I came up from Sydney to visit family in Brissy and was googling up to find a car wash. I couldn’t believe Karcher had a stand alone car wash, not even Sydney has one and once I read up the reviews, I had to come and see for myself. Only 10 mins away from where I was staying, I drove down and I was like a kid in a candy store. My Dad and I love Karcher products and so I knew I couldn’t go wrong. I met Craig who was nothing but fantastic to me and did an amazing job. I tried out the ceramic wash and the outcome was superb and the car still looks great even after the rain and driving back to Sydney yesterday. Thanks Craig! I appreciate you mate and can’t wait to move up to Brissy. I have now found my go to place for all my cars to get washed. Keep up the great work guys. I highly recommend you come here.

Probably the worst auto wash I’ve ever been to (besides Zoom). Acceptable self-serve wash. My pride and joy is exactly that - I look after it and expect decent results for a $25 wash. However as the pictures show there were still dirt marks all over the car (could only capture them on the glass, but you can see and feel it on the paint too). I did the touchless wash and the thing seemed to go over a couple of times and that was it. Piss poor wash and felt like it left it dirtier. The self-serve bays are much better, but still not really value-for-money and are more expensive than other quality car washes. I prefer Loganholme Auto Wash and Pimpama City Auto Wash over this location. Better quality equipment and the touchless wash is a true wash and actually cleans the car.

Downloaded their app to just add a car and didn’t select a club membership option. Was still charged $54.95. App support advised me to go to Acacia Ridge for a refund. Acacia Ridge never picked up their phone dispute multiple calls. Went in person. The man there said did you try to call. I said yes, six times. Showed him my phone. He said oh the phone is in the office. Advised him the email I was sent to attend to refund. He said he doesn’t know how. I told him to call a supervisor or manager. Guess what they also didn’t pick up the phone. He told me to come back tomorrow and just victim blamed me for the error! I’m just getting a run around for a mid charge. Very disappointed. If you are after customer service best avoid.

I like the self serve hand wash bays but the owner is a bit arrogant when he's at the auto wash doing the selection for you (which is unnecessary as its 24/7 and only manned during the day) and he tried telling me his brushes have never scratched a car when I specifically asked for touchless in the auto wash. He did not need to bring that up. My car was brand new at the time and is black so yes, it would have littered it with micro scratches especially with how dirty it had gotten so no thank you.. Their touchless option also doesn't do as good of a job of rinsing like other washes do and leaves lines of dust between the nozzles. I personally recommend the Oxley carwash over this one

Terrible auto car wash. I came in and spoke to the attendant prior to entry as someone had egged my car and I wanted to be sure it would come off in the wash. I was told it would and once complete the attendant shammied it to get the droplets off. However, he made sure to wipe the remaining egg off just my driver's side window and left the rest on there. I drove away thinking the job had been done. Sadly, I could clearly see it still on the other window and door/canopy panels after I had driven home and got out of the car. Did he think I wouldn't notice?? I'll never go there again.

I came here for the first time to clean my car and Craig had approached me and asked what had happened to my door. I had explained to him what had happened and that I had tried removing the spray paint with no luck. Not only did he show me how to clean my car mats and assist me in cleaning them, he removed the spray paint off my car!! I was gobsmacked!! I won’t ever go elsewhere to clean my car, the machines they have and customer service is second to none!

This is an amazing car wash with great and clean facility. The staff is very polite and and helpful. Moreover the machines are new and clean. Which gives my Van a clean and shiny looks. There is more to explore at the venue. Till now whatever I have used I have actually enjoyed it. It’s a great convenient as I have a huge van which 4.5 tonne van easily enter the automatic car wash without an hassle.

Seriously THE BEST! Car wash in SEQLD heck maybe even Australia. I have tried many in the area and nothing compares to KCP. They have the best facilities, the best wash programs and best of all their customer service is unbeatable. (Manco is THE man!) If its your first time or your 10th try their Ceramic Auto wash, it will keep you coming back for good because the shine is unreal and actually lasts!

Need to fix up the timing machines. Still have more than a minute and so called the green lights on. Stopped half way through my wash today. Talked to my friend about it and said he went through the se trouble last time too. But there was no one on site to solve his problem. I was lucky it was at 11am and the staff gave me an extra token to finish the wash. Great car wash

Worst auto wash ever. I should have believed the 1 star reviews. The $25 ultimate wash is worse than the $12 wash from Coles. Hardly any soap, very poor water quality and left watermarks. Went through twice and the car still looks dirty. Have to do a hand wash at home before watermarks damage the ceramic coating. They are giving Karcher brand a really bad name.

Ever since I moved to Brisbane I’ve been coming here to clean my car and wash my dog. I used to come here 2-3 times a week when it first opened. But after a while it got really dirty and messy especially at night as there's no staff. But I went passed two days ago, it's now looking super clean and tidy. Manco really made a big difference. Good job Manco!! I been back two days in a row now.

Great customer service and the manual car wash is pretty darn good, the vacuums on the other hand don't suck very well they definitely need to be checked out or turned up was struggling to vacuum the smallest of dirt, the older carwashes have stronger vacuums than here but the pressure washer is worth it

Dropped in today, so glad we did, great job great price, machine did a way better job than the one up the road I've gone too usually, even got a shammy dry at the end so no annoying water spots left dried on the car! Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful will definitely be back!

Outstanding facilities and excellent service, Sean was a great help and gave me good advice regarding the best choice in wash programme for how dirty my car was. Plus he was kind enough to give it a wipe down and clean off a few stubborn bug guts traces that were still hanging on.

Use this carwash for my show car (not the broom) and the blower to dry the car is fun. Great its open all time as i can get down there late and its no queue. Good machines and pressure recommended.
