I have been a patient of Dr Napier for a few years now and have always appreciated the high quality of care received from him and his team. On Friday last week, I suffered trauma to my mouth and my front tooth was knocked out of place. It was late in the afternoon and after having my lip stitched at the doctors office, wondered how I was going to get an appointment with Dr Napier until the following week. I phoned his offices and they had already closed for the day. I tried the emergency number and Dr Napier was still there. He waited for me to arrive and reset my front tooth. Despite me being in a panic, Dr Napier was calm, professional and assured me that everything would be OK. Thank you Dr Napier for going above and beyond for me on Friday evening.

Dr Napier was wonderfully calm, knowledgeable and professional. He had a challenging patient who was terrified - treatment with another dentist was unsuccessful due to the extreme anxiety. Dr Napier took the time to gently manage the situation and successfully completed the filling and a few root extractions (that we never thought we would get to). His approach was brilliant, my daughter didn't even realise she had received the local anaesthetic. Initially she was hyperventilating at the thought of the local - the fear of the needle was due to a negative past experience elsewhere. When he removed his gloves and said, "we're done", my daughter dropped her hands in disbelief! It was all over and there was nothing to fear

It's always such a pleasant visit to Kloof Village Dental. Dr Napier, Michelle and all the other staff are forever friendly while always remaining incredibly professional. Even just for a simple checkup, they take the extra time to explain the process/procedure in great detail and the reasons why they're doing certain things. I greatly appreciate them having the patience to educate me as they went about their work. It left me feeling assured that I was in good hands and I learnt a bunch of new things!

I have never experienced such an amazing and detailed consultation in my life and I am petrified of Dentists. Dr. Napier made me feel calm and and ease and explained every step in detail and already gave me an idea of the road ahead to get my smile back. Michelle at reception is an absolute star and knows how to calm you too nefore your appointment. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I've never had a dentist whom I am not afraid to go to for a procedure. Dr. Napier talks me through everything. He constantly checks on me and he took into account my finances and the situation I am in. Dr. Napier is adamant about getting me back to a functional state where I can enjoy my food and also have a perfect smile again and not feel that self-conscious.
