Gave Only 3 stars because orange Shirt security for the Plaza Let Go of Some Homeless person who attacked a Pedestrian Young woman Here for a Jazz Event. Security Can't touch the Homeless so The orange Shirt People Need Security Training. Jimmie John's also probably has restroom problems due to Homeless Flushing baby wipes. Even if You Charge Peoplw to use the Restroom, the problem will still remain. We need public sanitation of some kind for set hours, patrolled by Security. Like 10 am to 8pm Curfew hours, the restroom can ve a good start

Placed a sandwich order online. I must have done it wrong when someone from Jimmy Johns called to question what I ordered. Glad they did, it was supposed to be ham and I must have read it wrong and said no ham. When I picked up my order and went back to my place of work I found out my sandwich was made wrong. I quickly called them, rather then go back to the restaurant to pick it up they gladly sent someone to drop it off and applogized for the mishap and even added a chocolate chip cookie in my bag. What great service and let me tell you I was a pleased and happy customer. The food was great!

Had a large but very quick and neatly done order delivered by a Gerald ! Very thankful and appreciative of the top tier customer service . I noticed how swamped they were ( I believe 2 - 3 employees during a big rush .) Customers were getting handled smoothly , but it was sooo hot ! So i asked if i could make it a delivery ( in response to wait time and doing add ons while looking through the menu ) and they were completely understanding ! Thanks ! My children , wife and I truly thank you !

Love JJs but be careful if ordering pickup during the lunch rush. They will find a way to mess your order up. First time they forgot the chips which is understandable and an easy fix (assuming you check the bag before you leave). Second time they straight up gave me the wrong sandwich. So don't just open the bag- be prepared to unwrap your sandwich before you leave. Or bite the bullet and stand in line. No love for to-go orders, apparently.

Kind of heading around the corner from five guys. Always a good decision for last minute catering. Even during the pandemic and hiring issues the store's been able to keep up pretty well. This location also delivers on bike since it has such a small zone with so many buildings being close to downtown. The staff here is always polite and you can tell they're working as fast as they can. Definitely a good spot if you only have a 30 minute lunch and you need to get your meal quick.

I work down the street and I come here often. Let me tell you, the employee, Sage, is a Godsend! She is the MOST sweet and vibrant woman ever. She has always greeted me with a warm welcome in, and she has always has such a positive energy! She is efficient and she is lovely to converse with. She definitely needs a raise!!! Go Sage!

Looking for a great place to eat with great service and great food? Well then it ain't here. Can't seem to post the pic of my sandwich, but paid $8.29 for an 8 inch piece of bread with four slices of ham and two pieces of bacon, all thin sliced. My first and last time eating here. Oh, yeah...had to bag my own food as well.

I work at another location, was there helping but my opinion is personal. It's a great atmosphere, management, employees and service..... I can tell the regulars enjoy the food as much as the workers.
