Garbage food, with an even worse manager. I ordered delivery, which might I add, I paid 5 dollars for, the food arrived over an hour later because they did not have a driver available. Some of the items I ordered were also out of stock, so I couldn't get those. When the items arrived, the chicken was tough and dry. Almost inedible. I had to throw most of the items out. I complained to the manager, who was so rude to me, I was shocked. The manager instead of blaming her restaurant for their shortcomings, blamed me for food shortages (the missing items) and told me that even if I paid for delivery, I should have come to pick up the food my self. As for the food, she refused to believe me that it was poor quality. Absolute garbage customer service. I highly suggest you stay away from this particular KFC. Only giving a 1 star because I have no choice. It's 0/5

Worst kfc in Toronto, so Unorganized. employees don’t know what is available & not available. Workers are completely rude, no sense of hospitality or kindness, waited for so long while others came & left. I Waited Patiently, but still got attitude from the manager, she even forgot my 2 fries on purpose, too busy giving attitude instead of telling her coworker where the fries r suppose to go. & the chef touched my burger with no gloves on even after this pandemic that we went thru. I came in for food not to be spoken to disrespectfully by manager for their own problems. The manager even gave me dirty looks, it’s never that serious to project ur frustration on others when that’s ur whole job. If you don’t like it ,quit. I don’t ever want to go back to this location. Worse service ever.

Hoping for a hit of nostalgia and with a 20%off coupon I ordered some delivery for myself, daughter and a friend. There were so many challenges with the order and App that the experience was a pretty big disappointment. Stone cold popcorn chicken and fries (kinda expected on delivery). One hour to get the order. Wrong sauces. No napkins/cutlery. Wrong soft drink. And to top it off, the response from KFC was a free small popcorn chicken coupon that expired in 10 days. Really? That’s the best. Dirty location with staff that have no clue what they are doing. Had to tell her the sandwich was plain with nothing on it 3 tomes the she put everything on it. Next visit, she was short 3 dollars in register and asked us if its ok...uh..no! So she walked to the back and asked another employee and then came back with a 5 and told is we now owed her money! And at this same visit, there was a bunch of small beetles on the counter by the machine she gets drinks from. Never going here again! AVOID!!

Black girl at the front was not friendly, not polite, they don’t give full pieces of chicken, seems like they cut pieces and give you 2 half pieces….10 piece filled half a small bucket. Count your pieces and make sure you get 2 breasts( with cartilage) 2 full wings 2 thighs and 2 legs… the other 2 pieces can be a variety. Manager didn’t call me back . Will never go back

I placed order an order with this store. The order was missing 4 items. It was mothers Day, and when I contacted the manager of the store. She began to berate me and speaking condescending to me, later began yelling at me and informed me to go buy your chicken from another store. I have been a 30 year customer at KFC and after this experience with this manager I am sad to say that I will never order from KFC again.

Out of a full plate of chicken a full tray of chicken that was at the store I had to get 14 of the oldest dirtiest nastiest pieces. That were available I don't understand why but that's what I got. I could barely eat them at the end of three pieces I felt sick garbage food

Decided to get a treat - the chicken burgers. They were horrible - my husband said they tasted like cardboard. Went to various restaurants through the pandemic were promoting their chicken burgers we tried many of them and decided that KFC was at the top of the list. I don't know what changed but we will never be buying another one - ever. So disappointed

I barely even wanna give this place 1 star. Not even sure how they're still in business. Staff seems lost. Took one bite of this old tasting sandwich. Only to find a FLYS wing on the bun. Felt sick right after. I'll never return here no recommend this location to anyone. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN.

If I could 0 stars I would. Food was cold, gravy wasn't great. The cashier Sanpreet was too busy talking to someone else to take our order which I had to repeat because she chose to ignore us and other customers as well. She was definitely miserable and made our experience one to. Won't be back here for sure
