go next door to get cash and ATM charge $4.00 it adds up. Not going there anymore.

Nothing wrong with the food other then it was the wrong food. Nothing wrong with the service except my wife literally got scolded because she was handed a medium and ordered a large. She asked for the correct drink and was told “i asked if your order was correct on the screen and you said yes so whatever” when she asked if she could upsize or add a fry she was scolded again and told to go through the line again. I was on the phone with her the whole time and I gotta tell you, we aren’t going back if you are going to treat us like garbage. It won’t make a difference to your bottom line but at least I’ll feel better.

Today while working as in uniform law enforcement I stopped in this jack in the box. I walked up to the counter and before I ordered I asked to use the restroom as the door has a lock code. The boy at the register refused. Told me the restroom was only for customers. I told him I would purchase something after I used the restroom. He still refused. Thankfully the quick stuff convinced store was willing to let me in. I made a purchase from them instead. As someone who works out of a vehicle driving all day I don't have a lot of options for where to stop and use restrooms. I've never been denied in uniform before.

If you want to go somewhere, where the customer service is good then this isn't the place for you. If you just want your food, and nothing more than this place is for you. But, to be a fast food place and to not have any customer service is completely pointless to me. The employees there don't greet anybody respectfully, the managers are very rude and whoever does drive thru has to be the most arrogant of them all. This Jack in the box lost my service completely and my respect as a fast food joint. Seriously, if you work in fast food and ALWAYS have a nasty attitude. How do you make it in life? Disappointing....

Horrible experience ever. I have gone to many Jack in the Box restaurants that were bad but this one takes the crown. They are slow. They are rude. No receipt is provided. No condiments. Not even napkins!!!!!!! Not only do they make you wait over 15 minutes in the drive through, they get the order wrong. It's nothing but teenage boys working the night shift and they think themselves all high and mighty. I'm surprised management has not been held accountable yet. Will not be returning there ever. So disappointing. They do NOT give a good representation of the Jack In the Box brand.

Went to this location and waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and when it came to order the only thing you could order from was the “snack and sides menu” no hamburgers and no shakes. So I pull up to the window and this teenager and a guy were inside and asked them if their manager knew that they were only doing a limited menu and for their names, The teenager says the number is right there and I will not give you my name and slammed the window. Will never ever go there again. Ended up going to the location at baseline and the 202 and got everything I wanted.

Service what service We were standing in line waiting to place our order and when it was our turn to order they told us they were closed. This is at 12:10 pm in other words lunch time. They shooed us out of the lobby. On our way out there was another guy behind us in line that DID get his order placed and served. The reason I know he got served is that we went into the gas station attached to it, and we could see and hear what was going on in the restaurant. I will never ever return to this place.

16 minutes to order 2 large soft drinks, and 13 minutes to pull up to window to receive my drinks. There was 1 car ahead of me, and no one was inside. After waiting that long for my drinks, I did not purchase them. I just pulled through and left. I was a daily customer and something is seriously wrong with this location. It used to be quick with a friendly atmosphere. Wondering if there was a management change. I recommend the Jack in the Box at Baseline(right off new loop 202). Their service is what I expect from a fast food establishment.

We rated this one star because it took forever to get our food, the staff was not pleasant at all, and the other guy near us they completely forgot about his order after he waited 30 minutes and they never even apologized for it they just kind of shrugged and laughed it off. We had to go next door to the gas station to get napkins because there was none offered and when we went to the counter to ask for them nobody could be found to ask. It's one redeeming factor is that their lobby was open unlike the Burger King across the street.

They did very well making my food and got all my sauces right. They also resolved one issue with my food right on the spot. Couldn't ask for better service. And the food was DELICIOUS. This is a good Jack in the box for sure. Update: today I put in an order through carry out but knew I wasn't gonna make it in on time to pick it up. I called these guys the minute after I placed it and let them know about my problem. They fried the food for me fresh on site once they knew I got there. This place is AMAZING. Thank you guys!

Again I'm a stickler I don't believe in drive-thrus I like to go in and place my order personally Jack in the Box brought back the double and triple Bonus Jack burgers those little bad boys are off the hook I love them especially the fact that you can still get a complete meal for under eight bucks is astonishing in this day and age not to mention the food is pretty solid tasty definitely recommend Jack in the Box just stay away from the drive-thru is it possible.

I walked into jack n the box around 7:25 pm. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged , so i waited serval minutes before I said anything. Customers who already ordered and was waiting was So frustrated as they had been waiting for over 30 mins for food. The staff was very unprofessional and was playing and joking instead of working. I didnt order I left and went to jack n the box on 35th and Southern and received hot fresh food right away. Moral of the story don't go to jack n the box on 51st and southern ave.

No stars on this visit. Make sure you ask for your order or balance before gibing your card. I only ordered 4tacos. Cashier charged me for a $42 meal. Took 15mins to correct the mistake, created a long line and 2business days for $to be put back in my account. And still didn't leave with my tacos. Cashier told me oh yeah I didn't charge you for them and reached for my card. Um no thanks, for the inconvience they should be free! Not giving you my card again... You can Shove those cold tacos

NEVER GO HERE! Rat in restaurant! Saw a girl pick her nose and wipe it on food. Should have read others reviews first and we wouldn't have been as shocked by this location. Just close permanently and give up. Somethings just can't be fixed. I notice the owner responded to the negative reviews. Maybe, instead of constantly responding and apologizing for the service, try firing everyone and hiring people who will work and do a good job. Your energy could be better spent in that.

The lady that appeared to be the manager was rude and cussing upset that their drive thru soda machine wasn't working. I had to go in because they got my order wrong and the other worker was literally running and slipping around the floor to get other orders. This is their job, if they aren't happy, they need to find another. I went here again and gave them another chance. Not only did they screw up the order, the food was disgusting and very lazily put together. Please don't eat here.

This has to be the worst JIB in the state. The dining room is hardly open cause they're under staffed, or they just don't care. The employees are rude, and the food is disgusting. I ordered 2 Supreme cursants and a hashbrown. It took them 5 minutes, and the eggs had green slime on them. Kinda looked like spit. I would stay away from this place.

I shouldn't complain because I still go here. The staff is nearly braindead and they almost always mess up the order, always ask customers to wait for 20 minutes or to back up past the sensor's so they restart. Although things have gotten worse since it has been short staffed it should be mentioned that this location has always been like this even before covid hit. Check your order before you leave.

Especially this chick in the picture. Bad attitude, and very rude. It took a very long time in drive thru. As soon as we got to the window I saw how she made my shake I asked another guy could he fix her mess, I saw they wear no gloves and his finger was inside the whip cream as he's fixing it up. And wipes his hands on his pants. Evening shift around 930pm. 1/12/23 and why is she allowed to wear a du rag while working.

I was in EMERGENCY need of the bathroom and the staff REFUSED to give me the bathroom code untile i ordered something!!!! So i did then they took me to the bathroom and as the pictures showed they opened the door to an OUT OF ORDER bathroom and i asked is it safe and she said "its fine" because i was in great emergency need i had no choice as the entire floor is flooded i used the bathroom. This was appalling!!!! The mens restroom was available but was not opened for me.

This location has messed up my order three times and they were all a month apart. The most frustrating part is that I do not have time to go back and forth each time just so they can get my order right when I work and I have to take my break time just to get my order right which wastes about 15 minutes. I definitely would not recommend ordering through doordash Ubereats, or whatever other service there is because they will get your order wrong each time.

This is not a sourdough with no bacon... this is a not fully cooked chicken sandwich with extra mayo which I didn't order. I'm tired of restaurants giving you the wrong order. They were the worst Jack In the box I have ever experienced. I ordered a spicy nacho munchie meal and got food that had been sitting there for a few days. The fries were disgusting they were cold and hard and the spicy nacho sandwich had red sauce in it with a tomato and bacon inside. Will not ever go to this one again. It sucks because I love Jack in the box but it makes me not want to order from any Jack in the box anymore and also warn my friends

It was the worst experience I ever had at a Jack in the box. You pulled up there for two burritos they told us to back up to the first window and wait till they told us to move forward. After waiting 22 minutes we pulled up to the second window and our food still was not ready then they asked us again to pull up and wait. We just asked for our money back and left. And it's going to take 7 to 10 business days to get the money put back on our card

Really disappointed in their customer service. They gave me the wrong order in the drive thru, so I went inside and the "team leader" who helped me automatically seemed annoyed. They were busy... I understand that...but it's not MY fault you guys have 3 people working on a Saturday afternoon. I still left with a wrong order but I felt so uncomfortable I just ignored it. I usually don't have any trouble or issue with the food. But this time everything was terrible. I ordered iced tea, not sure if it was sitting there all day. It had a terrible taste, so I ended up throwing it out. Then soon realized the tea was a cloudy dark brown color, and weird texture. You need to update your online web site!! I looked online before driving to Jack in the Box to order the food I wanted, only to find out you no longer carry it. When you change menu's, also change the online. I wanted to purchase the bacon cheddar potato wedges and ended up buying fries, which was a big disappointment. I should have just gone to McDonald's. At least they have better fries. Even the employees were not friendly!

I have tried eating at this Jack in the Box several different times even before the pandemic. But it seems like no matter what it's a 15 to 20 minute wait within their Drive-through. Which results with me wasting my entire break trying to get food and go back on a empty stomach I don't even have the time to pay for my order. It is ridiculous. So if you got 30 minutes to kill before you're trying to eat, try to drive-through.

This location has very rude employees. Using the F bombs. One employee was biting on a straw while serving the food. Not to mention extremely dirty. This was brought up to the DM in a past experience at the same location. He asked me to give them another chance. I will not give another cent to this owner operated location. There’s a new location down the street and that’s corporate owned w/ excellent customer service.

It says the drive thru is open 24 hours however I’ve gone multiple times a week between 6am-7am and it’s always closed and the lobby is also closed so what are the correct hours? It’s a hit and miss on when it’s going to open or closed, because sometimes it is open before 7am.

Depends on who is working the drive-thru! The woman doesn't seem to want to be patient enough to listen to your entire order before rudely rushing/interrupting, but the gentleman with the tattoos on his arm definitely has the customer-centric attitude anyone would want, especially because he listens, has patience, and never messes up an order! If it weren't for the past 2 rude women, I'd give this place a 5!

There is a disconnect with the food handlers and customers at the exchange window. All types of food trash debris and junk piling up… this is one of the filthiest things I have ever seen, also the drive through window is filthy needs cleaning…. I don’t want to imagine what the inside looks like where food is prepared. You would think that in the year 2022 cleanliness Is something that everyone picked up

Took almost 30 mins for some food to go. Really jack? That’s crazy. I understand that it may have been busy with drive through but we were the ONLY guests in the waiting lobby. Then the young woman took our order to another customer! How in the world does that even happen?! If I could give it a zero I would. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits, and got sausage. While I hate sausage th 1 star is not only for that. There was noone in the line so they can't use that as an excuse. I couldn't go back because I have to work so I called 3 time, no answer. Just horrible experience all the way around. This location has some issues. Sometimes its good, other times not so much. I think it depends on the team on duty at the time. It's not a huge deal if you have issues. They try to make things right if you have a problem. Currently they have some good people on staff. Honestly, from a management perspective, this is to be expected with a high employee turnover rate at a fast paced fast food joint.

Where has Jack in the Box gone in the last 15 years? Their Ultimate cheeseburger was just what the name implied. Now it is the same size as a McDouble from McDonald's and 3 times the price. They used to use that mayo-onion sauce which no longer exists and if you ask for it they look at you crossed eyed and think you mean just plain mayo. I want my mayo-onion sauce back or least give us the recipe.

The front counter person was late for work, I had taken the time to walk-in, big mistake on my part as the lady working the drive-thru refused to help me. This is hands down the worst Jack in Laveen, I would rather drive to 35th Ave or the 202 newer one, even though I live a block away. I don’t leave much reviews but if a place is Or deserves a 5 star I will. This place is terrible! I find myself coming back for the convenience and they always disappoint. The jack in the box on 59th Ave and Baseline is the go to. These people here are closed sometimes, long waits, people who don’t know what their doing or rude. I’m so done with this place.

11/20/22 4:07am refused service because of system updating. No mention of how long the update would be or anything just sorry can't take your order. Seems like an excuse seeing how the company has responded to another review with the same issue saying they should be operating 24/7. If that's true hope the date and time helps you hold your employees accountable.

I give this place a try with the hopes of it getting better. Disappointed once again! Oders were all messed up and took forever to get my food. Plus there was a hair in my burger and the burgers were cold. Couldnt even eat them. Im done with this place. The staff was nice though.

Waited in line 15 minutes. Got to the cashier and she ignores us runs out to the dining room and locks the door. A new girl comes to the cash register and tells us we have to go through the drive thru. I told we have been here in line waiting already and she just told us to go. You can tell your boss you just lost two customers permanently.

Horrible!!! Spent 30 minutes waiting outside for nothing. Was told to park and wait 15 minutes after saying my order was ready. So I waited, nothing. Went to check on it again through drive thru, saw an employee and they saw me. Then they hid. Tried to say my order wasn’t there but it was. And I showed them all before they parked me.

This is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to, they completely messed up my order after making us wait more than 10 minutes and it was cold too, I expected too much from a Jack in the Box attached to a gas station. Ordered 2 supreme croissants and only got 1, I don't think this experience could have gotten much worse.

Went through the drive-thru, took us 40 mins total. Ordered two separate orders, one large order and one small order. When we got the food, the burgers were hard and dry, and we had to remind the drive-thru worker of our smaller order. They also got one of our sandwiches wrong. Probably wont go back to this one again.

My past visits here have been quite unpleasant. They don’t even acknowledge customers when entering lobby, the wait for food is long. I last experienced a manager yelling at one of their cashiers infront of me, which to me should be done in private where no customers can see it looks extremely unprofessional.

Ordered a sourdough chicken meal with curly fries and noticed hair in my curly fries. I totally lost my appetite and decided it wasn’t even worth going to report the matter, considering the fact that I wasn’t given a receipt. Drive-thru line was really long on a Sunday night, but the employee who was taking the orders understood and apologized. He also gave me a complementary XL drink. My custom order was correct and tasty. Only complaint was the line but that was the only fast food place open for miles! Thanks Jack in the Box!

They took forever. I ordered a munchie meal on my way to work and was told to reverse in the drive thru presumably for their drive thru times, but it was well over 5 minutes and overall a bad experience. Why have a drive thru if you make people wait longer than eating the meal itself.

This place is the best late-nite drive-thru in the area and it's all thanks to the superstar named Marisol, who mans the drive-thru. Every time I come through here she's the best at customer service, my order is always correct, and she always has a nice smile. Will shop here again.

This visit was very sad. So much condiment on the sandwich. You could not taste the meat. The curly fries had not had the grease shaken out. Soaked 2 napkin after soaking the bag. Did not receive my drink. I will be having 2 and 3rd thoughts of returning to this location.

You have to buy something from either the jack in the box or the chevron to use the restroom which is stupid to begin with but the stall in the mens restroom doesnt lock and the restroom is gross as well! Also what kind of gas station even a restaurant combo one closes!

It's pretty convenient that Jack in the Box can label themselves 24/7 yet every single location has a system update at 4 am where you literally cant order anything for about 45 mins. So technically all Jack in the boxes are closed at from 4am-445am. So not really 24/7.

We went thru drive thru late at night. No cars we thought it was closed because they took like 5 minutes to say anything in drive up speaker. No breakfast options and they still missed two tacos. And I dont understand why they ask to back up car and pull forward again.

At 7 am they sent 2 truck drivers and myself away because they refused to serve us inside “opens at 5am” or serve us in the drive through . Literally sent us away and shut the window/door on us.. basically they don’t serve those who are working. Worst jb in the nation

Great attitude staff and its built into a gas station, filled my car while I waited for for food to cook. Food was great. Looks like burger king. Good lighting. Nice wall designs, many chair options from booths to high stools to chairs. Meal came quick and was great.

Went here this morning around 6:00am. There was an orange traffic cone blocking the drive thru. I drove around and looked in the windows and saw no one. This place is advertised as "open 24 hours". Was it not open or???
