I had an incredibly disappointing experience with KFC. I wanted to try it and decided to order from their application (Because of their first order free bucket promotion on their mobile app), I decided to give it a shot. I placed my order at approximately 8:57 PM, and the estimated delivery time was 9:36 PM. Little did I know that this would turn into a frustrating ordeal. As the minutes went by, I waited and waited for my order to arrive. However, Around 10:00 PM rolled and my meal was nowhere in sight, I decided to give their customer service a call. To my shock, I learned that they hadn't even started preparing my order. I thought perhaps there had been an oversight with the app, so I patiently waited a bit longer, hoping for the best. By around 11:00 PM, I couldn't wait any longer and made another call. This time, I was informed that the delivery person had already left. I waited more and more and my patience was wearing thin, so I made several more calls (to the restaurant) (around 11:30), but each one went unanswered. At around 12:00 AM, I decided to request a refund (by calling customer care). Dealing with the restaurant staff over the phone was an exercise in frustration. The person on the other end was rude, and they eventually stopped picking up altogether. After a series of back-and-forths with customer care, I had no choice but to visit the restaurant in person (keep in mind that I initially ordered online) to secure my refund. To add insult to injury, the promotion has disappeared as well. My evening was ruined, and a significant amount of time was wasted the following day visiting the restaurant. In light of this experience, I strongly advise against ordering from this location. It was a deeply unsatisfying and inconvenient ordeal that I would not recommend to anyone.

So I walked in I ordered a small gravy and a large macaroni salad I was on the phone with my friend they heard me say I only had 12 minutes left before my presto was to expire so they decided to serve the two people in front of me with the way bigger orders. So now my presto has 3 minutes left the black lady there was trying to be nice and give me a larger container with half gravy and the guy taking cash who was just standing there watching others work decided to call her out on it not give me the bigger container with a little more gravy. Left it sitting on the counter and gave me the small gravy and let that sit before giving it to me letting my presto expire and paying another fare just to go ten minutes down the road. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION THAT WAS STRAIGHT WRONG.

I ordered KFC for the first time at this outlet and the service was excellent. Anchal, a staff member who served me was understanding and polite. She helped me select and customize a vegetarian option. This was really great since there are limited vegetarian options on the menu. Highly recommend her. I also noted, the team comprised of hardworking women trying to do their best to serve customers. I understand, customers might be in a hurry but the staff are doing their best to help. Perhaps, being kinder to those helping at a fast food chain in a highly competitive market is the least we can do.

Supervisor was telling an employee ("Joanne" or whatever the tall, big girl's name is) to take orders since she's suppose to be at the cash and did not listen to her. Supervisor asked her to go to the cash a handful of times cuz there were now 5 people in line... She took her sweet time doing whatever she wanted and didn't even acknowledge anybody waiting. She took 5 years in the kitchen and 5 years to hand people their food. Instead of going to the register to take orders, she went back to the kitchen again to probably eat or do something that wasn't useful. She's a terrible worker. I suggest she gets fired immediately if she can't do something as simple as customer service.

I went this morning to buy a brunch for my son and wife its already 10:40 and they told me they are still close supposed to be they are already open that time it says in the door 10:30am-11pm. Shady location that LIES and serves STALE FOOD. Ordered a six piece hot and spicy chick 'n share bucket via drive thru after 10 PM. When I got it, I told them it was not hot after checking temperature before leaving. (This is not the first time they have given me food that was left in the warmer for hours. The last time, it was warm and dried out) Told them about it and to arrange a bucket with fresh pieces. They gave me 6 pieces of original recipe and I only saw it properly in the light when I got home. This embarrassment of a location deserves to be shut down!!

The service is horrible along with the food. When I get chicken here it's usually old and dried. They get the orders wrong 70% of the time. They usually cook burritos in the wrap causing the wrapping to get stuck to the burrito itself. The washrooms are horribly maintained. The place itself is often freezing. One time a couple was changing their babies diaper on a restaurant table instead of in the washroom and the employees did nothing about it. They also like to close 15 minutes early. Take your money and appetite elsewhere.

This specific location need to be better on everything I was hoping after the renovation things well change to better but everything still the same Maybe worse , I ordered 6 peases of chicken with poutine they did not give gravy with it or even on top of it they told me it takes 13 minutes i said sound good, but later he chicken was winge small ones old dry and cold ,short story long NEVER AGAIN FROK THIS LOCATION .

Ordered 2 Festive chicken sandwiches for delivery. One had only cranberry sauce. The other had cranberry sauce and a bit of mayo. No stuffing on both. No garlic oil on both. No mayo on one. Beware. I went into your restaurant last night it was horrible, went in there one young on cash she had to deal with inside customers and drive true also make food . This KFC has renovated and it looks nice. The drive through time is still an issue though. Not sure if they don't hire enough staff or what. We waited about 6 minutes to get our order. This was the first time back after the new renovations. The gravy was runny and not thick like I've usually had. Would reconsider going somewhere else for a poutine.

Food is amazing. I got the 12 piece bucket and the fried chicken was hot fresh juicy tender crispy. Everything you could ask for in fried chicken. Amazing. Service was meh. Taco prices are reasonable. Prices are some worth okay but much better with coupons. I prefer their chickens despite being smaller than popyees. Their chickens are properly cooked within. Refills are quite convenient. Their BBQ sauce is marvelous. The staff just need to do a bit better with keeping the environment cleaner. Visited last night 30-09-2023, the environment was much cleaner. I was very impressed to the point that I sat and ate.

Service is very bad. I waited 25 ninutes and was pushed back gor 5 uber drivers that showed up after me. I told them I had a cab running and they just ignored me. The training is bad and all the workers look Indian and no diverse workers in there. I will never go back and would not recommend this new renovated location on Keele St. near Walmart to anyone.

If I could give a zero star I would. I feel like it's not KFC but the whole staff working at this location. Chicken was clearly over cooked sitting in the warmer for god knows how many hours . Tried the BBQ lays tender aswell and that was honestly a disappointment. The tender was clearly cooked early and sat in a warmer as it was not Crispy but just plain hard. You need to retrain the staff here and also please clean the dine in area.

The Worst ...once or twice can be chucked up to a mistake...but this is the third time they mess up my order. There's always something missing ( im paying for the full meal ) and i get no response when i reach out to customer suppprt . I asked for a napkin to wipe the table and was met with irritation by the staff who were standing around gossiping. Stopped at the drive-thru last night and ordered two sandwiches. They asked me to pull ahead to wait a few minutes. 20 minutes later still no food. They completely forgot to get my order. I had to back up and honk my horn until somebody brought me my food. After one bite and a medical reaction I realized that they gave me the spicy sandwiches by mistake. Had to throw it all out.

DONT BUY THE HOT WING IN THIS STORE!!!!!! i am very disappointed for the hot wing, i bought the hot wing and it was re-fried, it was super dry and hard. i can wait for the fresh fried.please don't re-fried the chicken, it was totally destroyed. the worst hot wing i had in my life. Not one of the best KFCs around to visit. The fried chicken was greasy, but other preparations were usual. The staff was also friendly. That being said the entire place smelled of frying oil and the floor was also not clean and felt slippery as if there was an oil spill and was not well cleaned.

This is a fairly big KFC . Enough seating for a large group roughly 60 - 70 people can fit easily. The service is faster after 5:pm. The employees are friendly and fast. They do have a fairly big washroom facility as well. The drive through is pretty is pretty fast. Has a decent number of parking spots as well. The store also provides KFC's taccobell franchise as well.

This is my second time buying at this location. Thought it would be better the second time around but would not be buying again.Both chicken pieces and tenders are really salty. The chicken pieces look and taste like they were re-fried. Can't enjoy a meal with only the taste of salt and oil.

I give 5 stars to the staff because they are doing everything they can to keep this place running while it's very UNDERSTAFFED. They have to take care of drive through and deliveries and I can't blame them for making me wait 30 minutes in store for a sandwich. They were almost running trying to do everything they had to do.

When it’s time to pay at drive through they prompt you to provide a tip. They force you to touch their grimy terminal to choose how much you are going to tip. This gesture has turned me into a non retuning customer. Begging for tips should be left to the panhandlers pacing up and down the curb and not from a KfC franchisee!

Went on a Thursday night at 7:30pm and they said they were closed for the night. Hours say 11pm. So bizarre. We’ve had decent experiences before here but they didn’t really have an explanation for tonight. Like, at least tell us there was an emergency if you’re closed early on a weekday and answer the drivethru speaker.

They ran out of many things when I visited and seemed to only have chicken and fries . The only sauce they had was ketchup. Staff seemed like they didn't know what they were doing

This is one of the few KFC/Taco Bells left and I really like this location. My favorite girl Tanya is the best! She always remembers my order, she's always smiling and friendly. The food here to me is well cooked. Sometimes it can take awhile to get your food but once you get it, its hot and tasty.

Worst evening of my life,waiting to place a simple order for dinner. The cashier was overwhelmed by herself and no support from her coworkers. The cash register was defective and couldn't take any orders,meanwhile the take out line inside was growing and growing, only to see people walk away.

My order skipped like every time. This time I waited 20mins really. So mentioned that to a staff and she seems so annoyed and slammed my order meal saying "Here!!" What's wrong this lady really... I hope KFC/Taco Bell improve their customer service more than renovation of building.

I haven't had Taco Bell in a long time. It was a treat to pick up my favorites once again. I enjoy the bean burritos and the cinnamon twists. Had to use the drive through and was pretty quick. The staff were friendly and quick.
