If I have to recommend a animal hospital in Florida I would have to have to be this Animal hospital. They treated My beloved Hercules with up most Care.

We came to get immunizations for our new cat. He had to get the feline leukemia shots in 2 series- 3 weeks apart. The first appointment he received shots and an exam. Then 3 weeks later we came back for the 2nd round of shots. At the appointment we were told he needed another “exam”, doubling my fees. Even though he JUST got an exam. Not happy. If the doctor has to give the shots then that’s not my fault and shouldn’t have to pay extra. The tech should be able to give immunizations. He doesn’t need 2 exams in 3 weeks for a healthy kitten. If you want cheap immunizations, you can come here, but not impressed with their customer service.

Got the job done. Just needed vac updated for our pet. The vet does have a thick accent and hard to understand. Staff was friendly, the lady at the front desk was new and took a little longer to get information like vaccine records printed but Grace is given. I did have to call to have them Email me records and I received them quickly.

I'll try again. Took cat in for nail trim. Had to trim myself again after 10 days. His nails had gotten thick and was no longer cooperative. So I tried this vet. The nails were indeed thinner but very long quickly. I'll take before and after pictures next time. When another vet cut them they were short for 2 months if memory is correct

Great staff, so clean, and our Joodie really appreciated the tender care. We loved knowing how much to expect to pay so we could plan for her visits. They went out of their way to make everything clear for us and create a care plan that works for all of us. We are so happy to have found Jax Vets! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love it here for my puppy, and the doctor is amazing. Super friendly staff, and they help you stay calm when you’re stressing out. Called for an appointment, and my puppy was seen the same day. First time here after moving to Florida, and I’m just overall amazed!

They’re so kind and patient here. Very thorough. Highly recommend . :D Edit to add: My dog had an accident in their lobby. And they did not hesitate to clean it up. Laurie was so kind about it all. I offered and she handled it all. They’re seriously so awesome here.

Dr. Amar was very caring and thorough during our Aussiedoodle's exam. You can tell he has a passion for helping animals. The office was very clean and the staff was friendly and kind. Thank-you for your wonderful care! We will definitely be back.

I brought my puppy, Dallas, in for a well visit for the first time. We were greeted with a smile and great customer service. We were roomed shortly after arrival. The facility is clean and organized. Dallas, is wagging his tail with approval.

This was my first time here and Dr. Amar was great. We got seen right away. He made my baby feel so comfortable and at ease. He answered all my questions and concerns. Great service, and friendly/caring staff. I definitely recommend!

My dog has chronic ear infections due to her breed. Brought her in and the ears were cleared up within two weeks. Staff is hospitable and facility is very nice and clean. Prices are also reasonable compared to other vets we’ve seen.

I was pleasantly surprised, I went in for dental exam. I came out with honest information on why the cleaning could NOT be done . I appreciated the honesty. But the visit was thorough and everyone was real nice. And it was CLEAN!

I would leave zero stars if I had the opportunity.. I took my dog in for a deep cleaning and was told I would receive a call if any extractions are needed. Received a call stating they pulled 6 of his teeth without my consent

Quoted one price for a spay, got a call after it was pretty much too late and they doubled the price and was told well it says it online, which it doesn't. Upside though very clean place. Staff is very pleasant.
