I live so close (pretty much across the street) to this jack in the box, so i give it many chances and have been here many times. They get my order wrong almost 100% of the time. Sometimes the food is cold, not fresh. They are nice about it but after a while, being nice about messing my order up multiple times is not enough. Tiny tacos means 1 order of tiny tacos. It doesnt mean an order of (2) tacos. They did this to me twice. I ordered tiny tacos and they give me regular tacos. The 2nd time they gave me TWO ORDERS OF TINY TACOS. Another time i ordered tiny tacos again and i asked for loaded and they gave me plain tiny tacos. Another example is I ordered a teriyaki bowl and it was dry with no offer for sauces. Also, An egg roll with no offer to get sauce. They arent rude, but they lack service skills. Also, They messed up my order of curly fries, they gave me onion rings! I mean its free food but i want what i order right the first time. Come on already. Homeless also stand right by the cars and ask for money/food. Next time i go here, im not putting up (im going to IGNORE THEM) with them asking me for money anymore, the homeless approach me in my car by myself with my window rolled up. Im beginning to dislike highly this location. I love jack in the box too:/

Tacos and fries are the best. Always ask fresh; asking fresh fried tacos, fries and maybe an egg roll is the way to go. They're constantly frying them fresh, but that seems to be the only upside. Sometimes everything is cold. How the heck is it cold sitting under a heat lamp type of qsituation? Never order a burger from this location! Let me repeat that. Never order a burger from this location!! It sits for hours! I've seen it. Tacos and curly fries are the way to go. Maybe an egg roll. It's always nice hearing "then don't come back" in Spanish. This is a big no no, folks that understand Spanish can clearly hear and understand you. Constant smack talk and mocking of the customers right to their face. You can tell they just want a check and leave. No concern about the quality or anything around them. No teamwork and very poor costumer service. I know fake smiles and c'mon, waiting 20 minutes for cold fries... It gets you upset after a long day of work

this review is not for the individual who took my order. if anything, i want to extend my gratitude for their patience. — however, the rest of the crew present today was a complete mess. we come to this location’s drive-thru often & there is always something missing but it’s not a great deal. today, some fries were missing but since we were still at the window, we were able to claim them. the cooks hadn’t made any more yet so we settled for curly fries, not a problem. we then noticed an older woman shouting at the person who was helping us at the window, asking her about our order ticket. yet, when she was being requested because the card reader wasn’t working, she wasn’t coming to help. additionally, i’m assuming the manager was present because he was wearing all black (not uniform) & he didn’t bother to help either. we left & when we finally got to eat, the burger we ordered was entirely wrong. we won’t be returning & i really hope the person who helped us is blessed with a better job soon.

Went there specifically for the spicy popcorn chicken. Waited for a while in the drive thru. Finally got my food and went home. Opened it up and had the wrong thing (normal popcorn chickeen). And that was after they confirmed it to me three times. Obviously they don't pay any attention to what they're doing. Edited: I will give them credit for contacting me about my issues and apologizing. They did send me a gift card that I used for the correct chicken (which is really good, there's a reason I go there when they have it). They still need to work on their attention to detail, but they are trying to improve. Edit #2: I'm lowering my review to one star. The next two times I went there I was (1) ignored completely and (2) they were out of the heavily advertised spicy chicken. I'm a reasonable person and realize that mistakes happen, but not EVERY SINGLE TIME, unless the restaurant is very badly managed. I will never come back to this location and I strongly encourage others to avoid it as well.

I have not had any bad experience with this location. I just feel that the staff may need some appropriate training on customer service. The only thing that I do not care for is when they make you go park in a parking spot and right as you’re parking, they’re literally already at your car. Why not just completely order at the drive-through so I’m not wasting my time, gas, or having to park a vehicle even though you’re running it out to me as I’m parking. I think maybe drive-through could use a little more training on maybe prepping or informing the patient that there will be a little bit of a wait, instead of people, not knowing about what’s going on. Other than that the manager, and the staff have always been kind friendly and very helpful. Out of all the locations throughout the metro area, this one has never given me issues besides the drive-through.

horrible sense of cleanliness and breaking every food safety rule in the book. I stand and watch as employees go on their phones…then immediately touch and prepare food. I stand and watched an employee pick and eat chicken and fries then immediately go package someone’s food. nobody’s wearing hair nets and half of the people touching food aren’t wearing gloves. i watched a cook smash down trash with his hands then go make more food without washing or putting on gloves. the counter space was disgusting with machines filthy and cleaning supplies left on the same counter that food touches. some of the employees didn’t even have proper uniforms on, it’s like random people just walked behind the counter and started cooking. terrible experience and i’ll never return again.

Closed their doors early after taking my mobile order, made me walk through the drive thru but refused to reply, when the manager came out she told me the lobby was closed but I could clearly see a couple was inside, tried to tell me to refund my order through the app (not a real thing) It was 6pm and the website and store window said they were open till 10pm. Demanded my food and it was immediately brought outside, so clearly they intended to just keep my order maybe eat it themselves I dunno, but they put cheese on my lactose intolerant girlfriends tacos and I couldn't even get their attention to correct it. However, to get to the drive thru order board, I had to get past 2 pan handlers and one of them was right by the order board where you have to roll down your window. The service was incredible!! Great!! I had a large bill and was afraid of being turned away. Instead I was greeted with kindness and was asked if I wanted to order anything. I asked to give me a few minutes and the manager was cool with my reply. I ordered a meal, which was chicken nuggets and an order of fries with a drink. The food was great and service was just as great. I do recommend this Jack in the box. You can't go wrong with this service here. The people are friendly and happy!!

Customer service is great!! They switched my medium regular fries to curly fries which was no problem for them. Thank you. The food was good typical Carl's Jr. that wrapped my burger perfectly.... The atmosphere is quiet.... I was there around 5pm... again great service, nice and friendly people..

It was wonderful service but no check on food to make sure it was properly made, I had ordered the quad burger and had gotten a triple a dont like to formally complain at least I got something. I have worked fast food and making sure what is ordered goes in the bag was the one thing i learned to be aware of. Other than that great and prompt service I appreciate you jack in the box.

Me and my boyfriend ubered tonight. It was so good! Everything tasted amazing even better than the one near my house. I got a cluck sandwich and a milkshake and he got he got a double jack. Came in for a quick lunch. Lunch rush was very busy and I think my dine-in order might have slipped through the cracks as time was passing. These things happen, as anyone in customer service can tell you. The manager, Crystal, approached me and gave me a large fries and extra taco without me even complaining to make up for it. Awesome and friendly service.

Went through the drive-thru got stuck in between cars over 30 minutes only two cars in front of me and it took them over a half hour just to get the orders out won't be going to that location again. No more

There is ONE great thing at Jack-In-The-Box… it’s the TACO. It’s the only thing besides french fries that I can eat at a drive-through fast food restaurant on a gluten free diet. I get the tacos “minus cheese but add tomato” to improve both flavor and nutrition. I don’t mind paying extra for a slice of tomato, and it is TASTY that way… ;-)

A disgusting joke of a restaurant. For starters, the entire place stunk like sewer the second we walked in. so much so that we could’nt even sit inside to wait for our food. All of the staff was incredibly rude and the TWO bathrooms are apparently “ultra exclusive” with a coded door lock that no one will let you use. RUN AWAY FAST

Service was slow, but very friendly. The come zero had a funny taste, I didn't like the mix very much. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, and it was ok. Don't think I'll be getting it again though.

This Jack in the Box is ran awesomely! With previous GM experience and over 10+ years in the food business the management is great at this location. I've never gotten home and been missing stuff or disliked what I was eating. Menu board service is better than average. Window service is always great though!

I love Jack in the Box, and I wish we had one closer. It's better fast food, and you can't beat the cheap Tacos (which I wish were still the same cheap price as before,) but they are still great fast food Tacos for what they are.

It is what you want in fast food. Decent tasting, at a good value, and FAST. They nail all three and offer a discount to Vets, which is always a plus. The staff treat me well, and it the location is solid, near a Walmart and a city block away from the Interstate.

It's definitely worth the Snoop Dogg munchies box! It's even better if it comes with the air freshener & stickers as promoted!

We are from out of town, and my husband loves their tacos. We came through the drive through and ordered and then drove 15 min back to our hotel. When I got back the burgers seemed old and we did not get out tacos. It wasn't even busy when we went.

I usually order ahead using the app because they offer special deals and the convenience is always good. I haven't had a problem yet with this area and the drive thru people are always nice and courteous. Food is tasty. Really can't complain
