12.22.2023 about four people in the store and few just looking. I waited a few minutes to be helped and a young lady acknowledged me but was helping someone. Young guy with dreads (did not get his name)standing behind the counter doing nothing. I asked if he was available and he kinda jumped a little as if he didn't see me. His customer service skills were lacking along with his knowledge of the product in the store. He didn't hesitate to tell me how long he had before getting off work. Brought my shoes out and went and stood over at the counter and ignored me. No problem, I told him across the store that I was not interested and left. I guess I'll stick with Nordstrom's and their customer service.

I was immediately ignored upon walking into the store. An older gentleman looked at me and continued to vacuum the store. The older gentleman shut off the vacuum, gave a head nod to the staff that sat behind the register with a tablet signaling him to greet me and my spouse. He proceeded to walk to the back of the store without saying a word. This interaction made my spouse uncomfortable. She wanted to leave the store after two minutes of browsing not wanting to support the brand after being treated throughout the entire interaction.

When my wife and I went in today we were promptly given a friendly greeting. I came in looking for a new pair of burgundy wingtips and the sales associate promptly showed me a beautiful pair with a great deal. I also found some great new socks while there as well! Long story short, my needs were addressed quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this J&M location. I live over an hour away in Winston-Salem but plan on making the trip back down the next time I need some new shoes!

I went in last Friday morning and had the nicest guy helping me out. He was extremely friendly and helpful in finding the exact fit I was looking for. I knew exactly what I was looking for and this gentleman helped bring out several sizes and widths to ensure that I got exactly what I was looking for. He was the only guy in there working but he stopped everything he was doing to give me exceptional service. Hopefully he gets noticed for it. Great customer service.

Went into this store looking for a gift. All of the store associates were very friendly and we were greeted immediately. But, Frank ended up helping us and he was wonderful. He was so nice and went above and beyond making recommendations and bringing us different options. We really appreciated his kind and attentive customer service. He is a gem!

Went into this location to inquire about some casual leather sneakers. My wife and I were never greeted, acknowledged or even made to feel welcome. I made eye contact three times with the sales person. I will never go back to this brand and location. As a AA Person I will make it known to not spend any money here. Very disappointed.

J&M is a fine establishment. The quality of the brand is great. This store has a customer service that is beyond what is expected while I'm out shopping. They have it all from the shoes, clothing, & include a women's line. One of my favorite places to shop!!

Walked in the store with my husband and baby a few paces in front of me. My husband was immediately greeted and I was ignored. My husband immediately noticed the difference in how we were treated and we walked out shortly after.

I am compelled to acknowledge JOSH and his exemplary attitude and product knowledge at J&M Southpark Mall. He was courteous and helpful, a pillar of what retailers should covet in their team members.

Great shoes, high quality and comfortable. Had and issue with a squeak in a shoe one time and they quickly replaced for a new pair no questions asked, always very helpful and nice in the store.

Totally ruined a great company and brand with these imported ill fitting uncomfortable shoes. Go back to Nashville TN USA and fireup the real shoe factory.

Staff was kinda sketchy on the "ordering" process. Just didn't sound right. Love the brand, so I went home and ordered myself.

I had a couple pairs of this shoes. The quality is great. They are so incredibly comfortable specially to be so dressy!
