The inline exhaust fan for my bathroom and laundry broke down, but I can't seem to find the actual motor, which is hidden and does not have any access panels for it. Stefan came out on a Saturday morning to take a look at the issue (without charging a call-out fee), and with some of the info I gathered (roof photo showing location of exhaust vent) and the noise in one of the bedrooms when the exhaust fan was working, Stefan looked into multiple roof cavity areas to try to find the motor. It was then narrowed down to behind a hollow plasterboard wall inside a bedroom's cupboard, and fortunately, Stefan guessed it right, and after he removed the plasterboard and we found the motor. He then came the next week with a new much quieter inline exhaust fan motor and a white MDF board which fits the patch in the cupboard exactly (between the top of the cupboard and bottom skirting boards), and screwed the board in to cover the hole and allow for much easier future access to the exhaust fan motor if required, as well as making it much quieter in the bedroom when the exhaust fan is on. The other electrician replaced the exhaust vent grilles in the bathroom and laundry to allow better airflow. Although it is a bit over my budget, but it is a great quality job and saved me a lot of hassle, and I am grateful that Stefan and his team with their professionalism, great customer service and technical skills helped me locate and replace the very elusive exhaust fan motor which is hidden behind the walls in a cupboard. I chose Stefan and Janok electrical based on his location (being near me) and also the positive reviews I read. Without a doubt, Stefan lived up to those reviews. I had booked what seemed to be a simple job of installing ceiling fans. Up front on the initial phone conversation, Stefan indicated the potential factors that may impact upon the installation so from the beginning his honesty stood out. When he arrived, however, I found out that I had an outdated electrical panel/fuse box which had no safety switches. Stefan quickly explained the extra cost (a cost which I would have had to face sooner or later for any electrical work) and the extra time. He then promptly rescheduled his day, ensured that the necessary inspection would be done the same day (so as I would not be without power). Throughout the process, Stefan explained what needed to be done, parts, process, etc. The cost at the end of it all was less than I expected given the time that Stefan and Eric were here. I will be using Stefan for all of my electrical work in future and will be recommending him to those around me.

A family emergency with our elderly relative and her broken aircon - Stefan was quickly on the phone to scope & quote the job and then immediately came over to start even though it was Saturday night!!!!!
