On a recent trip to Florida, I wanted to order something small but unique to celebrate my mom's birthday while we were in town. We didn't have a ton of time on this trip and she had no intentions on doing anything but attending the conferences we were there for. I stumbled on Jax BouqCake during a simple search of the area we would be staying in and LOVED Roci's work online. It embodied everything my likes in one simple, yet creative piece. FLORALS, COLORS AND SOMETHING TASTY! THE TREATS: I ordered Tosha arrangement, but customized colors. Vanilla cupcakes with Lemon filling. The cupcakes were super HUGE!! They were weren't overly sweet and neither was the buttercream. My mom monitor's her sugar levels daily, and as long as she has, she NEVER eats buttercream. But SHE ATE THESE buttercream flowers! We all did, lol! Delicious!These cupcakes came as a "Bouqet of Flowers" but are 7, LARGE individual cupcakes. Storage and care instructions came included, and these fit easily into our mini fridge. THE OWNER/ SERVICE: ROCI WAS THE SWEETEST, very responsive and friendly as well! She answered every question, and honored our last minute confirmation due to a late check-in. She really went above and beyond customizing the colors for the design we chose and, it's was PERFECT! When delivering to our hotel, she was on time and the BouqCake caught everyone's attention passing her in the lobby. People were complementing her work for days to follow at our hotel. MOM'S REACTION: MY MOM LOVED HER SURPRISE AND SAID IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT. WE THANK YOU ROCI FOR CREATING THIS BEAUTIFUL PIECE FOR MY MOM. DEFINITELY WILL ORDER AGAIN IF WE'RE BACK IN THE AREA. MUCHAS GRACIAS!!

Absolutely the most talented baker/artist I have met! I ordered a Valentine's Day cupcake bouquet for my husband. He is a sweets lover. This bouquet had seven cupcakes with vanilla cake, chocolate ganache filling and buttercream icing flowers. The detail of the flowers is exceptional! What a beautiful bouquet!! Rocio is so sweet, talented and wonderful to do business with and she delivers to certain zip codes. YUMMY!

Got these for for a birthday party and they were a hit! They look absolutely amazing and taste great too. I sent a photo to my friends and they thought they were real flowers! Highly recommend these cupcakes. I will be ordering them again!
