Work completed on January 19, 2023 -- From our very first call to the John The Plumber office to ask questions about services to the office's follow up call and email for booking - all staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly. Crispin ("Chris") Harris was considerate and fulfilled the commitment to the appointment window. He telephoned prior to both appointment times to keep us informed of his arrival times and was punctual with his arrival. We also very much appreciated the fast booking time for having Chris come to assess and then complete the work. Chris was presentable, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. At all times he was pleasant to work with and invited any questions at any time. He was appreciative of us wanting to fully understand all aspects of the work required and as it was being completed. Chris was helpful and corrected the problem that had been made worse by the previous larger plumbing company recommended to us who had guaranteed they could fix the faucet (they did not). We now have a properly installed new faucet and fully functioning soaker bathtub thanks to Chris at John The Plumber. The work was completed without any damage to our tiles and without creating any additional issues as the previous company had. We very much appreciated that a certified plumber was dispatched to us instead of a plumbing technician. Chris' expertise and training was a relief to us. Thank you Chris!!! Five star service!!! I submitted a request for an emergency plumber online, in the middle of the night, after another emergency plumbing service failed to show up. I submitted requests to 2 other services at the same time. (One other service got back to me, but only after the problem had already been fixed.) I got a call back from John the Plumber at 7am from a very empathetic person to set up an emergency appointment within a time range that morning, and Jonathan arrived well within that window. Jonathan was a lifesaver. He arrived promptly, quickly assessed the situation, and clearly explained what was broken and what my options were for fixing it. He kept me updated on progress, gave realistic timelines for each step, and was able to resolve the issue. I appreciated his honesty and good humour, it lowered my stress levels substantially! Highly recommend, I know where my first call will be next time I need a plumber!

The service I received was absolutely wonderful. The young men responded to my request for service within an hour. They called ahead to inform me when they were coming. They checked out the problem and explained very clearly what was needed and the cost. They completed the installation within 2 hours and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved. Very very happy with the work done. They were able to come the day I needed them. Was given a 3 hr window 12-3:00. I asked if they could come closer to 12:00. Daniel showed up at 12:05. He was very professional fast and efficient but also very personable. Showed and explained to me each step of the repair process. Had the parts I needed with him and was finished very quickly and thoroughly. With no disruption to the the existing structure. Daniel is a superb representative of his trade and the company. The two young men who unplugged our kitchen sink called before they came and arrived as promised, were very polite, well-presented and efficient. They answered all our questions and took the time to explain in detail. We are happy with the work -- the kitchen sink drains better than it ever did. Quality workmanship with repairing a broken toilet flange. The company called ahead of time to let me know they'll be late and also called 10 minutes in advance of arrival. The price is a bit high but we all have to pay for quality these days. The technician Cameron is knowledgable and extremely polite.
