I came into this location shopping around for a new bracelet and chain. I was very hesitant, I never bought jewelry from a chain store .I always purchased from small mom and pop shops in my old neighborhood downtown Manhattan. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome and service, Stephen my salesman assisted me through everything. I couldn't make up my mind on the type of links I wanted. He was patient, pulled whatever I asked to see and never showed any frustration. I apologized for taking so long, might've been at least an hour just going through everything but he insisted it was fine and he was there to help. In the end I walked out with two sets. I'm very happy with my purchase and recommend this location and the salesman Stephan Dorn. If you read my review and take my advice tell Stephan, Steven says hello. I promised him a good review for his patients and excellent service.

Jasmine branch manager at the Ceasars bay location, provided exceptional service to me. I was on the hunt for diamond earrings and she delivered. After trying to work with several of my local jewelers to design an engagement ring that would be similar to the engagement ring that I had lost (and having no success), I skeptically turned to the internet to try to find a ring. I went into this location the other day just to look around, but ended up leaving with 2 new pieces of jewelry lol. From the moment I walked in, i was greeted with smiles and welcome in. Kierra was amazing help with finding the right pieces that would suits me. She was patient as I gazed around for a while, but very attentive and thorough while I was there. EXCELLENT customer service!! I had a cracked stone from another Kay location and the team at Shore Parkway was more than happy to have a new one delivered within two days. They even double-checked the store and realized they had it in stock! I was thrilled to have a new ring on the spot. I've also been in to have my ring inspected and cleaned. They also made arrangements to keep my wedding band on layaway. I'll be picking it up tonight!! Thanks to the Kay Team for amazing service!!

This is one of the best retail experiences I've ever had. The staff are patient, knowledgeable and listen to what you want and what you're budget is. They don't force anything on you, at all. I have shopped from kay jewelry’s few times and always had good experiences. Specially this time, I had to get 2 gifts for 2 different people and was so confuse with the sizing and all. Had to go back 2-3 times to get everything right, but I was always welcomed. The staff is very welcoming specially Jasmin she helped me a lot for both of my gifts. She was always welcoming and was making sure I get what I am looking for.

Store is closed and there is no information from Kay Jewelers customer service or on the store door why or when it will reopen. I’ve been trying to pick up an online order for two days and no one can help me retrieve it. It is completely unprofessional and I would not recommend it to anyone. They charged my card and have my jewelry but no one is giving me any information on when I can actually take possession.

My Nephew Marc, went to the Kay Jewelers on Bay Parkway to purchase a “promise ring” for his girlfriend. The staff at the store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise. This location is truly a hidden gem! Jasmin helped resolve the issues we were facing and was informative of everything that was going on.
