was at the drive though wait and listening to customer in car in front of me for 20 minutes asking the cashier 20 questions about what is this what is in that, holding up the line for 10 minutes only to order a chicken sandwich. I ordered off the menu 20 chicken fingers and they said they could do it. It’s a lot but I wanted it. I drove up took my payment right away. Girl was friendly. Didn’t wait long at all and I assumed they would have to cook extra. Off I go. You think there was these tiny chix fingers ? No let me tell you they were mixed. I was not ripped off and they were hot hot hot. 5 stars 1. Being patient by giving good customer service, answering clients questions about the menu know others will complain that they had to wait and don’t realize your helping others. 2. for accommodating special requests or at least asking as you don’t have to. But you at least asked 3. Super quick with the payment, and friendly and the wait time considering was short 4. Value for money paid impressive surpassed my expectations 5. Food was hot and tasted great !

Bad Attitude of all the employees!!!! I ordered 2 plant based combos and one famous chicken sandwich at the drive thru!! Obv I ordered from drive thru coz I was in a hurry!!!. After paying she told me that please wait at the parking in front of the store for 5 minutes she will bring the food there. I said ok and waited there for 12 minutes and finally went in.. I’m so tired of calling to complain and then they just put my name in a book so I can come back for a replacement of my item in the future… Then when I try to get my replacement item it takes forever for them to find me in the long list of other complaints, just a mess. Chicken was old, some pieces underdone and worst of all pieces had clearly missing skin! Gravy is never made properly, watery and no flavour, the list goes on and on… The fries were horrible. Always a disappointment… ALWAYS look and taste every single item ordered before you leave smh ‍♀️ My visit was July 1st, 2023, around 8:30pm.

KFC has changed to the worse in the past years,which makes one wonder doesn't KFC realize that there are so many competitors in the market.?! Without mentioning any names, I would pick ANY OTHER fried chicken chain over KFC IF I WANT actual food quality and get my money worth. Chicken pieces have turned into dogs and cats bits and bites at KFC. Chicken thighs, legs, wings look like fried chopped pieces of bones. Photo #2 is SUPPOSITLY a thigh.

Extremely slow service. I was in the Drive thru for over 25 minutes today. Staff should let customers park if they have a large orders to minimize congestion in the drive thru. The only reason why I stayed in the long ass line was because I was right in the middle of the line. There were many people begging for money which was very uncomfortable for me sitting in my car as the security guard stood there and watched people getting terrorized. With that aside, management needs to train all staff on work etiquette and how to serve customers efficiently.

Seating area very dirty. Tables covered in garbage. Garbage containers overflowing with trash. The receipt on the table next to me was over an hour old, so the trash had been there a while. I have been back twice this week and today was the last time. I have gotten cold chicken twice, and today using their feedback promotion for free food was given the wrong size. Avoid this place and go else where. I don't think the staff cares. Somebody else who was there said it was so cold it felt like the AC was on. If your craving KFC go to another location.

OK, So I know Cyber Monday is an online thing. I also know customer service is NONEXISTANT here. I went in to ask for help and Alex, the manager, told me all I had to do was call in and they would fix it. I did, and the phone call was a joke. Never mind that, I'm dealing with the store. I asked for any exceptions and I was told he "wasn't allowed to". I explained that the server crashed and it isn't really the customer's fault and was essentially told that KFC doesn't value their customers. There are other locations. Alex doesn't care.

Our KFC Tuesday experience was a letdown. The chicken not only tasted terrible but also had a bizarre kerosene-like smell. When we raised the issue, the staff shockingly insisted that this unpleasant aroma was standard. It was a disappointing encounter, and I wouldn't suggest anyone endure such a tasteless and unpleasant dining experience at KFC.

I have chosen 1 star since there is no option for Starless. I have ordered chicken wings that was ready Within 7 minutes where other places freshly made wings they would ask for 15 minutes.I wanted to be sure if that was freshly done @ the time of pick-up my order. I was told do but they have lied it was fried several time only left batter no meat existed. I was on the premises tried to return the chicken they won’t take it back.this kind of dishonest attitude shouldn’t be entertained by any means.

I grabbed an ultimate chicken box last night and only finished some drink, chicken and fries. I have been up all night and vomited all of what I have eaten even with a lot bile. It’s highly possible that these symptoms were caused by bacteria or virus and the box is the only thing I ate in 24 hours. I’ll go check with doctors and delete this post if that’s my problem not the kitchen’s. But I think I should give you guys a heads up.

Don't go here with KFC coupons. This is the first time in the last 20+ years that I've gotten chicken other than drumsticks or thighs at a KFC. Brought in a 3 pcs chicken with fries "Coupon", and the manager gave me a fried chicken wing, and 2 other random pieces with fries. Definitely not going back there again. Will be telling this to everyone I know as well. Way to make use of every part of the chicken and ripping people off. Would give negative stars if I could.

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo from drive thru. When i pulled up to window to receive it 20 seconds later..i asked if she can put extra sauce and she said its alrdy made and handed me a bag with my food. I knew 100% im getting old food but didnt make a scene and paid and left. Fries were definitely sitting arnd for at least 20 mins in a warming tray. Chicken samdwich patty was 100% microwaved. No one can food with in 20 seconds.

We ordered via Uber in this exact location. The famous chicken got me. The ads looks good. But sadly, its not! We ordered 3 ultimate box, a zinger box and famous burger on the side. The burger on the side is missing! The chicken patty taste like it was cooked in old oil. The drinks taste like water from swimming pool! It has an awful after taste. Disgusting! Waste of money! If you're craving for chicken burger, go somewhere else.

I just got my order from the store via uber and was the wrong order. I called to the store to let them know that I have the wrong order and the employee already knew about the situation. There was 8 cars in the drive thru and I saw there was no lineup inside so I chose to go in. Can someone explain to me how 6 of those cars were served before me? This location used to be the worst but now that it is currently drive thru only it is like a well oiled machine! No more 30 minute waits with only 2 cars in front of you. Also they finally put some cheese on the tacos. Please never reopen your dining room, it is clearly hampering your taco game. Polite and effective employees are now running the show, thank you!!

I gave the 2 stars for the taste of KFC chicken and minus 1 star for the employee attitude, another minus for delay in preparing the online order and even more after I went there waiting , another 1 minus star for the portion size. Tenders were small, cold and soggy and probably left over from lunch, even though it was 3pm. Asked for replacement food and they gave us 2 instead of 3 tenders each. Had to go ask for the 3rd ones each. Even the replacement tenders, which were supposed to be hot and fresh, were subpar. I won't be back to this location.

The food came extremely quickly and the service was great. Despite visiting this location before and being disappointed in the service I received at that time, they did not disappoint this time around. The cashier was friendly and the food exceeded my expectations. Definitely as good a location for KFC as you can find.

Kfc is my most favorite place to buy fried chicken I love it somuch specially the mild chicken. And mashed potatoes are also tasty as well.

Seems like everyone has an issue with the same stupid manager. She has NO customer service skills at all. We were told it was ok to do something by one employee but not by another. No one wants to work at KFC especially night shift. That's the only reason why she made manager. What an idiot. Seriously.

Food was good. Experience marred by the grumpy lady at the counter who objected to me “entering” the queue, as would be customary in other food joints, and asking me to come directly citing “the board states that”. No, lady, the board indicates one needs to “enter”. Food prep staff very friendly.

The nicest staff I've ever encountered. The workers were speedy and polite. Made sure I was happy with my meal. Food was prepared quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend this location. Lots of parking and there is a Taco Bell in here as well. Seating area and bathrooms were very clean!

This is the slowest KFC I've ever seen. I swear I sit in the drive through for a least 15 minutes before I get my food. There's a counter visable from the car in the drive through window and it always reaches at least 5 minutes before one car is served.

Half decent food, but only because it is a chain. Management does not seem to care about running the place with any efficiency. The staff are minimum wage workers for a reason. None show any desire to shine and be given a position outside fry cook.

Not happy with this restaurant. Ordered a Zinger sandwich, and watched one of the employees handle a $50 bill, then proceeded to put my burger together without changing his gloves, then got upset with me when I asked him to make me a new sandwich.

Every time I come here to order a zinger, their chicken is always consistent. It’s crunchier than most locations and the breaded stuff to chicken ratio is very good. They also don’t drown it or sauce or put too little sauce. Overall pretty good.
