Getting insurance through this company for motorcycle was easy and the price was good. I inquired about two months ago on how much it would be to cancel my motorcycle insurance earlier but found out it wasn’t worth it so I told them I’d continue to pay the months until March when the contract was over. A month went by and I noticed that my insurance money wasn’t taken out of my account. So I thought it was strange but left it. Another month went by and the money didn’t get taken out again. So I decided to call the office to see what was going on. I was told that there was a mess up on the employees part and a mess up in the system causing my money not to be withdrawn. Jenny didn’t acknowledge at all that this was there fault and offered no compensation at all. Instead Jenny told me that I either bring in the two months payment(once again their mistake for missing it not mine, the money was in the account) or my monthly payments will going up close to $80 a month until March to cover this mess up on their part. This was poor customer service on their part for a mistake they made and now I have to suffer because of it. When your strapped for money an extra $80/month out of no where is a huge hit for someone.

My relationship with the Rushforth Agency started out as a god-send. We were looking for emergency commercial coverage for a Church property after the prior agency advised us last minute they were not renewing coverage. Rachel and Lauren go way beyond to make you happy as a client and are a pleasure to deal with always I’m just disappointed that State Farm sold to desjardins. A lot of people are!!!
