My experience in Journey kidz at Rivercenter was one of the worst. It started as I was observing a white converse shoe and a male employee from behind the counter rapidly approached me and startled me as he stumbled behind me. He asked what size i needed and i said 8. The man left without saying anything and later came back with a shoe box for me to try on… it was a bit big so i asked if they had a 7.5 and he came back with a black converse as he said they didnt have white in that size i said no thank you i want the white and thats when completely LOST IT! He threw the shoe boxes on the ground and one of them hit my foot and stormed out to the back throwing another box at a wall. The behavior was absolutely unbelievable so I approached the nice female workers in the front and asked if i could speak to a manager as they replied HE WAS THE MANAGER!!!!! I was shocked at his attitude and short temper! I can only imagine what it would be like everytime a child changes their mind about a shoe, as it is a journey KIDZ!!!!! Zero stars.

We had such a great experience at the Rivercenter Journeys Kidz!! My daughter had been saving her money to buy some Vans and the young woman who helped us was SO good with my daughter and had her try on several sizes and chatted with her, making her feel really comfortable! What this wonderful young woman didn't know is that our daughter is autistic and making conversations and visiting stores can be scary and stressful for her. But this was an awesome experience and I thank you ladies for all you did to make it that way. I wish we had the name of young woman who helped us but I checked the receipt and only found the number 631571 next to the employee section. Thank you!! Seriously the best retail experience in a long time.

I bought absolutely NOTHING when I went in Journeys but the customer service was like I bought 10 pairs of shoes, some socks, and shoe cleaner. We went in looking for Chocos and one of the ladies helped my daughter explained the type of shoe, what it's good for and treated us so nice. Even said it would be better to get them in the adult Journeys. Everyone there was great!

Really unpleasant shopping experience. Salesman was extremely persistent with the upcharges. Tried to sell me the same socks twice. I legit told him just the shoes 5 times. He tried selling me a watch for my kid and when I said no for the 5th time, he told my kid "aww sorry kiddo, not this time." Literally the worst experience buying shoes of my life.

Sales staff was helpful in friendly in asking whether I needed help — 5 stars. They didn't have the brand of shoes I wanted however, but I chose to have a look at their other offerings. The cashier staff/manager words stripped away all the

I am such an indecisive person but the young man there was so sweet and helped me with everything. Even when there were other customers he was helping, I still felt like a top priority! Definitely coming back to this location.

I went today and bought 2 pair of shoes for my daughter , but the lady that “help me “ give me a horrible costumer service , with her attitude I didn’t even wanna buy the shoes , but my daughter need it.

We had an amazing experience here, the customer service we received was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure that we got what we were looking for and made sure the sizes were right, everything.

I bought some vans for my son recently. It was very fast in and out service. Will be coming back to shop. I recommend for everyone and check out the sales as well.!

I love this store. They have the cutest stuff and I don't even have kids that can fit their clothes. I just go in there to look at the cute items.
