I had a great experience with John the Plumber a few weeks ago when I had a blocked shower drain. A visit to assess the problem happened very quickly. I was very impressed that I called late on a Thursday afternoon and had a plumber looking at my washroom by Friday morning. Dawson called when he was on the way and arrived very close to the beginning of the service window I was given. Service was quick, efficient, and courteous. I felt that the amount that was charged was reasonable. I liked that Dawson explained the merits and risks of what he was going to do, and I felt that I got a good deal on the service. I appreciated that he stuck around to make sure none of the pipes had been punctured after he cleaned them. The pipes have been working well ever since his visit. There is an option to pay by e-transfer, which is handy. I will keep their number handy for future services (although hopefully no more blocked drains anytime soon!)

This was our first time using John The Plumber, we decided to call them based on their great online reviews, and they did not disappoint! They came twice, first to identify the problem with our toilet and kitchen faucet and the second time to make the needed repairs (installation of a new toilet and faucet), Both plumbers (Eric and Jeff) were wonderful! Eric came to identify the problem at hand and did a great job patiently explaining everything and what type of toilet we needed to buy. Jeff came and did our installations, he was super friendly and did such a great, clean job installing our new toilet/kitchen faucet and fixing a second toilet. He explained everything step by step and was very patient in answering our many questions! We were very happy and impressed with John The Plumber and will definitely be using their services again in the future! Thank you Eric and Jeff for all your great work, we truly appreciate it!!!

- Plumber and the person I spoke with on the phone when I originally called were both great, super friendly, empathetic, and very helpful - Yes, I received a call from the plumber when he was on his way, and it was well within the appt time window - Plumber was presentable, very friendly, and professional – he made us feel at ease and came across like he enjoyed his job, and that sets a really good tone – there is nothing worse than having someone come in your house to do some work and they seem like they hate their job and don’t want to be there. He identified the issue right away and took the most economical approach to resolving it, without trying to upsell and this was appreciated - Our water issue is now resolved

I am very impressed with this plumbing company. The plumber arrived on schedule and was upfront about the cost - taking into account the age of the home and expense of repair, he presented me with a full range of options and recommended preventative measures to be taken to reduce the likelihood of the problem reoccurring. Both Geoff and Conor did an outstanding job. Not only courteous and professional, but managed to lighten the mood with some humour. Given the seriousness of the task and my tendency to worry, I sincerely appreciated the laugh. They worked diligently and did a thorough job. I'm very happy with their work and the result. I highly recommend this company!

I called John the Plumber, expecting I may have to wait a day or two. I was provided with an appointment for a short couple of hours later. Geoff arrived a little early, for which I was grateful. He looked at the problem, listened to the secondary issue, and provided his recommendation and cost. I accepted, and he got down to business. The work was done in a timely fashion, and I am very pleased. Geoff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend him and John the Plumber to anyone requiring plumbing services. I will absolutely use John the Plumber for any other plumbing issues I may encounter. I can't thank you enough.

There is not enough words I can write on this review to show my gratitude to Garrett & Jeff from John The Plumber! It is so nice to see that Customer Service is still alive and taken seriously. They were both very kind and walked me through everything that was going to happen along with the cost for each step of the way. The pricing is top notch for the service I just received. I know who I will be calling in the future and recommending to all my friends who need this type of service. You cannot go wrong giving them a call for all your plumbing needs!

Great experience. I booked the appointment online and received immediate confirmation and indicated I was available earlier in the day as well. I received a call the next day from Bill who indicated he could show up early. He arrived, was very professional, reviewed the scope of the work and completed it promptly and it looks great. Super happy with our experience, specifically with Crispin. He called to give us a heads up that he was close, very friendly and professional. We got an estimate up front, no pressure, once ok’d he jumped into action. He cleaned up so well that we wouldn’t even have known he was there and took our old tap away. Thank you Crispin!

Jonathan and his coworkers at John the Plumber were great. Honest assessment of the issue, honest recommendations for necessary work vs nice-to-have. I felt they were very trustworthy (most important quality) and, as a result, they are now my go-to company for any work that falls under their expertise. 5-stars, no hesitation.

These plumbers were professional and efficient. They knew how to work with the plumbing of my 60 year old bathroom sink. They added shutoff values before doing the replacement of sink and taps. All this was done with a minimal of defacing the current walls in adjoining room (where access to the "stack" was best located).

Cameron was fantastic! On time, kind, honest, knowledgeable and fast. The office (Sarah) was amazing as well. Reasonable pricing and timelines. Highly recommend this company and will be referring to neighbours (already did) and clients in the future. Thanks so much! :)

The plumber (sorry don't know his name) arrived on time and fixed my leak really fast. It was a bit pricey, but cheaper than it would have been to replace the faucet. He was pleasant, friendly and professional. I would use them again if I have any other problems

I called John the Plumber about a toilet that was taking too long to fill the tank and Zack came by the next day and had it fixed within 30 minutes and my bathroom was clean when he left. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John the Plumber to all my friends.

Incredibly quick same day service. Connor explained everything he needed to do, was clear about the price, and did the work immediately. I was just expecting a quote, but he grabbed his tools and got the job done. Very polite young man!

Lance was really professional and friendly. He even showed me how to change the cartridge in the shower faucet in case I need to do a similar repair myself, down the road. Fast, great service from John the Plumber.
