Horrible The staff are rude and not helpful. It all started with the take out order by this i mean we ordered a family combo and a large pineapple bacon pizza . Went to pick it up and meet with not pleasant people .They were very crabby. Then paid for order and got home and found out the 2nd pizza was peperoni and not what we wanted .My grand daughter is extremely allergic to pepperonis so why after all these years order that. not only that there was no bacon on it . I called the restaurant and he said it was my fault and i shouldn't have order that . All he said i was wrong and bring it back in or he will del. an other . How fair is that when we had to be out the door asap to go some where and i decided to pick it my self. When got to restaurant i never even got a sorry for that but got in to a bit of a tif with him . He just said my not his . And he never even offer me a coffee or a pop while i waited for the pizza or even a discount for the mistake . If my grand daughter would have taken a bit of that pizza well there would have been lots of trouble. why can t your employees be a little more in tune with things like that. I am sure a coffee or a pop would not have costed you anything. Now you have lost us as a regular customer and i will be posting this on other reviews

This place is a hidden Jem. It is a small old sports bar with a separate room to shoot some pool in. After a less than stellar visit to another establishment around the corner for supper, we ended up finding this place and giving it a try. Waitress was so kind, curtious and and had a great energy about herself. The kitchen staff also spot on. They came out after our orders had been served and saw that we had a 14 month old with us and offered a less spicy pasta dish, which she enjoyed tremendously. My only critique would be to use donair sweet sauce on the donair pizza instead of donair sauce, that would have made this a 5 star! If you are considering going here, give it a go, they are great but do please keep in mind, it is a very small place, bartender was also the waitress but she did it right not like the other place we tried to go.

I have a been a loyal customer for 7 straight years, and I will never order from JN Pizza again. Here is a quick recap from the past few months: August: My pizza was dropped by the driver. I called JN but the phone call "...could not be completed". Mistakes happen, so I decided to give them a second chance. August: I ordered again one week later, and the pizza was dropped again. I pieced the pizza back together because I was starving. September: I ordered a pizza last month, and the wrong order was delivered. When I called JN to discuss, he offered me a $10 credit on my next order. October: I placed an order tonight, and Freddie (the owner) refused to honour the credit. JN Pizza clearly no longer cares about its customers. If Freddie is willing to lose a loyal customer over $10, I will be happy to take my business elsewhere.

Normally I would give 5 stars, but not last night. Ordered food at 4:30pm for delivery. By 20 after 5 my husband started phoning to see what the hold up was. The phone line was constantly busy. After 15 mins we decided to drive to J and N's. We get there and the place is busy and someone tells us that they took the phone off the hook because they were too busy. Our food apparently is on its way to us to be delivered. There was an apology. So we drive home and wait another 20 minutes before our food shows up soggy and cold and missing sour cream. We have been ordering from them for almost 10 years and never had any issues. Last night I was not impressed. I hope this is a one off. Very disspointed with the wait and the food.

If you had asked me 2 years ago what I'd rate JN Pizza, I'd say 5-stars - just for their pizza. I don't know what happened over the last couple years, but the quality of the food plummeted. I had ordered the veggie pizza, like usual, but to my dismay, the pizza was completely soggy. The veggies dripped off the slices and the sauce underneath was bland. I'm so sad to see the quality go down so much. I was also sad when I ordered the jalapeño poppers. They were the same ones I've bought at the grocery store in the frozen section... for the price, I had assumed they'd be fresh made. I hope the quality of food improves! Used to be one of my fave pizza places!!

Went to play some darts in a section that was clearly marked as 19 and over. A guy comes in with three boys under 10 and took over the pool section. Think he was ownership or something. We moved down the room to give us all some space. Then another guy walks in with two kids under 5. He was pretty loud and obnoxious himself. He then proceeds to change one of the kid's diapers. .. ON THE FLOOR BEHIND OUR TABLE. He was 50 feet away from the bathroom. I have a group of friends that like to play darts and drink beer. The setup would have been perfect for us.... I will never step foot in the place ever again. The bartender was nice.

JN consistently delivers hot and fresh food. I love their wings, best authentic zucchini sticks, amazing garlic sauce - pizza is classic Ottawa style thick crust, super cheesy, loaded with toppings! The delivery drivers are so friendly and kind. Arrives quickly. All the appetizers are on point. Been ordering from them for years, no disappointments, never! Try them today!! You will love it ,♥️

This is my "Go-To" place. They are super friendly and I love the food. The pizza is so, so good, they put ths toppings under this mound of cheese. Drool. The crust is not hard but like eating a bread. The sauce is nice and mild. Ingredients are always very fresh, especially with the salads too which I find most places are a hit or a miss. Try their pizza or even the JN sub with pepperoni and garlic sauce. I'm also partial to the steak on a bun or even their club. Like I said my Go-To place. Just writing this is making me hungry.

The value was good: pizza was good size and loaded with toppings, and on top of that, it was delicious. The way they layered their pizza was also indicative that they knew how to make their pizza, and are not just doing it for business only. Also the service was very friendly. We called them to tell them that we were picking up our pizza late and they managed to make the pizza in time, keep it warm in the oven and also helped us to carry all the food out to the car. This is my go-to pizza spot for the Elmvale/Innes area.

I'm sorry but the burgers we ordered "the super burger" was not good at all. The meat was mushy and very gross, not even sure if it was cooked properly. Took a few bites and couldn't handle it. The one piece of lettuce and tomato were starting to turn brown, it's like they pulled it out of the compost and threw it on our burger. The wings were okay. The poutine was okay and the delivery time was decent but for the price, those burgers ruined the whole experience of trying somewhere new.

I love your pizza but I ordered through your website and I wanted plain pizza! But got pepperoni and I don’t eat pork! Wasted :/ if you will order, order through Uber eats or DoorDash atleast there’s someone to talk to and get a refund. I thought I’d support them and save them extra charges from these apps but now lesson learned!

My boyfriend has been ordering pizza fromJnM once a week for over 10 years. Recently, the pizza has been very disappointing. The dough tasted like cardboard and the last time we ordered the crust was partially uncooked. When we called to complain the owner was rude and abusive. Terrible customer service and no care for his loyal customers. We will never order from there again.

Very good pizza! I have tried different types and they were all delicious! I have ordered there dozens of time and the service is always excellent. Prices are good and you have a rebate if you order 2 pizzas. You can also keep the pamphlet menu stapled on your box to save 8$ when you collect 10. I have always ordered takeout, so I can comment for when you eat on site.

I didn't go inside I ordered delivery from my truck on the road they were here super fast and this is by far the best pizza I've had in canada (wich is a lot of pizzas) I'd give em more than 5 stars if it was available!!!

Had great pizza, gluten free crust available. Only can comment on the pizza, looks like they had great drink specials, quite a few tvs, and a pool table room with what looked to be 3 pool tables. Would be good for a game night but you might have to rent it out beforehand because apparently sometimes they rent it out.

My absolute favorite pizza is their Burger Pizza with added Pepperoni and green olives. Was never a big pizza fan till I tried this pizza and I was hooked and crave it too often.

We went to eat one side was busy so went to the otherside as we did before and saw people we knew said hi went to go eat and the lady said to our friend that we were not allowed to be there and kicked us out. We go there to have a good meal but honestly if we are going to be treated that way not going back.

Great service. I had gone in and not realized they were closed, or had just closed. They made me a pizza and as always, J&N pizza was awesome.

Visiting Ottawa, we wanted some good Italian food that wouldn't break the bank. The reviews here for J N pizza don't lie. I had an excellent spaghetti and meatball dish, the man who served me was incredibly friendly and offered my wife and I two complimentary pops as well. Amazing food and experience

Easily one of the best pizza places in town. The dough is fluffy, yet has a satisfying crunch on the crust, and they are very gracious with their toppings. What really makes it is the sauce though, spiced perfectly and with no trace of that obnoxious tangy taste you get with cheaper sauces.

One of the best pizza in Ottawa for sure. I pick up this pizza and drive the half hour to get home in Limoges. That's how good it is. Full flavor, lot's of toppings and cheese. The sauce is amazing. Just love it. Wish they were close to me but totally worth the drive.

I regularly order food from here since it’s across the street from my work. The pizza here is nothing short of amazing. Always cooked perfectly, and they’re very generous with toppings. Pricing is great for what you get. Definitely recommend!

This is the second time I order take from J&N and the food is the greatest. 1st time I ordered the lasagna 2 special well it was tremendous and they are not afraid to load the dish with tasty extras. I recommend this location for great food.

Nice "cheers" atmosphere. alot of regulars, which makes it laid back, easy going. Nice pool table area, jukebox, Dart boards,...like the vibe. Pizza was Great!! Poutine,....no curds. only shredded cheese. that's what made it 4 n not 5 stars.

The building itself could use a freshening up, however I will focus on the food! Fresh ingredients, excellent service. The cheese is tasty and plentiful, crust is flavorful, crisp edges, soft,pillowy insides. Don't miss out, a must try!

This is my favorite place in the world. The pizza is to die for. The steak on a bun with fried onions will blow your mind! The waitresses are fun and the people that go there are always good for a joke! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Great pizza, easily one of the best places in Ottawa. Only downside is if you are ordering online don't order early and choose a time you want the pizza to arrive, I ordered a pizza for 8pm and it arrived at 6:30pm.

They are never open. It says till 1am and they arre closed now at 1030. Nor do they ever open on time its cool of you want low hours but stop lieing about it on the sign amd website

The pizza is amazing I just wish they told me about the buy 1 get one 1/2 off deal instead of charging me full price for 2 pizzas and giving me free drink cans which weren't needed.
