Last Friday ordered a meal on the KFC app.Showed up at drive to get my order.was told by the server he didn't have a request for my orderl explained to him that the order was on my app and the pay for meal went thru on my debit card.He checked his tablet again and said there was no order. I told him again the order was on my phone.He asked to see my phone l gave it to him,He start fooling around with my phone and then stated l didn't send the order,he then gave me my phone back slammed the takeout window in my face and disappeared.l drove I to the lot went on my phone and the order on phone was gone.He erased it!The next morning went to my email and found a email asking how l enjoyed my meal and a receipt for my purchase Checked my bank account and KFC Was paid the money.l told this event to KFC in their app because they asked how l enjoyed my mealThey never replied back.This was the Unicity location.Boy was l angry went back to the store and was given my meal.Can you say Mary Brown,l can!

Wow! An hour and a half after I ordered my food finally arrived. Prior to my order arriving I called the contact center that I had ordered from to find out where my order was. I asked nicely, the lady was rude didn't take my information just said something so quick I didn't really catch it and put me on hold, over 10 minutes on hold and my order just happened to arrive, funny that. I work in a call center and treat people with kindness and empathy total opposite of how I was treated over an 80 dollar bill with tip and was treated so poorly, I can see you value your customers! I could have gone to a sit down restaurant paid a small amount more and would have been treated 100 times better. So very disappointed, and disgused, Deana Ford!

seriously, AVOID THIS LOCATION! twice in a row I ordered one of the boneless buckets and they gave me half the tenders I was supposed to get! TWICE! Still charged me in full both times, with no offer of a refund or replacement! both times they email a free small popcorn chicken coupon that expires within a couple weeks. The tenders are the only decent thing to order since the bone-in chicken is always made in OLD OIL here. Seriously disgusting- tastes bland, overcooked (due to the old oil), they have zero customer service. Just shut this location down already. The staff are rude, lazy, and obviously hate being there so I'm never going back.

I would give less that a 1 star if I could... the chicken was disgusting. It had a feather or a hair or both just NASTY! Would definitely not recommend this place. We had some leftover, I haven't checked them yet for more feather or hair. But gonna more than likely just trash it. Totally lost my appetite after the incident. Just Gross! I told management. They offered to replace that one piece of Chicken, like really?! We spent about $125 and they offered to replace 1 piece, just ridiculous! Would share photos but it's not allowing me! Worse experience ever, we ordered three burgers from skip the dishes and one of them was Plant based and 2 were chicken, and they messed up and gave us all chicken burgers, also everything was cold, I was going to got my refund from skip, but I thought I should let the store know that this happened and make sure it doesn’t happen again, but the manager didn’t believe me and asked me to email her photos of all the burger, she denied that they messed up and never apologized for it, and when I was taking photos of everything I saw a bug on the chicken burger! So never ordering from here even again!!

We just had the chicken, fries and gravy from here...The chicken was raw and the coating was like eating flour...The chips were old and tasted like they were made the day before and the GRAVY...WOW I AM BEING KIND CALLING IT GRAVY... Chicken was great as usual. Mens washroom was disgusting and no lock on the door. The washroom really needs a major upgrade. Stood at the counter and it took them a few minutes to take our orders even though they saw us. Female East Indian employee seemed uninterested and in a grumpy mood while taking our order. I haven't had KFC chicken for years.... And the recipe is not what it used to be... Apparently the recipe has really changed and the herbs and spices seem to have been cut down to almost nothing. So I spent $50 on chicken for my family that tastes like I could cook it the same at home. The taste is very bland and disappointing and I'm never buying KFC again because it is such a disappointment. I used to love it when it was done right... But it sure doesn't taste right anymore.

ALWAYS a 15 minute wait for chicken at this location. Advertises extra crispy but literally never bothers to cook it. Shop is dirty. I would describe staff's attitude as "disinterested" at best. This is my fourth time coming here (i love kfc and i live around the corner) it sucks every time, in future ill drive the extra distance to a different location or a popeyes.

Ordered meal deal online for pick up because kfc was close to hotel. Got dried up old greasy chicken. Received all dark meat instead of standard mix that was advertised. Extremely dissatisfied. Called manager and was told that's just the way it is, sorry. So here we are in our hotel room with a meal nobody wants to eat. Next time I'm driving extra to Popeyes or Chicken Chef. This was your last chance KFC.

Showed up in store this evening and attempted to use a coupon in store, and it ended up being an online exclusive order, and they refused to put through their register. Made us stand there like an idiot and order online, even though the server already had it run up on the register. Super inconvenient. Unimpressed. Highly doubt I'll be back to this location.

It's open 24/7. So that's the plus. I had tacos at an ungodly hour. They hit the spot and I was paying for it the next day. It's ok sometimes you need a 2 am taco. Btw the new fries are the best.

I know they were busy but to leave customers lining up at the front, customers waiting for thier orders, I stood in line for over 10 minutes before I asked if they were taking orders at the front, then there's another staff member sitting in the office on his phone. But I didn't die and I got my order, no thanks to this place.

Very bad customer service. they tried to charge me double the price for something worth three dollars. They wanted to charge me five sixty nine. I asked for a small bag of popcorn chicken without fries. After I asked to have a taco with only meat, but they said they couldn't do that. I will never come back here again.

Love the chicken. Fries are not as good as they used to be..coleslaw takes me back to the 90's original recipe

The food here is well prepared and tasty. I would recommend KFC as a choice for one or 10 people.They have a large menu with many options,usually they have coupons for most items.kfc is always a good meal for the times you don't want to cook.

The chicken's are getting smaller, it's pathetic chicken was a bit dry, ordered take out thinking wouldn't be able to eat all, surprise last year's order the box was full this year you could fit a whole chicken an fries.

That turban guy was the best. Went through the driveway. There was this karen nitpicking on her order in front of me. He remained calm and didn't even such as flinch when she started screaming at his face

2nd time left out something from my order...and they don't answer their phones so you can even tell them not happy! And no answering machine even...customer service clearly no something they care about..

It's cheap and greasy, as expected. I quite like the food. I ordered ahead and still had to wait 10 min for them to make my order. Now sure what the point of ordering ahead is, if that's how it is done.

Once the pandemic is over it would be better to go eat there, the dining area is an obstacle course to get to the counter to order food.

Chicken always seems to be over cooked. Not sure where they are sourcing there chicken from...but the quality is not what it used to be.

This is a long time favorite location, but this time the chicken was over-done and seasoning not as good. A longtime woman wasn't there.
