Edit: Give JTM 7 Stars! I had a renter get 2 tickets. Guess what? JTM paid both tickets for me. No out of pocket. They handled it all! Pure passive income. Trusting JTM with my 2 cars was the best economic decision I’ve made this century, hands down! Even when the car needed repairs, JTM did EVERYTHING. All I have to do is sit back and collect the money.
