Always on the lookout for a new Café to try. Was meeting up on a first date on Sept 30th and I suggested this Café as it's between both of our places. It's a little hidden from the main road but the sign is visible from the parking lot. Lots of parking was available, including Handicap parking. Their hours are visible from their entrance. From the outside it looks small but once inside, it catches you off guard. There's a nice entrance with seating, beautiful signage and displays, a nice size counter and service area and then further back is even more seating! Very well hidden gem. Love their caulk board sign and I took my time looking over all the options. They serve a Canadian Roasted coffee from BC. As always, got a cup of their drip coffee and I loved that it came in a proper mug as I was staying. The blend of coffee wasn't for me when I drink it just black. But with cream or sugar, I'm sure it would have been fine. Though it wasn't busy, there was cups on the table from the previous customers. The server came and took them away but didn't wipe down the table, which still had cup marks all over. Oh well.... I would happily come back and try some items on their menu, server had some recommendations and I would love to give them a try next time.

If you are looking for your average coffee shop than don't stop here. It is anything but AVERAGE! This place is one of a kind built with love and purpose. The owners are there because it is their desire to do wonderful life changing things for others selflessly. I do not know how to explain it but it was one of my best days all year thus far, just spending an hour in their "Journey Cafe" restaurant having lunch and a coffee with a good friend. The coffee was great, the pulled pork sandwich incredible and the ladies who prepared it were so delightful. What more could one ask for. I highly recommend you take the time to relax and enjoy a fresh brewed hot beverage there, in the very near future! Thank you to the owners for opening up this place for people like me to enjoy! You made my day!

If you love chocolate and caramel, make sure you get yourself the Inka cake. It's like a Twix and a Ferror Roche had a baby on a cake just the perfect balance of caramel sweetness to cakey goodness and chocolatey coating with some crunch. My London fog was also totally delicious and I love the large serving size. The atmosphere is just cozy right too. Plus lots of seating to choose from! A great place to spend an hour with my book this afternoon.

As my Brother and his lovely wife have been helping customers by providing them with workshops and discounts etc with there mechanic shop for years, they wanted to provide a place for people to meet and enjoy time together and discuss there journeys in there new business venture. Top notch place very clean, wonderful owners with a vision!!! I'm sure the place will be a great place as these two don't do anything half way. Good luck you two, much success in your new endeavor.

Great little cafe. Seems to be run by a couple of young bruthas. I’d like to see it a little busier for their sake. The vanilla cappuccino I got was great. They made it sugar free and with half and half like I asked. They have two sizes small and large. I took mine to good. I recommend this place if you need a coffee or a snack. They said they’re working on getting more gluten free items and will have salads in the near future

Brought my kiddo in for lunch today. We ordered chicken tortilla soup and grilled cheese panini. I also got a London Fog with oat milk. Everything was served up in no time with a smile, and tasted delicious with a homemade, hearty feel. I like that I could choose my creamer option. I also like the ambience overall. A few tables with chairs, a few couches, relaxing music, a fireplace screen.... Definitely worth coming back!

As soon as you walk into this masterpiece of a cafe, the hospitality is sensed instantly and you are readily welcomed by the incredibly respectful and friendly staff. Once you receive your order and take your seat, pure bliss and peacefulness strikes you. This cafe truly has a calming and all round good feeling vibe to it. Food/drinks are amazing and fresh, service is perfect. I highly recommend going to this cafe.

Good food and drink. Very clean. Good service. They have board games if you want and everything is 100% Halal. There is no music playing and not a lot of traffic so it's very quite. Lovely place to unwind.

I was quite disappointed with my order. I ordered 3 items for delivery. The shawarma, donair panini and the roasted beef panini. Taste was okay but the fillings/portion of the items was quite less compared to what I paid. I wish they wouldn't be so cheap on the fillings especially when you are paying 10+ dollars for each item. More

Journey Cafe is a great volunteer run Cafe. The staff is passionate and serves a delicious meal. I had the chicken sandwich and was impressed with how fresh the food was. The sandwich was like grandma used to make. This is a relaxed space where you can sit and put together a puzzle or have a coffee with friends.

I went today for the first time, and everything was delicious! The cinnamon toast latte I had was fresh and hot and yummy. I also ordered the breakfast plate and really enjoyed it. The two young men at the front working were both friendly and kind. I love supporting a business like this! Local and amazing!

I visited Journey Cafe today as my car was at Good News Auto. First time at Journey Cafe. Open and inviting atmosphere. Tables close to plugins so I could do some work. The chai latte with oat milk was so good and just the right balance of flavour. The breakfast sandwich is the best I have ever had.

Finally the Cafe is open again ... the ice coffee's are so delicious and addicting!! Chris is very welcoming and goes over and beyond to make sure your happy with your coffee.. will always support a coffee shop who returns the favor back to its customers! Thanks Chris and keep up the awesome work.

Just came here for a quick cup of drip coffee and decided to have the pumpkin spiced latte, I think this has to be one of the best kept secrets in Edmonton. You have to try the pumpkin spiced latte, its the best. Cafe is very well set up and is quite welcoming.

Will 100% be coming back I had a great experience. The coffee was amazing, as well as the service and the food. It’s the cutest vibe and there’s even some board games to play.
