I notice the owner does not care to reply. Fries always seem undercooked and cold. 1 or 2 more minutes needed. Chicken is usually good, however at times seems stuck together as parts are soggy, and it's very greasy. Need to be separated in the fryer. Gravy is tasteless and looks nothing like the coupon brown gravy. About the coupons. The idiot owner took them out of the register system before they expired! Lady tried to charge me $10 more on a $30 coupon. Took a good 25 minutes to get them to honor the VALID coupon and get my food! The staff handled it the best they could, taking my advice to call the owner. Not my 1st or even fourth choice! Especially when there are many other options in the immediate area.

Honestly, they are not helpful. As a loyal KFC lover, I know how promotion works. However, the KFC APP is sucked, that I cannot pay for my order online successfully, then I ask them to order here physically, and I will pay the same amount. This is our family's go to for KFC. The service is friendly and fast. I often see staff go above and beyond. The food quality always up to par and delicious. The chicken has gotten smaller in size over time and during the odd occasion it seems like we got chicken that was very greasy but that's been few and far in between. Kudos to Michelle for being great with our orders. We've been to other KFC'S and have had horrible experiences but very rarely here. My order is generally correct, fresh, and tasty. The overall environment is always clean and welcoming.

Horrible. Paid $20 on Skip the Dishes for Popcorn Chicken and Chick Strips. Came with 6 pieces of pop corn chicken, enough to fill the corner of the box. 1/3 of the inputs online are dipping sauces. Who the $#% eats chicken fingers and popcorn chicken without sauce. Nobody. Well, the order was wrong, and so was the sauce, cause there was none. Nobody in the $#%$#@% world eats chicken fingers without dipping them. Your skip the dishes entry requires you to pick 2 dipping sauce, why would you shaft people on the sauce, and chicken? Just makes no sense.

I went here the other day with my son to pick up food. I've got to say, it was the worse KFC I've ever eaten. The chicken was incredible dry, it tasted like it was microwaved or something? The guy didn't upgrade our fries to pountine as I asked, he just charged us full price and still gave the fries in the box too. The fries didn't even taste like normal kfc fries. They were also undercooked and skimpy on cheese/gravy. He also didn't charge the correct price for the chicken share. Awful. Simply awful. I'd give this location no stars if possible.

Bought supper from the Montgomery location tonight, and it was disgusting. The fries were soggy and the chicken had been sitting in their CVAP since at least lunch rush. I used to work for KFC, I know what chicken looks like when it's been held for too long. This place continues to be a joke and gets worse every time you go there. No standards, no pride, and no, I will not be returning as a customer. 7-11 down the street on 16th Ave has HOT, crispy fresh chicken all the time. And........it costs less!!! Thank Heaven for 7-11 and their chicken!!

The hour was late when we stopped. Almost 10pm. So maybe they were closing soon but they didn't seem happy about having to cook new food for my friends and i or the family that came in after us. When told there was a 7 minute wait for the chicken burger my friend ordered they seemed surprised when we said that was fine. We'd been in the car for almost 11 hours and had 7 hours to go, so we were fine to wait. The bathroom was clean and so was the dining area. Food was good.

Quantity is low for what you pay. Small hand full of fries and a somewhat small chicken sandwich for 10 bucks isn't worth it. Coming from a grown man here....seems like the regular sizes are meant for children. Also, I asked for extra packets of ketchup and hot sauce and the clerk placed ONE of each on the table. He gave me two ketchups originally. Place is clean enough and wait time is quick. However...I just don't get why KFC is still around, in Calgary at least.

Ordered on the KFC website for delivery at 7:12pm which shouldnt take long as i live 6min away on maps. had to call twice called after 1hr was told it was sent out then again after 30 more min and was told I'd get my 40min old soggy food soon. Told them it's not worth paying full price for food ordered 1hr30min ago told me the best they could do was re make it and give me a free fry. Finally got it at 9pm. First and last time getting food from here.

I've never had a problem ordering KFC until recently my last two orders were missing an item, both times I ordered through skip the dishes and received credit. Please take the time to ensure entire order, the first time I ordered extra gravy but was missing an order of fries.The second time I was missing my gravy. Our order was fixed after going to store and explaining, but like really what's the point of delivery if you have to go anyway...

Dirty floor,table and stools. Even after you told the guy ，he only cleaned what you said. Actually we went here several times，because we like the Famous Chicken. It's much better than Market Mall's KFC. But today the French fries not fresh obviously(At that time we are the only guests in store).After we want new fries，she gave us the old one deep fried again.

Worst KFC branch in this whole world!!!!They sold me chicken burger in name of plant based burger. My mom is vegetarian and i tried to purchase non-meat burger for her from this outlet of kfc. I can not believe a reputed food chain like KFC can do this kind if non-professional work. It was a take out/pick up order due to COVID. Be cautious guys and check your order before leaving the counter.

I ordered delivery and this restaurant got half my order wrong. I received something different from what I ordered?? I understand if they didn't have want I wanted but I should have been contacted first. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location. I will NOT order from this location again and don't recommend it unless you want to pay for something you don't actually get!

Most KFC franchises no longer have good customer service; time wait is long -doesnt feel like a fast food restaurant-; and although the recipe is the same the quality not necessarily the same. This one was good though. Chicken was good enough and cooked well, lady at the counter was very helpful and patient. Downside was the burger....it was soggy and did not taste good at all.

This place is garbage every time I’ve been here my chicken is under cooked they have no tomatoes ever they say they haven’t carried tomatoes in a year... then get your menu changed as some burgers and twisters come with tomatoes, the gravy is watered down the cheese for your poutine doesn’t melt like it should, the only good thing here is the coleslaw.... waste of money!!

The negative reviews are from a bunch of suits who just go to the restaurants downtown and are rude . This KFC the staff is always friendly it is the only KFC In the city I go to the girls say hi and ask you how your day is when you go up to the till and the prices are really good here compared to other places to the negatives reviewers stick to your hoity toity places

Have eaten here a couple of times and have never had a bad experience. Its a KFC joint not a 3 star michelin restaurant. Food tastes just like KFC,if there will be a wait for your order the cashier would let you know. Speaking of the staff, they seem to be friendly. Really wouldnt know, I just came here to pick up a 10$ wicked zinger box not make casual conversation.

I ended up getting a bucket feast and it's what I've come to expect.Chicken was greasy and the frys were pretty good after adding some gravy or ketchup. The popcorn chicken was really good nice and crispy. In the part I've have other specialty sandwiches and they were good as well. Depends what your after. Hope this helps! Btw I played a little over 30 for my meal :P

The Filipino staff messed up my 25$ order they gave it to this guy that spent 10$ on hise order ,I just wasted a bunch of gas driving back and forth ,I was never compesaited for all the stress of driving home with somebody els food .stay clear of this place food is under cooked and the staff is incompetent !!!!

I always go on this area and order chicken they are not well train coz if u ask them. But u can. Suggest. The best part about this KFC is eating in and watching people at every single light change at Home Rd / 16Ave make a left turn and go completely through a red light.. sometimes 2 and 3 vehicles at a time, every damn time. Good job Calgary drivers. Oh, the food was great :)

I stood at the pickup area. The front staff didn’t acknowledge for a good five mins. Finally the kitchen staff asked me what’s my name . Their gravy is flavorless. And popcorn chicken bowl is kind of disgusting. The mashed potatoes underneath has a strong weird taste.

Ignored my online order although my card has been charged, I've been calling and the line is constantly busy. I really didn't know it was that difficult to have food delivered. Not gonna waste my time any further, wouldn't recommend you try it either.

Sadly our experience here wasnt that great. first i got the completely wrong thing in my bag. the fries for the poutine were still a bit raw, the gravy was intense in salt, as well as we were never given our side gravy. Staff however are friendly.

My order was packed wrong. I called and the manager offered to make things right if I came back in. I returned a few hours later and showed the manager my receipt, showed him which items were missing, he ended up refunding my whole order.

I know its fried chicken, however the whole bucket was just bathing in oil. The skin wouldn't even stay on long enough to bite into it. It was not crispy, bit mushy/oily this time. Some of the peices didn't event have fully cooked skin.

The reason I am giving this place three stars, is because they had me waiting for more than 11 minutes waiting for my order. And while I was there a whole lot of people got their order before me?! I waited for a long time..

Food is the usual KFC standard but restaurant was quite unclean. Although I went there at night but nonetheless, I expect that a food outlet have a minimum standard of cleanliness at all times.

Last time ordered a one piece all white 5.00 fill up. The cleark said no longer available. Disappointing as last time manager said this is what you punch in to get receive it. Not this time .

Don't bother ordering online. Ordered and have a billing on my card for April 29th but when you go to pick up, they have no idea or trace of the order.

There is a very high chance I got food poisoning here. It was the last thing I ate, and 8 hours later, the 14 hours of intense pain and vomiting began.

We ordered delivery on line and after four calls, we discovered they had not even started our order, 40 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be delivered!

No complaints, it's KFC. One time they did forget a cookie in my order but haven't had an issue since.
