KFC has hit a new low in the amount/ portions of food you get for what you pay. Will never eat there any more since my last visit as it is just a cash grab and to me they are just hoping people are to shy to complain about the size of the portions you get for the price. Quality of the chicken needs big improvements as It used to be the place place for fried chicken now anywhere is better.

KFC decides to join the chicken sandwich wars in Winnipeg. Today I've tried both the spicey and the origional. I mean you might as well try both, so that you know which one to grab going forward. The meat with thick and juicy. But it would have been nice to have a chicken pattie that was a little more even on thickness on both sides. Popeys and Mary browns seems to do it right. However, I was pretty happy with sauce and remainder of the fixings. One more reason why I didn't score it 5 points is that some of the other competitors seem to have a bigger pattie. I'm just saying. And between spicy and original. Original wins at KFC. Cheers

Terrible experience, won’t be back. Dinusha’s customer service skills need improvement. Unclear communication, not friendly and looked she didn’t want to be there. Not a great look. When I did eventually get my order, the box was not full and I was charged more than what the menu said (excl. tax). Usually love my KFC but this was a rip off, your money is better spent elsewhere

They shorted me 5 pieces of chicken, and then questioned me multiple times while picking up my order but didn’t question anyone else while I was waiting. One difference between me and other people. Can you guess what it is? If you’re of the right skin tone you’re ok. I will not be going back.

THIS is not KFC! This led me into an apartment building where this guy named Kyle was making fried chicken outside. He's on the right side of the door, you would have to knock at the window and he'll take your order. I guess it Kyle's Fried Chicken. My complaint is I didn't know which window to knock on, so I had to knock at all the ground floor windows until I found him.

Harman at this location is so nice, we ordered two plant based chicken sandwiches and said no mayo because we assumed it had dairy. But when we got the order, there was a handwritten note from Harman (pic shown) and a packaged side of mayo. Thank u Harman!!!!!!

Waited for my order for 15 minutes, only to know that my order was missing and asked to wait for 6-7 minutes more for the order to be made. They should have checked when so many people who ordered after me were getting food. Wasted my break time waiting. Never going back.

Picked up a 3 piece combo at KFC Outlet Mall, and have gone there for the very last time. One greasy thigh and 2 drumsticks with very little meat on them. 3rd time in a row now and they strike out totally on quality every time.

Delicious comfort food laiden with a zillion calories makes for the perfect cheat meal. Their veggie sandwich is absolutely delish. The staff at this location are very kind, courteous and work exceptionally fast. They put the fast in fast food. Kudos to the team!

This the kfc I always go to as it’s closest to my house, food is usually very good. KFC is definitely overpriced these days but the food is tasty better then Popeyes in my (unpopular) opinion. The manager who’s usually there knows my order automatically when I come lol. Great guy super friendly.

Ordered 1 person box meal, and got 9 little pieces of popcorn chicken... and they were insistent this is "standard" even though sign clearly shows a lot more... low quality food after the whole miserable experience, not recommended. Better options for you in the food court

Food quality was to the point perfect. Reminded me of the old KFC days. Probably the only KFC in the city that follows the KFC standard of cooking. November 28/23 server and the kitchen staff are 5 ⭐️ . Well done.

I asked them for a gift card and they said to go to guest services. I explained that I just need a KFC gift card in specific and she told me to go to guest services. Literally makes no sense when guest services only sells mall giftcards and I need a KFC gift card.

Best KFC anywhere! The servers are friendly and efficient. The seating is abundant, comfortable and very clean (food court in new, large indoor mall). The chicken is ALWAYS served fresh and hot which is not typical of other KFC restaurants.

Went through the drive thru and apparently they were confused that somebody might want chicken because it took 20 minutes, and yet nothing tasted fresh. There are 3 other chicken places within 2 blocks, go to one of them.

Given 2 stars because You always have to wait ... and on 4 occasions they don't deliver the complete order, something is always missing for what you already paid for and when you realize it's missing, you're already home

Worst KFC in the city. Ordered 4 pieces meal but got all dark meat. Plus it was dry from inside likely cooked couple hours before and left in the warmer. Tasted gross.

staff are rude and inefficient. they made my son waited for almost half an hour for a simple order considering there was no queue. that was terrible!!!!

Not a real KFC franchise. They do not participate in KFC promotions. As a result, simple promotion produces not available. Ex. Chicken sandwich

Food quality is never good, manager is rude, order is never correct, and don't expect them to even fix it.
