I would like to take a moment to say this store at South Park is the Best!! As soon as me and my 3 little boys walked in everyone greeted us from each pass through the store. As soon as we walked in it got even busier. A mother of 3 boys I'm not a big fan of the mall, but this experience was such great customer service. The sales young man George helped us above and beyond with such patience. I was dealing with an app and he not once said he didn't know, he continued to help me. Another young man Angel assisted. Each of them with a smile and superb customer service. I thought for sure they'd give up soon, but to my surprise they followed through. They introduced me to a young lady who was another manager making sure our process was going well. It's hard to find people with a great attitude and patience. I told my boys that I'd be proud of them If I was their mother since they had such respect and showed kindness. I was able to purchase my boys shoes, and they walked away happy. Thank you to this team for being so polite and AMAZING. You truly deserve 5+stars. I hope everyone is able to shop with a great experience as we did. Thank you may the Lord bless that Team. I don’t even know where to begin . I love this Journey’s . I love the staff their so friendly. Jorge is my favorite he makes you feel like you’ve known each other forever. He helps you with anything you need . I’ve gone 3 times in 2 weeks . I swear it feels like home . Oh yes can’t leave out the manager he’s a cutie very nice . I’m telling you this is the place to get your Van’s, converse etc. you are gonna want to keep coming back they have got the right staff . You won’t find this kind of service anywhere . You should definitely go check them out . Go buy some shoes people you won’t regret it . You’ll love the staff !!!

Your associate Jorge Gonzales was fantastic. His charisma his personality and his salesmanship are all top-notch. He’s definitely an asset to your company and he’s the reason I spent $220 there. I really wanted a pair of Dr. Martens I wasn’t sure if I was gonna purchase them at Journeys but after talking with Jorge he schooled me on docs so I ended up purchasing them. As long as he’s there I will continue to go there for all my footwear needs.

Staff went above and beyond today to help me make sure I was getting the right fit with some new Birkenstock’s. I don’t really be spending that kind of money on shoes so I wanted to be completely sure that they felt right. Staff was patient with me and it was all around a good experience!

Great store good selection. I thought we were gonna have to go to the northstar location to find the shoes my son wanted, but they had them here! Kids that worked there were really nice, and helpful. Music was a little too loud (but it could have just been me - my son said it was fine)

This place has some decent shoe inventory, I dont think that there prices are competitive as they are in the high end. I like to find quality at affordable prices and unfortunately you will not here.

Awesome experience. George was the one helping us, for a gift purchase, and he took out shoe after shoe for us to vacillate over. He was super helpful and a great employee!

Found my girls backpacks...and all of their shoes. Staff was SUPER helpful. I have 6 kids and they made me feel like I was not bothering them at all.

I asked to see if they could check if they had a different size. The guy working said “we probably don’t”. Didn’t even bother to look.
