Jamfit energy studio is an exceptional establishment that contributes to the sense of community in Manotick and throughout Ottawa. A dedicated team that is both positive and welcoming. Provides a fantastic clean atmosphere in which to get a great workout. The instructors are really professional and are always capable of pushing me past my limits. I walked into their gym one afternoon with my 17 month daughter to inquire about drop in classes. One of the owners was at the front desk and answered all my questions with the most sincere smile. I immediately felt comfortable in the space. Truthfully, while we haven't been able to make a drop in YET... there is not a business in Manotick I am more eager to support this year. Looking forward to seeing you both!

Jamfit’s owners and staff are professional, helpful, and ever-present in the gym. My granddaughter counts the days until she is back in gymnastics class each week. The routine & equipment gets switched up to introduce new components of gymnastics each week. This business is an awesome addition to the Manotick scene. I am a gymnastics coach at Jamfit and I love coming into work! It’s a great environment to work in, and workout in. Working at Jamfit has been a great experience. My bosses have been amazing mentors and I love how Jamfit is family oriented, it creates a family in the work place! We have a great team of coaches who work amazing together and we all love to have fun!

What a great facility to have in the heart of Manotick. Coach "Kenzie" and Coach "Kay" find the perfect way to engage with the little ones! The facility is clean and has brand new equipment with lots of variety for guaranteed excitement and skill development for the kids. My 20 month old is in love with this place!!! Wonderful friendly staff like Kristen and Vanessa are always so sweet with our daughter and helpful. I and love the open play for the Jam w/Me class for the kiddos. It’s always clean, looks organized as well. No dust bunnies! Great for group classes also for fitness classes. Would highly recommend

I am so glad I started doing yoga with Kory at Jamfit Energy Studio. In just TWO classes, I'm already noticing a difference in my mobility, flexibility and energy. We fell across a GEM in finding JamFit! Our toddler absolutely loves her gymnastics class and talks about it all week long. Coach K engages with each and every student, she is so encouraging and loads of fun. Our daughter learns something new every week and then eagerly practices all the days between classes. We are so impressed!

Working for jamfit has been one of the best experiences of my life. They have a very family-oriented team, an amazing facility, and super enthusiastic clients. Both of my girls take gymnastics at Jamfit. They love it and so do I. It is so well organized and the staff are all fantastic to deal with. My older daughter had her birthday party there in December and it was such a hit that my younger daughter is having hers there in March.

My boyfriend and I tried a kickboxing class and it was a lot of fun! The coach Logan was motivating and upbeat. Kahleel was really lovely and welcoming too. A lot of gyms/fitness studios can feel intimidating, but the vibe here was very positive. We'll definitely be back!

I would highly recommend JamFit studios! My son (4yrs old) had his first class today and usually would require me to participate and stay right by his side. The coaches were very engaging and he tried all the stations independently while I watched from the lounge space.

The staff at Jamfit are so great and helpful! I’ve attended a few classes of Yogalates with instructors Maria and Cory, and they have been amazing. I really enjoy how engaged each instructor was with each client. I highly recommend Jamfit to all individuals of all ages.

Jamfit Energy Studio is fantastic for all ages. My toddler loves when we take him to the drop in sessions where he has a blast climbing, jumping and exploring the different age appropriate gymnastics equipment :)! We can’t wait to return.

JamFit is a beautiful establishment. We have only good things to say about their “Jam with me” programming for toddlers in the 18 months to 3 years age range. Coach Kay is especially gifted in bringing out the best in young children.

I have all 3 of my kiddos enrolled at Jamfit and they love it. The team is incredibly friendly and they know how to engage, encourage and acknowledge the kids. 100% recommend, Manotick is lucky to have Jamfit there now!

We've only had 2 classes with Coach Kay but my preschooler loves coming and I'm seeing skill progression already! She's more confident and trying new skills like somersaults and hanging from the rings.

The kids sessions are a fun alternative to the larger gymnastics schools, with a more flexible commitment that is great for balancing a variety of activities. The girls love them!

Great little innovative gym across the Independent in Manotick. It has classes for all ages. I enjoyed the most the classes for kids (0-9 years).
