I should say that whilst I did not physically operate any of the carwashing apparatuses at this fine establishment, I was sitting safe and dry in the passenger seat as my friend laboured outside with the self-service washing facilities. I would argue that my vantage, peering out into the well appointed washing bay, actually gave me a uniquely valuable perspective of the washing experience. It was not difficult for me to close my eyes and imagine myself as the car. The hot metal of my exterior, dry in the midday heat, nervously waiting in anticipation as my owner fiddled briefly with the surprisingly modern wall-mounted cashless payment system before striding confidently to the pressure washer. Relief, as the handheld washer propelled arcs of cool mist into and over me. Now moistened, my owner began phase two of the clean: a 4ft modified brush, connected by hose to an unknown source slowly discharging thick ropes of foaming detergent from its head. Laced with dancing ribbons of blue, green, and purple, the foam created a striking gradient of colour as my owner lathered each of my glistening panels. I am unsure if the colours served any chemical purpose, but it was undoubtedly beautiful and delighted my owner. The brush was adorned with several swivelling connectors allowing easy, unobstructed movement as my owner applied effortless gliding strokes around me. The generous 5 minutes allowed by the automated timer for foam application felt like mere blissful seconds and was undoubtedly my favourite part of the wash. After the euphoric crescendo of phase 2, so began the rinse. The brush was returned to its mount, still contentedly dribbling the last of its frothy remnants as my owner once again took the pressure washer into his strong hands. Without warning, a jet of cleansing water erupted onto me causing my silken cocoon of foam to cascade satisfyingly down my sides. With a final, gently urgent spray the wash was over. Rivulets of beading water and my shining clean exterior the only evidence that this beautiful dance had ever occurred. I opened my eyes sheepishly, slowly returning to my body in the passenger seat. Almost reflexively, I touched the fabric of my clothes half expecting them to be damp and soapy. With a strange feeling of relief and dissapointment I found that I remained dry and, at least physically, unaffected by the experience. 10/10 would attend this carwash again.

*****THEY SNAPPED OUR AERIAL - COST US $280 FOR A SIMPLE CAR DETAIL***** Would not recommend this car wash to anyone. Last Friday 28 June we put our 2012 Isuzu in for a hand car wash, leather treatment, vacuum for $100. Got a phone call to inform me that the car was ready to be picked up. Picked up the car to be told that the aerial had been broken due to it being brittle. Not very old I was disappointed to say the least I was actually speechless when they told me. They handed me the broken aerial feeling like, sort it out yourself. The idea was to put the car in to save time. Far from saving time I should've cleaned it myself. I left on Friday not knowing what to do, how much it was going to cost. My mechanic couldn't fix the problem so I emailed Zoom to express my frustrations. The site manager mentioned it was out of kindness and good faith that the owners agreed to supply a brand new genuine aerial. Due to the damage done the new aerial needed to be installed by a professional costing $180. Zoom car wash Holland Park are refusing to pay for the installation. So in the end it COST ME $280, a lot of wasted time and stress. DO NOT USE ZOOM CAR WASH if you want a straight forward experience go to the STAR CAR WASH Coles Greenslopes for a hassle free experience.

Went for a detailing that costs $60 and turned out they have broke my rear view mirror. Owner, managers and employees are dishonest after being confronted with the damages and refused to pay for the damages which costs $1257 to replace. The damage is obviously not due to wear and tear because no one else drives my car but only me and nobody adjusts the mirror every time they drive. Attempted to contact actual manager and owner but unable to because they don't spend the effort to pick up the phone and reply any emails (try it yourself). Read all the other 1 star reviews, this business has a reputation of breaking or damaging car parts and being rude to the customers. Owner only knows how to praise how his business has operated for 17 years and have a 4 star Google review. During my first visit here, I have also realised they sneakily charge you $10 for the bulblecano even if you didn't ask for and other extras that they think you need like extra dirt, carpets or wheel charges so be very careful. I don't recommend this business at all as they're dishonest and the clean quality is subpar and perfunctory.

Literally the best Car Wash around!!! Been a regular at the Zoom Carwash Holland Park since 2015, The customer service Tim provides is probably the best you'll find anywhere. Surprising that he is a customer service agent at a car wash & not selling million dollar homes - He's an absaloute gun. You can pay upwards of $500 for a detailed wash that these guys provide for a fraction of the price.. literally. Never have I received a bad experience or unsatisfactory result. I Honestly wouldn't take my vehicles any where else, from your everyday family car, to a European sports car, these guys do the same top quality detailed clean every time and I highly recommend them. Thank you Tim & the team! for looking after my vehicles all these years & look forward to many more years too come. Cheers guys keep up the great work!

I used this Zoom Greenslopes 3 times over the last few years, recently was 1 month ago instead of my usual and each time its been sadly a poor result. The nozzle took forever to dribble out some tire cleaner, so did the bubble brush then the power of water to wash off was weak, as like the last few times cars left with a film of soap detergent marks even after a final rinse and spot free soft water rinse. I had to go wash it again at another self car wash and the result was as usual great. Somethings was off about the cleaning product and water pressure those few times I used it making it all take a lot longer and cost more. Sorry to say all this but that has been my experience those few times.

This Zoom is incredible. Never seen a team move with such hustle while giving care with such time. Everyone on their team is dashing around like crazy and putting in max elbow grease meanwhile they're all smiling and racing over to help. Did what I needed to a perfect standard but told me where I could save money. Special thanks to Tim but the whole team was absolutely lovely and so attentive. I had spilt a drink over my seats, dropped oily food, had smashed glass in there and spilled dried hand sanitiser all in the creases of my cup holders - they didn't hesitate, done flawlessly, no comments, no extra charge. My car smells sooooooo nice. Thank you guys!! Definitely joining VIP.

I've spent alot of time and money going to car washes in westfield shopping centers and private mobile services but nothing beats Zoom Carwash. ALL staff are amazing with an extremely positive attitude towards their services. I feel sorry for them being so busy and on an extreme hot weather day they still remain cheery and made you feel so welcome. My car had little sand in them from going fishing, I didn't hesitate to tell the friendly happy chap at the register, he awesome! They deserve the respect in cleaning my overdue messy car. Wouldn't even bother. Went to this carwash last night and the lights in the bays weren't even working. There were people washing their cars with their lights on. How disappointing from a business. This isn't an isolated incident either as I have been told the issue is being "fixed" DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! Updated: What a pathetic response from ownership! (See below) "We just can't click our fingers." Maybe don't charge people then for an inadequate service your providing! Covid, yes, affected small businesses, however, carwashes don't seem to be part of that demographic! How embarrassing!

100% recommended! We got a full detail done this morning and Tim at the front was amazing. Our second car we had there for pickup/drop off (so not being cleaned) broke down when we went to drive off, and the team got out their jump starter machine and got our car started. They didn't need to do that for us, and saved us $160 having to sign up to RACQ! Whilst all that was occuring, they spead the car detailing through on the car being cleaned and had it ready in no time flat. Wow! Thank you Tim and the team. You absolutely helped us out in our time of need, and even on a busy Sunday. Thank you!

It's fine here but one of the jet guns was loose and leaking over your arm when you used it last time I was there and another time I was there there was no parking to finish off by hand and attendent was cranky and wouldn't let me stand for even a half a minute in a no parking area. So my overall experience has been that it's not very conducive to a welcoming experience where you can get everything done you need. Just come in spend money and leave once you stop spending money. It's a convenient location so will be back but will choose other places when can avoid it

My car probably wasn’t the worst that they had seen but it was pretty messy. What I received for such a reasonable price was a service that would’ve taken me a full day of work and it still wouldn’t be as good as what they have done for my vehicle. All staff from the manager to the staff that cleaned the car came across as courteous and professional. Who knows if there are others out there that provide the same quality service? Definitely not me because I have no need to look elsewhere if I ever want to have my car detailed!

Worn out buttons for self cleaning machines. Unreasonable prices. Must put in $3 before vacuum will work eventhough theres an option for $1 and $2. Unhelpful staff, so don't bother to ask questions about the self service machines. There is a card payment option but it plays up and you end up putting in more than what you intended. Again, don't bother asking the staff, they're not interested. This place gets busy but that's because there no other options for our area and further. I definitely don't recommend this place.

Slow chemical distribution, blunt staff, change machine jambed and poor traffic management. Approached staff who couldn't give a toss. Otherwise convenient location although mind the one way traffic entry and exit. In response to your reply. I did not put silver in the machine, I can read. I saw the jambed coins in there. The delivery in bay 4 closest to the road was slow at best. Check it yourself. I politely approached your staff on the tunnel exit and was greeted with misery. Fix your issues not your excuses.

Car wash service is alright but they are on the expensive side. $90 for Wash and Vac on a Commodore.Service is fairly over priced for what we get but on the bright side staffs were nice. Also by the time I got home I noticed dust in the cup holders which they forgot to wipe and bird poop next to the handle which was not cleaned. For $90 service,I think consumer has the right to expect spotless cleaning.

To use tap and pay, it's limited to $5 and charges you 20c per transaction. You can't increase the time/fee so are forced to pay the transaction fee every $5. Ridiculous. I won't be back ever. Every other self service car wash you can increase the amount and time. Edit: Owner responses are hilariously bad. Highly suggest you check your competition, because you can infact increase the amount and time.

Disappointing self service bays. The first bay I tried, the high pressure soap worked well but the foam brush didn’t work and the high pressure rinse was just a light spray. I waited to change bays and the second bay I tried, the foam brush and high pressure soap didn’t work. I also saw other cars switching bays as their equipment didn’t work. Wasted time and money. My car still isn’t clean.

We always wash our own car but after coming off moreton island we needed an under body wash to opted for the self serve. The underbody was for just $12! Then Such great value at $5 for 3.45 mins for each option you require so the rinse, soap wash and another rinse with the high pressure hose. We were super impressed as our 4WD was absolutely filthy!! Would highly recommend!

Possibly one of the best self serve car wash bays in Brisbane. Clean, spacious, cheaper than most and opened till very late. The equipment appear to be well maintained and the cleaning products are good solid quality. This means the only downside is that this place is always busy, even late at night when the car enthusiasts are out in large numbers.

NOT WORTH AT ALL. For $5 only 3 minutes and 45 seconds and you can only pay $5 each time. On top of that you pay $0.20 card processing fees. You end up spending closer to $20.80 washing the car by yourself. Rather spend that money on an automatic car wash. Used to come here for a while but now I will look for alternatives. Price is not fair at all.

Friendly service from start to finish. Didn’t have to queue, got straight in the auto tunnel. Helpful suggestions for which level service to choose. Chamois dry at the end by Patrick & colleague was unexpected but appreciated. This has been our local car wash for a while but first time in the tunnel, would use again.

Absolutely recommend getting your car detailed here!! My car had the best clean of its life, with a super fast and super clean detail. Team members are always friendly and helpful, and my car was handed back to me completely spotless! The only complaint i would make is that i can't rate it higher than a 5!

Good Carwash Automated and self Clean But was most impressed with the 2 Dog washes there. And on a hot day water temperature is Perfect. I've been to plenty of Dog washes And on a Hot day Temperature Was Way too hot. They even lent me a towel to dry my dog Which I had left at Home. Great work Guys

$5 for 3min 45 seconds isn't good value alot of that is wasted when you change functions and are waiting for the next chemical to come through this is important because you don't want wheel and tyre cleaner to get on your paint so you have to wait until you can actually see it change colour

They lowered the time from 5 minutes to 3 minutes 45 seconds for the same cost. The payWave machines don’t accept your phone payment more than once and it keeps erroring. Half of the buttons on the machines don’t work or no soap comes out. Waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend

A bit expensive for an automatic car wash but then it had some human intervention with a pre was and then a air gun dry. End result, a slightly better result on the washing cut still water marks on the drying….. actually having a closer look now it did a much better job.

I've had my car washed here before and found it to be an excellent service with a high value component. The Cashier is a lovely chap. Always calls you by name each time your return. Slick service. They take good care of your car when you use the Auto wash and manual dry

The quality of the service is a hit and miss. Don’t expect to get a good service when they are busy. The water from the self serve wash ends up at self serve vacuum so the ground and hoses get wet. This car wash is a little better than the ones at the petrol stations.

OK I expect to pay twice in the self serve area they all do that it's a scam $5 a wash to only find you have enough time to 1/2 wash the car. The vacuum cleaners suction was as weak. As far as car washes go they are in the bottom half of ones I've used.

My favorite Carwash on the Southside Always friendly, never judges the backseat chaos (I have kids!) and the guys always pay attention to detail and complete the job properly. Highly recommend their Deluxe Detail, it is excellent value for money.

Not the place to be if you're wanting quick availability to wash your car as this place is popular and the fore court gets seriously congested. You can wait up to 40mins per car. Cars are backed up onto the road and footpath which makes it unsafe.

These guys always do a great job. The staff are friendly and efficient. I’ve been to a few hand detailing places but I always end up back here because although it’s a bit pricey, it’s always worth it in my opinion. Keep up the good work team

Great clean, was selling my car so it needed to be look as new and they succeeded at that and then some. They managed to remove some tree gum that a previous clean (at another place) had failed to remove. Pretty reasonable pricing also :)

It's OK here but the wait time is ridiculous for under body wash. This should just be separate facility so all customers can do under body wash and then wait in queue for any of the other cubicles.
