Courtney is the BEST! My boyfriend and I were in a couple days ago and she was so patient and positive with us, and made the whole experience so fun. Jewelry shopping can be stressful and intimidating for "beginners" but she didn't rush us or condescend in any way, pulling out whatever we were interested in trying on and working with us to find the perfect pieces. She even cleaned my 2 year-old Kay rings that I had worn into the store! This has not been my experience anywhere else so it was such a relief and just FUN. Thank you so much Courtney!!!

Stephanie was absolutely amazing. I took my ring in for regular cleaning and she spotted a few major repairs that I wasn’t able to see. She confidently walked us through the repair process and even helped with resizing and cleaning (since it was being sent out anyway). At pick up, both Stephanie and Courtney worked together to efficiently get us through the process and get my rings back to me. I’m so thankful Stephanie and Courtney were there to help take care of my special pieces.
