Walked in just to buy a soda. Figured since I’m here I wanna wash my hands I just bought something and since I’m a paying Customer why not. Asked the manager on duty I’m assuming that’s who it was with a sweater vest on if she could open the door for me with a code. She kind of looked at me with the look of someone that doesn’t want to do anything. When I came out of the restroom, I said you folks don’t have soap in the men’s restroom. Do you have any or hand sanitizer, considering this is a establishment for food handling. She looked at me and said is that all you’re gonna do is just wash your hands I said yes, considering every one of these people were wearing a mask but handling food with hopefully washed hands. She didn’t seem like she cared much about it when I asked her about the soap at first, but when I asked again, she acted like I was having her do the impossible job of opening up another door so I can wash my hands. I will say absolutely disgusting. It’s one thing to implement a mask, but to deny people that are eating at your facilities or even making food and giving them what seemed to be like grief for trying to stay clean. It definitely is alarming. I rate 1 star because at least the first person was fast to take my order, but sad to deal with the laziness of the management.

Like most people that eat at Jack, I love the variety of food items they have. I tried the Cluck chicken sandwich for the first time and I must say, you are missing out on one of the best fried chicken sandwiches if you have not yet tried one. I go to Raising Cane's often and they have the best chicken fingers. However, I also have had Jack's Spicy Chicken sandwich over the years which is a classic. Although pricey for the "Cluck" sandwich at nearly $7 before tax, I enjoyed it much more than Chick-fil-A sandwich hands down. The chicken was served hot with pickles and Good Good sauce. I order sometimes from the app and they always have the order accurate. The rewards for ordering through the app are definitely worth it! Definitely one of my favorite F.F. joints.

Horrible experience at this location. Staffed by two people who don't speak english at all. The cashier had no clue how to ring anything up, was not friendly in the least and was downright weird. The cook had no idea what she was doing either. I ordered a number6 meal and got a completely different burger amd 2 tacos. I have no idea what condiments she put on it but it was inedible, worst tasting burger ever. All in all it was an absolute clown show. It was as if 2 people off the street jumped behind the counter there and just started working there for a laugh. It was unbelievable. Jack in the box is my fav. and I have been to this location many times, never again

Worst Jack n the box ever!! Maria (if that's even her real name) who claims she's a manager, gets so lazy and doesn't want to take orders so she says it "mobile orders only" at 3pm on a Saturday. What's the difference from putting a mobile order VS a drive thru order if you still have to make the food?? Then she says the system is down as she is cashing out more than one car in front of us. She said it would be 20 minutes and we said we said we would wait and then she threatened to call the police on us for waiting the time frame she provided. It's always this same worker we have issues with. How do people like this keep a job? She doesn't even want to work or make the company money. I WILL BE GLAD TO SPEND IT SOME WHERE ELSE.

Jack in the Box has been a staple in my life says I could remember!! One of the greatest places for a quick bite to eat is none other than Jack in the box. Where else can you get one of the greatest tacos at 3:00 in the morning under $2. The employee was irritated with questions at the drive thru speaker, then rude when we pulled up. When she asked me what sauces I wanted, I asked for Teriyaki. Get home and there is Ranch! Never in a million years would I ask for something so disgusting. Then I realized I didn't get a receipt, so I won't even be able to earn Jack Pack Points!! The food was past golden brown to wooden brown, and tasted overcooked to match. Never going to this location ever again!

I came in with a free complementary coupon for a free meal and the refused to give me the meal without me paying because my “coupon wasn’t valid”. When I came to the same store with the same coupons multiple times before they threatened to call the cops because I didn’t want to leave without my food I wasn’t going to pay for something they’ve claimed to give away for free this is false advertisement and a waste of my time I went to a different jack in the box and they accepted the coupon saying it was valid and that I can use them at any of the jack in the box stores.

When I get off of work at 11pm I like to go to this jack in the box because it on the way home. Almost every time I go they mess up on my order. One day when I called and finally got to talk to someone they told me that I always complain that they mess up my order. I tried to tell the manger that they do she tried to tell me that she checks the camera which is a lie if she did she would see they do mess up. The one manger is horrible at customer service.

I stopped by this restaurant today on my way home and first of all, I wasn't given a receipt. Then I was shorted an order of fries so I went back through the drive thru. When I got home and went through my order to eat, I found that I ordered 6 chicken strips and only received 4. I tried to call the restaurant 4 times and no one answered so I wasn't able to let them know and get the issue resolved. I'm going to continue to call in hopes that I get someone to answer. I am very disappointed in my experience.

Last night around 10 I had the worst fast food of my life. Bread was hard. Meat dry. They lettuce was one bug fat chunk not leafy. Cheese was like melted away. I believe my 2 double Jack's had been pre-made an hour possibly 2 hours prior to me ordering. I promise myself and all of my family plan to boycot not only that location but all of jack. Just witnessed a Doordarsher drop an entire order because they over filled the bags and it ripped on him. When he asked for help and a new cup they were extremely rude to him and told him "you already got your order just leave. I'm not making up for your mistakes." When he left the MANAGERS continued to make fun of him. This establishment is a joke. They are very rude here and will not be getting my service again.

It's 6:15pm on a Monday and their drive thru is blocked off yet again....for the 6th night in a row. It was open when I drove by 10 minutes ago, now the trash can is blocking it. Usually this happens much later in the evening. I wonder exactly how much money they are losing because people aren't stopping to go inside, they just leave to go eat somewhere that values their customers. Bad form, Jack!

If You're tired of low quality food at McDonald's and other fast food places... Try Jack-in-the-Box. I was delightfully surprised that it was nicely put together and wasn't so low quality I couldn't eat it like the other places.

It seems the owner of this franchise doesn't really care about this business or is completely incompetent. In either case, Wendy's should take the franchise away from the owner. This is the worst restaurant I have ever dealt with. Not only Jack in the Box, but EVERY food place. Your drive thru lady that takes the orders, and is at the window, is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Not only is she rude, but told me to " GO F Myself " This will not stop here, I will make sure EVERYONE knows, and I will make sure corporate knows.

Elsa , made me change my drink because she didn't want to go the back a change the soda box because it was an inconvenience for her at the moment...told me her self that she didn't it want to change so pick something else (sorry not sorry in other words )

The last time that I was at a Jack in the box restaurant, was when Rodney Allen Rippy was the spokesperson. I was hungry got the sourdough dubble bacon cheese burger, the tomato wasn't ripe, but easily removed it and enjoyed the meal. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a 6+.

Worst place dine in always close before10 pm . I came to place am order they want to give you what they want you to have. When you correct them. They want to charge you for the food they screwed order up. They argue with customers telling them that what you order but it wasn't. My co worker stop going there at night.

They say they’re only taking mobile orders because they’re short staffed. I’m the only car in the drive thru line and can only order from a phone? That is the laziest, lamest, unprofessional and utter trash excuse for simply not wanting to do anything ever. What a terrible business.

I watched one of cooks take out the trash to the dumpster and then continued to his post in the kitchen, no regard for hand-washing. I would’ve said something, but that WAS the manager!
