I have used this laundrette many time before when not busy with no problems but today was not the same I used the machine and set a cycle for 33min set a 25 min alarm on my phone and when and sat in the park When I come back the shop was very busy and my washing had been taken out and was in a basket and someone else washing in the machine mid cycle . My washing was drenched where clearly it had been stopped without a spin . When explaining to the man what had happened and asking why my washing had been taken out early he was shouting at me and saying I will have to wait to put it on a spin . Clearly they are trying to cut corners by taken people who leave washing out early . I have no choice but to leave as I was being shouted at and had to children with me . I had to struggle carrying drenched washing home . Disgusting service . Cutting corners . Money grabbers !! Do not use !!

1) do not state there is a cost for using detergent - not compliant with consumer laws 2) generally unhelpful "can't be bothered" attitude from staff 3) do not give useful information like "cash only" for amounts under a certain value 4) did not give me a day or call me to tell me when dry cleaning had been completed (supports number 2 - can't be bothered attitude / only doing half a job) 5) dry cleaning of poor standard Would like to give zero stars as something as simple as dry cleaning and laundry should not be this taxing and frustrating. This business does not represent the general High Barnet community which is friendly and helpful.

After a disappointing experience 7 months ago I thought I would try this laundrette again, BIG MISTAKE! Took in my mattress protector to be cleaned and when I collected and unpacked it at home discovered a stain that was not there prior to the cleaning. When I took it back I was told the stain was already there and the woman who dealt with me was extremely dismissive and abrupt. I asked for my money back which was thrown on the counter. All in all not a pleasant customer experience and one I will not be repeating.

I’ve been coming to this shop since July 2019 to wash my sleeping mat in the washing machines, and it always comes out super bright clean. The washing machines are giant in size but sadly it only take coins. Staff are very friendly and interesting and prices are fair. I would recommend this place as it’s accessible via the top left of bells hill, convenient, and available for when you need it, 5 stars deserved!!! (This shop is an Iranian family run business)

I took in my mattress protector which was cleaned and wrapped in plastic. As I was not using it again I kept it neatly wrapped up. When I finally unwrapped it, it was covered in mould. I immediately phoned the laudrette and explained what happened. Without hesitation the manager said to return it and he would clean it free of charge. The service provided and customer relations were excellent. Would recommend this laudrette.

What a gem of a place, I love the fact that they're a family run business, all of which are professional, friendly and very accommodating, always served with a smile ! They're shirt service is excellent! They even deliver to my house in Potters Bar. I have been using Jasmine Express for about 2 years now and recommend to friends & family which are all delighted with them. Thank you guys keep up the great work !!!

Best customer service you can ask for at really good prices. I’ve had my laundry done several times here- always punctual, always perfectly done. They also do key cutting, and so far all the keys I’ve had cut have worked. 10/10

Very professional. Nice friendly staff. They an Amazing job on a carpet cleaning and my dry cleaning . Wouldn't go anywhere else. 10/10 . Would always recommend them to anyone. I'm always happy and satisfied with the results :)

The seamstress is brilliant. Often use her to adjust and repair my clothes and dresses. Used them a few times for their service wash as well while my machine was being fixed. Had no problems at all.

Amazing customer service. Brought in 4 coats and got an amazing deal. Coats are all fresh with stains removed. Stitching on the alteration I required was seemless. Would highly recommend

Was not given a price when I dropped off dry cleaning - did not ask as I relied on website pricing list - I was substantially overcharged compared to what was advertised online.

The best dry cleaners I have ever been to. Have done mending, alterations and general cleaning for me and every time I am happy. Always served with a smile as well. So good
