Just tried to do business with Aaron. What a nightmare. Completely unreasonable and would not honour a deal previously offered although stating he was "honouring" when in fact he wasn't?! He also list the car incorrectly and realised that in fact he had the mileage wrong and therefore the price so then tried to increase it. He did this after going away and researching the car after we made an offer, maybe he should do his research before listing the car? Overall a completely unreasonable man, which is a real shame since his reviews on here were good, but now I am questioning the validity of them.

It was excellent working with Kee Cars i dealt with Aaron who ran through my options for an extended warranty on a Volvo XC 90 plug in hybrid and he contacted me back after my discussions with him the first time. He was a man of his word as though the car had increased in price since our first conversation he did not hike the price. The car was kept in good condition and all remedial works stated where followed through. Excellent business ethic. He went the extra mile to get me a charging cable so as to meet the expectations of the advert.

Volvo V90 bought from S M Car sales. Saw the car on their website, excellent photos and very clear vehicle description. Phoned Aaron who answered my question directly and honestly, we discussed and agreed a price. Because of C19 I did not want to visit S M car sales so Aaron took a small deposit and S M staff delivered the car to me in Suffolk (90 miles away) the next day. The car was exactly as the website and Aaron described, I paid the balance by Bank transfer . I totally recommend S M Car sales and would definitely use them again

I’ve bought many cars on finance and from different dealers, but KEE Kars i would recommend without a doubt. Car was as described, no issues at all with it, very good communication from the dealer, happy to help and assist with every single question we had, but the most important as we all are looking into these days, financial: we got the best rate on APR ever, much better that a main dealer or any other garage. Highly recommended, don’t hesitate as you will not be disappointed. Definitely would for my next car with them.

Most horrible place to buy car from they say car is in good state with new MOT. So first MOT done for money as Brake pads and discs gone car cover fulling in oil after opening engine oil cap I saw a lot of dirt on it looking inside car is fully covered in mud. I asked so many questions before come as I was coming from Bristol both of the guys told me is nothing wrong with this car adding picture to show you state inside as on pictures website car looks mint.

Less cowboys at a rodeo! Don’t do it do yourself! They are a back street garage for a reason! You will experience the worst after sale service imaginable! Dodgy sales staff looking to make a quick buck! The vehicle will not be as described and they will find as many loopholes as possible! Ignore the fake reviews and spend your hard earned money at a trusted garage elsewhere! When you finally have them in a corner they won’t respond to you! Be wise.

Aaron was very honest and a pleasure to do business with. I rang to query the car Aaron was responsive and flexible. Car was is really good condition as advertised and explained on the phone. Its a nice family run business for 20+ years and I cannot recommend SM CAR SALES enough. Update: Had a minor issue with the car so I rang in spoke with Aaron and he was great at dealing with it. In the end the issue was resolved and didnt cost much.

brought a vauxhall zafira elegance 2.0 dti it was sold as spare or repair but the car is absulutly perfect also has a years mot which is a bonus had trouble starting and needed jump starting brought a new battery and it's perfect good customer service and very respectful
