Worst place to get any service. I came to get my ring resized and the manager here GWEN is TERRIBLE , from her communication skills, to the way she treats customers. She Should not be working here. I came in on 7/27 to get my ring resized. I was told it would be ready by 8/6. I have called this store countless times and she doesn’t pick up the phone. Finally on 8/14 she answered and told me how she picks up the phone when she doesn’t have a customer lol okay. I asked about my ring she said she would call me back with info on it that she had to call the repair team. I told her I would need to have a call back that same day since I’ve been calling nonstop and No one answers. Gwen told me she would call me back that same day, never did. Ive called since then over and over to again get no answer. So Wednesday 8/19 I decided to call corporate Kay, after being on hold for almost and hour they told me my ring has been here and ready since 8/5!!!!! So today 8/21 I come to pick up my ring, their hours are 11-7 , I arrived at 11:30 just to see a sign on the Door that says “out to lunch” , open only 30 minutes and already out to lunch? Okay, well then. Now I’m waiting outside to get my ring back. Never again will we do business with this place. Especially with GWEN. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
My experience today with Kay jewelers off Atlantic today was phenomenal. Ariane D. was absolutely amazing in helping my fiancé and I pick out my enhancer for my engagement ring that will be in place of a traditional wedding band. Her expertise, personality, repor and friendliness was top notch and contagious! I swear I have never laughed so much in a jewelry store in my life! The process of understanding and finding exactly what I wanted was seamless and stress free. We had looked there, gone to another store and had such a negative experience we couldn't drive back quick enough without breaking too many traffic laws haha I would recommend Kay jewelers and Ariane specifically to anyone looking for a sales expert that is not only there to provide exceptional service but delivers with a smile as well. 10/5 stars ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Applies to Atlantic BLVD location and customer service. Salesperson had issues using ipad for my order kept showing me that it was continuously messing up. Sat down the whole time I was there. No apologies for the time. Update. I placed an order, was told by salesperson and website I would receive the item by Christmas. I call customer service to get an update and was told they have to speak with my wife to allow me access to the info. It is a joint account. My email address and my phone number is associated with the account but they still insisted that they needed to speak with my wife. I explained that this is a surprise christmas gift but to no avail. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Today was an experience that was gut wrenching... my services were ignored and I was treated as if I didn’t belong in the store. I was completely overlooked even though all I needed was a simple repair. A hello or greeting would have even sufficed but I wasn’t deserving of that... however, after a customer walked in after me he was immediately greeted and serviced in such a breathtaking manner. I requested a supervisor and they informed me that it wasn’t one available. If my type of business is not welcome in a facility as such,where my spending value is the same as the next, a place like this does not deserve as customer as myself or the money that I’m willing to spend...
I setup an appointment to have a ring serviced. Their repairer is not on site, so I spent more than 45 minutes waiting around for the estimate, despite having an appointment. Even after they had the info on the cost (which they said would change after I sent it in... No, thanks), the woman helping me continued to answer the the phone and help everyone else. To top it off, the estimated pricing was 5x the amount it should've been! I absolutely went elsewhere and quite literally paid 1/5th of the price they "estimated." I can confirm I will not be returning.
Came at 11 to pick up a bracelet i had resized already now for the second time. 11:05, doors were still locked. Saw me standing outside didn’t even let me know they were not ready to open. 11:10 Opens the door and is not friendly by any means. Picked up my bracelet to see if it fit, I can see where they took off to make it a smaller size. The lady never asked me if everything looked okay or to even help me put it on just told me i was “all set”. The worst customer service. Do not go to this location.
Best Kay’s store in my opinion!! Ariane and Lisa we’re not only helpful but very knowledgeable about My beautiful bracelet!! Ariane customer service was outstanding when I had more questions about getting my bracelet fixed and maybe resized… I feel comfortable recommending this store to anybody making a purchase!! My boyfriend has brought me Numerous items from Kay’s with that said this is my home store for help etc!!
I dropped my ring off for service on the 24th, and was told it would be back in the 3rd. However per my emails my ring sat at the store 5 days before it was sent off. After calling the store today I was told we'll it will be here next week, in which by the time it gets back it will be 3 weeks for a prong repair. Bless the young man for trying, but seriously. Clear and open communication is the best.
ring was loading a few stones just a month after bought. Took it for repair and resize on January 29th. Promise date was February 11th. It’s the 13th and nothing. Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day and the ring is a promise ring so, not feeling happy about this. How is it possible they’re promising over night shipping for new purchases but because mine is a repair, I can wait for two weeks!?
You know.. I rarely write these. But to come in at 6pm and have to wait for 50 minutes.. which is fine and somebody who obviously came in after us gets helped first is very disrespectful. Please do a better customer service. Also, your sales person is very rude and probably need to check her out and make sure she treats everybody equally. It's 2022 yall♂️
Two wonderful ladies named Linda and Jeanne welcomed me with soo much comfort and that put such a positive atmosphere in the air both times i came in to buy a ring. And Kourtney is also such a talented ring customizer. Their customer service is all that you can ask for and more. Highly recommend shopping here if you’re looking for jewelry in general.
Told her my budget and she made a face and showed me rings $1k over budget. Didn't show me a single one in my budget. Also offered to clean my ring and never did. As soon as she realized we weren't buying her attitude changed. Went to another Kay down the road and was shown 4-5 rings in budget!! Ended up buying TWO because I loved them so much!
Please save yourself the trouble of "searching" for a diamond vendor for the best deal. I have searched for the best quality/options/deal online, locally,. They are honest, to the point, and won't try to "bully" you into buying their diamond. I got exactly what I wanted at the price that I wanted it at. You won't regret it!!!
The ASM, Linda, went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé and I were taken care of. Her customer service was top notch. There is no question she loves what she does. I won’t ever go to another jewelry store for anything. I highly recommend you check out Kay Jewelers on Atlantic Blvd!
Gwen and her staff are the best! They are absolutely amazing! They are very personable and they get excited with you and understand how important it is to get the perfect gift! I highly recommend this location! I camt imagine doing business with anyone else regarding jewelry!!!
Update: personally spoke with Gwen and store closed early for a diamond show. Shows online that they close at 6. Guy is inside closed up and handling the register. I can’t ever seem to catch this location open and I must return a ring

Great clean place. The first thing i noticed is everyone had on mask. Also the store was a bit busy because of Christmas shopping, still i was assisted within 5 min. Would definitely recommend.
I got my wife's wedding ring from Kay's it's all that I thought it would be. The price was very , very nice Even I'd you don't buy from kays you should at least go see what they have

I use this location because its closest to my house but I'm no longer going to use them. Every time I go into this location I have to wait more than 10 mins to be seen.
