This jewelry store doesn’t honour returns even though they explicitly state they return within 14 days with no hassle. They have staff that clearly aren’t helpful and give out misinformation. It’s completely unorganized and the manager is constantly giving the run around. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location. Waste of money and time. Please don’t shop here terrible customer service. I would also like to add that they threatened refused to give a refund until I took down my review. So not only is there service bad but they are trying to control freedom of speech. I was told to get the hell out of there and to shut up and was mistreated the entire time. Once again I really recommend not giving them any business because clearly they don’t have any concept to what customer service is.

Terrible customer service! My husband bought me a birthday gift here on Sunday evening. He was assured that it was fully refundable. When he returned Monday morning to return it he was refused and directed to fine print on the receipt that says that sale items can not be returned. He was not made aware of this policy before making the purchase.
