Absolutely pathetic, i sent them an email yesterday only for Mark to call me this morning. I asked about Finance, the guy did not seem to be interested even told me that i would not be eligible, how can that be possible as he has not even asked me what my income was. So i corrected him and when i told him i was self-employed, he told me he would get one of his finance staff to call me. So i went back to work, they called me once in the morning and once shortly after 2pm. Before i could even call him back, Mark sent me a message saying, 'My Finance guy has called you twice and left messages. Mate if your not interested let us know so we don't waste our time'. I called him back and thankfully gave him his serve. Very rich for a car salesman who's main role is to sell, go out on a desperate rant. Absolutely pathetic and now you lost yourself a sale. And by the way look up Melbourne cheapest cars so you will see plenty of the same car with less km's for less and thank god you treated me like that prior to going ahead. And as for Mark, Calling yourself a MANAGER, when surely a company can do much better with their customer service. Stay away from this car yard..........!!!!!
