I had purchase a necklace from them for $600 and then brought it to a certified Jewelry store in manhattan. is not worth anymore than $300 for the gold and value if sold At the checked location for the gold value! I had brought another 24k gold bracelet for my son and they had replace the bracelet Band color for me and cut my gold and said “ I Did it myself they’re not responsible”. 24k gold can only be dent not cut. Before walking out they assure me they’d exchange me anything same value of what I “bought it for”. The necklace was price $880 I bargain down to $600. The exchange necklace was only $780 but she was not willing to exchange for the $600 I paid for. She said if I buy it then she will sell for $600 but will not exchange for something same value? . And my son bracelet she don’t want any responsibility for it.Don’t go here you’ll get ripped off. KNOW YOUR GOLD VALUE AND PRICE BEFORE GOING TO A JEWELRY STORE UNLIKE ME I LEARNED MY LESSON AFTER. Every jewelry will rip you off if you don’t know your gold value prices. Shop around. This place is the worst place I’ve ever been to. Nice people until only when they get your money, after they get your money they don’t care how they treat you. Don’t shop at small business that don’t care about service or insurance of product. Don’t waste your time here or anywhere that you have to bargain for gold like me after I learned my lesson. I don’t even want to wear the jewelry anymore after how I’m treated after spending $900.

This is a family own Jewelry shop. Small but a hidden gem. I was only browsing around at the time but they caught my attention because of how nice they were and accommodating. I was meaning to buy a necklace and pendant for the longest. I didnt get my necklace right then but I put an order in with them and they had many selections to choose from and was very friendly and flexible. The price was decent for white gold. The order did not take long at all to arrive and they call you right away. They even do free cleanings if your a client. He was so nice to clean my friends earrings just because I was a client for free. I really really love my purchase and I recommend consulting with them for any interest that may peak your interest. Love Jalee! I first visited them in person a year ago after seeing their collaboration with L Lu Fine Jewelry on Instagram, and Jerry and his parents especially his mom were so kind and helpful. I got a lavender jade dragon pendant with a 14k chain then. Last week, I messaged back and forth with llufinejewelry on Instagram, who were so great in helping me put together another jade necklace. Real jade is hard to buy online sometimes but together with Jalee, i still had a great experience. A few days after placing my order, I got my lavender jade fu tablet with a 14k rope chain in the mail along with a sweet handwritten note from Jerry's mom who remembered me coming in. They're the only place I feel are honest when it comes to buying jade, and they have a really fair price for their gold. Definitely would keep coming back!

The original wedding I bought in December at Jalees got lost during my move to another state. I found Jalee through L Lu Fine Jewelry's instagram and am OBSESSED with my beautiful new jade piece! The pendant is the perfect size (chocolate truffle they included as a sweet treat for scale lol) and is even prettier in person! The white half is mother of pearl and absolutely glows in the light. This is a small family owned jewelry store that has a great selection of jewelry, including jade pendants and cool rings. I came in to have a ring sized down and to fix a bracelet that was too big. They noticed that the clasp on the bracelet was not closing properly and fixed that as well. The staff was extremely friendly, and they were able to do the repairs within a few hours. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a jewelry shop that does repairs.
