I was so excited to be booked in for a wash cut and blow dry after lockdown, DO NOT get your hair cut here if you are a woman, the mens cuts looked great from what I saw but my experience was horrible I left there almost in tears, I asked for a low maintenance layered cut, what I got was uneven chunks chopped out of my long mid back length hair by the male hairdresser Reza, what I assume was his wife blow dried my hair flat to my head, I left there with limp hair that smelt burnt from over drying it and I paid for the privilege of looking like my 3 year old nephew had cut my hair, I'm booked in to Ross Poole on Wednesday to have it rectified so I'll be paying twice for a haircut, I've left it a couple of days to calm down before leaving this review. I repeat please dont expect to come out of this hairdressers with a lovely bouncy new cut, I actually only gave the 2 stars from the mens cuts that I saw whilst waiting there.

I was very happy to find Jeune Hair & Beauty Clinic. It was the first time I ventured into a salon since the pandemic started and I felt safe and welcome. This is a family owned business and the owners are the ones who work hard there and provide the excellent service. The laser treatment was pain free, done professionally in a clean environment. The Swedish massage was excellent and made me feel so much better and relaxed. I also had my hair trimmed and beard shaped. Very happy with my new beard too. The prices are very competitive also. I can wholeheartedly recommend the salon!

I moved to Brentford 4 years ago and I visited the local barbers in the town. In the past year he's moved to this location and opened up a beauty salon. For the past 4 years I've only gone to this guy for my hair cut. He's really good at blending in men's hair. I see all different types of customers in this salon (men, women, different cultural background). They cater for all different types of styles. Let's support local businesses ✌️

I've visited this salon on a couple of occasions for waxing. After many years of trying to find a beauty therapist to stick with, I'm happy I've finally found one. The lady here offering beauty services is warm, welcoming, professional and I always leave happy with the service I've received. I highly recommend this salon for waxing and a great customer service experience.

Arti has been friendly, professional and welcoming even if I was a bit late for the appointment. For the Hollywood wax, Arti suggested to do strip wax rather than hot wax as she suggested that it would have been less painful, so I decided to follow her advice and it was a very smooth, successful beauty treatment. ( of course there is an option for the hot wax as well )

Reza and Artemis have done extremely well to create such a welcoming experience for their customers. Both of them clearly show how much they care about their customers and are genuinely passionate about their job. I had a wash and haircut and my hair has never felt better! I also got the vitamin hair treatment and I have to say it was definitely worth it!

Had my haircut today by Reza. Usually I'm quite scared with getting my hair cut by a new barber but Reza took his time to look at the pictures I showed him and I was very happy with the cut in the end. He was very professional and was willing to listen to the instructions I gave about each part of my hair.

I did a waxing treatment for my full back and my full arm. The beautician was very professional when she was doing my waxing and the treatment was very painless. The waxing room was very clean and hygienic and the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely return again.

Got an absolutely fantastic haircut from Reza - very experienced and wonderful service. I left here very happy with my hair and would definitely recommend it. They also offer many other beauty treatments including micro blading and micro needling. I’m going to be going back for a massage very soon!

Very friendly and professional staff. I had my hair trimmed and re-layered by Reza and am very happy with the results! I will definitely be going back in the future. Totally wasted money. I went for Eyelashes Lift and Tint, but nothing changed. Also the color of Tint is on my skin and can't remove it. I was so shocked and disappointed as it was before my wedding.

Made appointment for 11.30 for manicure and pedicure , when arrived at the clinic was told to come back at 3 as lady was attending someone else. Really unprofessional. They didn't even apologise.
